Stayed for a week, our stay was fine for the price we paid. Nothing spectacular, nothing too terrible except we found our room was left open when we returned one evening (room 314). This door closes gently and may not close all the way. Luckily nothing was missing. Free laundry and parking was a bonus. Checking in and out was easy. You can definitely hear airplanes and other guests in the hallway.

I booked this hotel because of its high star rating. Parking was free on site. EV charging stations were not superchargers. Lobby area was nice looking. Check in process was really slow as there was only one receptionist at that time (4pm). Pillows were too soft. Amenities were not provided in bathroom. I had to ask for them. There was a false fire alarm just after midnight and we did not see any staff there so we did not know what was going on. Big shout out to Nav at front office who was really helpful and understanding when we checked out. Our whole experience with this place got so much better because of her :). Restaurant staff were nice and friendly too. Our breakfast were yummy.

Overall good experience, I like the cleanliness and facilities they r providing in the room. Just one thing, When we entered, there was unbearable noise of some private event on the ground floor. And they closed some common facilities due to that event. They should give equal priority to all the consumers. It was our first time experience also.

Toilet was dirty upon check in, floors also dirty. The room was extremely loud due to mechanical equipment that seemed to be behind a wall. On checking out I was told there is nothing they can do it make it up. I would spend a few extra dollars and avoid this hotel.

Couldn’t eat at the restaurant because food wasn’t very good and very expensive. Staff were not able to help or were unavailable to help. My suite had many small problems that added up to an uncomfortable stay. ( tvs didn’t work, appliances not working or hooked up, bugs on walls and constant partying going on) especially when travelling with children. Me and my family would not stay here again

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay. Super clean room, a good mattress and an excellent shower with designer faucets. Cons: the room was exceedingly dark. It is a trend I am seeing with low lumens bulbs. You can still have bright led bulbs that don’t use a lot of energy. The wine selection of the Tandoori Chop House restaurant was very limited. The dinner was ok but not many options. I had the wine braised short ribs that were ok.

The only reason I do not recommend this hotel is the absolute lack of insulation. We could hear both rooms on either side of us until past midnight. When we did finally fall asleep , we were awakened several times by the sound of the neighbours tv, until finally we called to complain about the noise and they came & knocked on their door to turn it down, which they did, but we could still hear it. Got absolutely horrible little sleep and there were no children in those rooms, just people doing normal things, it’s the structure of the building that seems to be the problem. If you want to rest and value your sleep do not stay here. It’s unfortunate because the hotel is actually v clean.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was very modern and enjoyed staying there a lot. One of our favourites for sure. We wish they had room service and the blackout blinds were complete blackouts instead of the edges having light, they should get some blackout curtains as well.

There was a party until 4am. People opening and closing doors all night long. No staff intervened. Then the air con started making a loud noise. Then there was a baby upstairs and I could hear a couple…fornicating. It’s the first time in my life that getting 20 mins sleep was not due to partying. I don’t think more could have been going on. The bed was also so hard my ribs hurt.

I got a room here because I was doing some testing nearby. There was a kids hockey tournament and families were staying there. The kids went to bed early but the parents were partying in the hallway. They set up ironing boards as bars right outside my room, were blasting music and drinking like a frat house. I kindly asked them to move it to their rooms, the hotel also asked them but they persisted. They moved me floors and were very accommodating. They handled the experience for me and provided a solution quickly.

This hotel is fantastic, modern, welcoming, and well-managed. It's only a few years old and it really shows in the quality of the rooms, restaurant, and overall atmosphere. Truly a 5 star experience, I booked the junior suite which was top tier, the amazing staff took care of my special request which was so nice of them, they even allowed me an early check in which helped so so much. Management was involved from the beginning, staff were extremely kind and helpful, even allowed me a late checkout which helped us prepare for our day later on! We will be forever thankful for the service and the hospitality that the staff at bloom provided, thank you once again! We will be back and honestly moving forward only hotel I will be staying at when in Mississauga.

If you are looking for a cost effective way to stay within 25-35 mins of Toronto, 15-20 mins to the airport, 15 mins to premium outlets, and 15-20 mins to Pioneer Village where you can park for less than $5 and then take the TTC to Rogers Stadium in 3 spots, this is your hotel. Staff are good, free breakfast was delicious and a real meal rather than a continental breakfast, room was clean, easy free parking. If you don’t need a view, stay here.

Very nice, affordable and clean hotel located near the airport. It hosts a very decent Indian restaurant near the lobby. Definitely worth a visit. Friendly staff. The only caveat for us was the loud noises coming from the airplanes nearby. We fixed the issue by putting on the AC fan in continuous mode, creating a white noise that covered it. All four of us slept well.

The hotel and the room are good as long as you don't get a sofa bed and/or eat in the restaurant. The food is average and they charge for every single item. If you order chucken tikka marsala, they will bring only that, rice is $6 extra and forget about ordering a Cesar salad...they will bring you only lettuce. Overall the restaurant experience was bad and expensive.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay! The servers & staff were amazing and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the curry omelette - I think that’s what it was - absolutely delectable. Overall, I felt very safe, it was clean, and again the staff was fantastic.

The service in the restaurant was poor. Dirty dishes were left on the table for 20 minutes. Then the bill took half an hour to come. Very disappointed with the service.
