Clean and efficient. The housekeeping is great, the desk person is friendly, but too often is not there. The front desk is unattended most of the time. There is a nicely worded sign giving you a number to call for help. This is no good if you’ve lost your room keycard and it’s after 11:00 p.m.. The front entrance is locked at 11 p.m.. This is a property where you come and sleep after visiting the Magic Kingdom, or day trips to LA proper or San Diego. Except for a comfortable bed and clean room, there isn’t much else in terms of creature comfort. Furnishings are spartan, the Dish TV is spotty, no pool or lobby. The property is in a working class neighborhood so is away from the tourist masses closer to Disneyland and Angels Stadium, which is nice, but that also means you’re hard pressed to find places to eat. Troy’s Burgers, a burger stand next door is pretty good—they do make a terrific burger. But, other than Troy’s, you need to drive a bit or really add to your step count to get to another food source. A major problem is the parking. It’s extremely limited. This means that if another guest brings home an “overnight guest” (wink), you’re going to have to park curbside. This poses a huge risk to your rental car and, if you’re parking curbside on a Tuesday night, you’re likely to be towed. This section of the OC street sweeps early Wednesday morning. Room was large and clean and it felt very spacious. It is larger than most hotel rooms. There were 2 different mirrored items that had noticeable large cracks. Staff was accommodating. We visited Disneyland for 2 nights and came home after 11pm each night and there was no parking so I had to ask where to park. Staff was nice enough to move their personal car to make room for mine, but it made me nervous for the next day. The price was very affordable compared to others closer to Disney, yet we were only about 12 minutes away. Dining areas are also about 10 minutes away.

Luckily, we were able to find street parking right out front—just be sure to check the signs. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Parking was underneath the building which felt very secure, the only unusual thing is it felt like an office that was converted into a hotel. But the room was fantastic, the amenities were nice enough. Would stay again

Easy parking. Clean room and excellent customer service

There are bed bugs in room 15 and there was nothing done about this to abate it. There was blood in the sheets from past bed bug bites and hair. They don’t wash the sheets between guests and there was hair on the bed. They unload scented cleaner onto the sheets instead of washing them. I left after 5 hours and paid for two nights.

This is one of the most digusting hotels that I have ever stayed at. The night entry brings you through their garage into a dimly lit hallway in order to go up to the lobby. The hallways ends at 2 hospital-style push doors, it looks like a back-alley organ harvesting operation. Everything is super grimy, the dirt lines the halls and floors like they just push the dirt to the corners. I booked originally for 3 nights based off the reviews and their photoshopped images. But the the overall conditions were terrible, so we immediately left. The walls and furnishings in the rooms are all marked up with scuffs and who knows what fluids. The towels in the room were covered in hair, as well as being stuck to the walls and shower. I would give it a lower score if i could. We immediately left in the morning at first light and booked a place that was clean so we could shower and prepare for our day comfortably.

It was a decent hotel and experience overall for the price. However the floors were a bit dirty and towels had black marks on them. It was alright but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk personal was very accommodateing and the hotel looked great from the out side but the room was very gross.

Given the price of other hotels in the area it could be a lot worse but it’s not as nice as I was expecting for a place advertising being recently opened. There were holes in the towels, stains and hair on the sheets, and you can hear everything through the walls. Our tv and toilet seat were broken when we first got there but the front desk staff fixed them both quickly. Parking was tight but easy. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again but it’s a decent value compared to other places nearby.

We got there and it looked dirty I even asked the clerk if the rooms were clean. The floors are uneven scratches along the walls. We got into our room and you can hear the room next door TV blasting the walls are super thin. The towels were thin and cheap. There was hair in the shower and the walls were all scrapped up.

Me and my girlfriend decided to book here because of the glowing reviews and the price point/distance to Disneyland. Upon checking in and entering the room, there were some minor issues we noticed regarding the previous cleaning that had been done. The couch had streaks, stains and it almost looked like food or a booger stuck on the arm. The drawers had stains on them, and there was even hairs still left on the bed. Moving into the bathroom and checking the shower, there was also hair and the shower head itself had some mold build up. Finally, there was a cabinet that the coffee pot and microwave sat on and it had an entire layer of plastic ripped off from one of the drawers.

Property upon arrival included check in desk person sitting on the couch lounging around, also bed sheets and blanket had long hair stuck to them when we un-tucked them from bed. Towels had black marks on them, parts of restroom were super dirty, stuff was left in mini fridge I assume from past guests, some outlets did not work. Neighbors were super loud throughout the night. Did not have time upon checkout to complain and hope the hotel would make things right, hopefully they do now.

The room was like a studio apartment. The size was large. The shower was huge and the couch near the bed was nice. Plugs everywhere for tech.

The service was top notch. Checking in/out went smoothly. The issues were about the poor TV signal, which was fading to black intermittently throughout the time we tried watching it. The bathroom door had a bunch of hair stuck underneath it. Last thing, which wasn't the management's fault, was the bright security light coming from the business next door. Those rooms should have tinted windows and blackout curtains. It felt like the sun was shining through at 2AM!

This property was better tham expected. The king room was huge and clean. I may stay here again.

Convenient location, updated decor and extremely clean. Quiet. Comfy bed and friendly staff. The shower, though very clean, didn’t get very hot: had to have handle all the way over to get good temperature. There were no lamps in the room: only lighting (other than bathroom areas) were overhead light and large illuminated full-length mirror. Not terrible, but would’ve liked bedside lighting. But for our needs (one night), would stay again.

The beds were a little bit uncomfortable and the A/C could have been stronger. But overall our stay was great. Very good price and the style of the room I really enjoyed. It was very spacious as well. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

The property was very clean an tidy. Our only thing (reason we checked out a day earlier) is we had noisy neighbors. They had loud music on. The receptionist had to call them multiple times to turn down the music and they continued to turn it up and make even more noise in order to irritate us more. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything.

Room was large and clean. I read the reviews before reserving. At least one review said shower water was only lukewarm. My shower temp was sufficient and comfortable, but it could be set about 10 degrees warmer for those who like a hot shower. Another review was that the walls are thin. This is true. I could hear the conversation and tv at a constant muffle until they went to bed and turned it off. That was a little annoying. My only suggestion for the hotel is to have more towels available in the room. I realize I was solo and one night stay, but only one towel, washcloth & hand towel is not enough. There should always be two sets and a couple extra full size towels.

I believe that this hotel is modern in looks, but has an old air feeling to it. The bathroom shower head had a good amount of lime stain and the water pressure is low to me.

We had funeral services and they were very accommodating. Early check in and late check out.

We arrived after 3pm and the male sitting on the couch speaking on a personal call stood up .. never greeted us , I handed him my ID while he continued to speak on the phone on speaker by the way. He asked us to wait so he could see what rooms were clean. He walked around for a bit when another guest got in line behind us, at this point he goes to another door and speaks to a women and then proceeds to walk out the front door continuing his conversation on the phone. The women who came out and apologized checked us in promptly but it really felt weird. The room was nice and the hotel itself was quiet.

Our second time staying at the hotel it’s clean . Parking lot is easy and accessible . Super close to Disneyland. Took an uber for around $15. Overall nice and quiet.

I had the most amazing time at my stay at the Aspire Inn and Suites Orange. The staff was so kind and lovely. I mainly interacted with Peter and he always greeted me with a smile and took the time to learn my name and was just a very welcoming presence. On top of that, he was lightning fast at fixing or helping resolve any issues with my room and made me feel so safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is situated in an optimal part of town with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. I had a really great experience 10/10!!!

We went to Cali for Disney, and we couldn’t have found a better place. Only ten minutes away, and a bunch of nice restaurants that were minutes away.

Staff is amazing! It is clean, quiet, and I feel safe here. Traveled with a 4yo and it was a great experience. Also plenty of food and shopping options close by. Disneyland was a 17 min drive too.

A clean, high-pressure model would significantly improve the experience. · Security: Adding a manual lock above the automatic door lock would enhance guest security. · Parking: Implementing a gated parking system would ensure guests have guaranteed spots. I can’t stress enough the importance of a clean and well maintained shower. Hotels seem to update showers then neglect them. This place offers walk in showers which is a good start, but a new shower head that is consistently cleaned and maintained would be going above and beyond. Overall the rooms were clean, spacious, and fairly priced. The hospitality was excellent and accommodating. The front office staff was very helpful and kind. We arrived about half hour early and they allowed us to check in right away. Room was very clean and beds comfortable, The microwave in the rooms were definitely a PLUS. Parking accessible and safe (no extra charge like some other places I looked into). The price was very reasonable too! The only downfall which was in no way the properties fault was the sound of the vehicles next door at the eatery….. Although we dined elsewhere, the eatery next door was literally steps away and convenient for those who don’t want to drive . I would highly recommend this place. I chose it because of the positive reviews I read beforehand. Thanks again for making our stay a pleasant experience.

Stayed here for a quick overnight after a day at Disneyland. Easy, welcoming check in. Room seemed newly renovated and spacious (the building appears to have been used for something else- perhaps an office or apartment building previously. Half the price of any decent inexpensive hotel near Disneyland and worth the 15 minute easy drive. We left before the lobby was open so I don't know if they have a coffee station (there was a coffee maker in the room). The lobby looked sparse, like they may still be adding details, so perhaps that's coming. Would recommend.
