The rental was not even ready for a new tenant to stay in it.. we paid for an early check in and upon arrival we couldn't get the early check in and we're on the phone with "customer service" for over an hour who was communicating with the property manager I believe in regards to not being able to check in or get into the rental.. about another hour later the cleaning people showed up and stated they needed time to clean it .. after sitting outside the rental in 105⁰ weather with all our bags for two hours we told the cleaning people we would just do the cleaning as we hot and tired and just wanted to get in and relax. The cleaners also kept complaining about it being their day off and how they have been working every single day with no days off.. the one woman had the smell of alcohol on her breath and was all over the place, kept forgetting what she was doing or supposed to go get. They hardly had any cleaning supplies, no toiletries. Looking at the rentals condition I could tell it hadn't been deep cleaned for a while.. both shower curtains were filthy and coated in soap scum and a yellow residue which I believe was urine. So bad to the point I took them both down and ran them thru the washer. Both tubs/showers were coated in soap scum as well.. they looked as if they had been half ass cleaned whenever that was. The master bath bath was draining slow and my husband pulled globs of hair from drain. The couch and rug were filthy and full of dirt and stains, smelled awful.

Love how the condos come with everything u need even extra space they make it feel very welcomed there very quiet peacefull . Been staying few times now rooms r great last one could've had a decent cable or connection to watch tv but only had AIR ANTENNA AND bathroom had no air going inside it so very hot in there but Ima keep going back I still love the price I find on hotels.com cheap but the company charges additional fee of $35 that's non refundable so u r actually paying more then wats on hotel.com website

The cupboard in the kitchen would not stay closed the area is absolutely horrible and full of roaches outside I only saw one inside.
