I absolutely loved Hotel Hotel! That hotel is modern and beautiful. The breakfast was so fresh and nourishing. I loved the garden pool area and would dine out there each day. The welcome drink and pasteis de nata was a thoughtful touch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and major gratitude to the wonderful team there who made my stay comfortable and welcoming.

AMAZING HOTEL! My wife and I were incredibly pleased with our experience in this hotel, everything was perfect, it was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Everybody in the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean, safe and perfectly located (in a safe and quiet area, yet very accessible to anything in Lisbon walking distance). The hotel was beautiful and has an incredible pool area. The breakfast was a great surprise. EVERYTHING was perfect!

This hotel is a gem if you like a bit of modern touch where you stay. It's right off the high-end shopping street of Lisbon, walkable to metro, popular tourist areas and overall pretty quiet and safe. We also loved the in-house restaurant, Animal, great flavors.

This place is AMAZING!! We arrived from the US at 0530 and the night receptionist got us fresh coffee & a snack. We left a week later even more impressed. The food…. The kitchen puts a LOT off love into their dishes & you can taste it. Every single thing we ate and drank was fabulous!!!! All the staff were exceptional - made us feel at home & took great care of us. The property itself is an urban oasis. Lovely to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Oh, and the little glass of port & and evening treat?!?? Yes, please! If you are lucky enough to book a room here you will not regret it!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hotel. The hotel is lovely and the outdoor pool was a little oasis for us during the hot days. The staff are very friendly and so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was a delight, as was the evening meal we had there.

Lovely stay at Hotel Hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Great location between Avenida and Restauradores metro stations so straightforward to get to and from the airport. Rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was also great.

The hotel is close to everything in Lisbon, it is clean, and has an excellent maintenance crew, the breakfast is also exceptionally good. The hotel staff is caring, and provide not just help during the hotel accommodation, but is willing to invest time and effort to make the hotel stay very pleasant; I was traveling back home on my birthday, and I was not only congratulated on my birthday by the hotel staff; the restaurant crew prepared for me a delicious treat, a small birthday cake, that made my day. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, viele leckere Restaurants in Laufnähe. Außerdem ist es sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt, hätten gerne verlängert.

Wir haben das Hotel für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in Lissabon gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles super im Hotel, das Frühstück war lecker und die Zimmer waren sauber sowie schön eingerichtet. Das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ca. 2 min von Praça dos Restauradores und der berühmten Straße Av. de Liberdade. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und den Hafen kann man in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung konnte man auch zu Fuß erreichen.

Location was good, although a bit loud some nights. Very close to red metro line, making easy access to anywhere in the city. Staff was highlight of our visit, as they were all very kind and genuinely seemed interested in ensuring all guests had a wonderful experience at this property.

rooms are clean. showers cannot handle when the water comes full speed so should look at drainage issues. service is very friendly. i like the design of the rooms but they’re all pretty small and not soundproof. you can when other rooms flush their toilets

Lovely hotel, very central location. Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Acoustics in room weren't the best, was woken a number of times in the night by people in the room next door. Unique artworks on each floor of the building and very quirky decor throughout. Breakfast was lovely. A good selection on the buffet and nice choices on menu.

Overall I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hotel. The property itself is beautiful and the restaurant is fantastic - plan to eat at least one dinner at the lobby restaurant it's that good. The pool area is a little oasis that was enjoyable to sit around in the morning for breakfast. The rooms - at least ours - was a bit on the small side, but it has everything you could need. We had one of the rooms with a terrace which was really nice to be able to step outside and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The bed is incredibly comfortable, so A+ there. We did find the rooms to be a little noisy. The doors to the elevator lobby don't seem to seal especially well so it was pretty common to hear people coming and going on the elevator and to hear housekeeping in the morning. The breakfast overall is good - a nice menu of things to order from - but the process is a little chaotic so expect to wait for a while before someone notices you need coffee and to order. On arrival to our room, we had a really nice spread of fruit, pastries and sparking wine - but for some reason it was a cheap wine from Italy that was essentially sugar water! Part of the reason to visit Portugal is for the incredible wines, so it was a little off-putting to not get a local wine. It was free so I can't complain too much, but those little touches are what one expects staying in a more expensive property.

Great location, quiet comfortable room. Wonderful outside space & interior was very smart. Stylish room was very nice although a bit small for a standard room, very well designed and fitted everything in well. Breakfast was perfect good quality ingredients. Would recommend.

Location and the staff is what makes this property an excellent choice! The hotel is conveniently located to major attractions and almost all tours groups start tours from around this area. The staff at the hotel is so friendly and will do everything to make your stay awesome. They work very well as a team. We had a great stay and were there for 6 days.

From the time we arrived through to check out the level of service was excellent. First impressions are important and Constantine on reception was a great ambassador for the hotel and made us feel thoroughly welcomed. The hotel facilities are excellent and the restaurant was particularly good with the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great for easy access to most attractions. Lisbon is a friendly and vibrant city with much to see and do. We had a fantastic hotel.

This place is AMAZING!! We arrived from the US at 0530 and the night receptionist got us fresh coffee & a snack. We left a week later even more impressed. The food…. The kitchen puts a LOT off love into their dishes & you can taste it. Every single thing we ate and drank was fabulous!!!! All the staff were exceptional - made us feel at home & took great care of us. The property itself is an urban oasis. Lovely to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Oh, and the little glass of port & and evening treat?!?? Yes, please! If you are lucky enough to book a room here you will not regret it!!!

Staff are great and very accommodating and Friendly specially Tiago at the front desk and Camu at the restaurant. Lucia the general manager was very nice. Will definitely consider coming back. Breakfast was awesome considering it’s included.

The atmosphere at this hotel is stellar, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and wonderful food. The location is very convenient if you’re looking to take public transit or explore some of the designer shopping options within walking distance. I would highly recommend it and plan on trying some of the other hotels by them!

A truly wonderful experience. Tuck between Avenida da Liberdade and Bairro Alto, one couldn’t ask for a better, more central location. Hotel Hotel is right in the middle of the best fashion and shopping options well within its immediate and surrounding vicinities. It’s easily accessible by various modes of transportation and is in between two major metro stops. Yet, one wouldn’t feel trapped in a tourist nightmare, thanks to the tree-lined avenue, the surrounding parks and the lush garden and pool area of the hotel. The level of service and attention we received was above any and all expectations. Having travelled and lived all over the world, this is truly one of the most wonderful stays we have had. The interiors are tastefully done. The design is contemporary yet neither imposing nor repressive. The condition of property amenities is inmaculate. Don’t miss an opportunity to have lunch or dinner on site. We are hardly ever hotel diners but we have this one a chance and it was one of our best gastronomic decisions we have made. Lastly, skip the coffee though. That one leaves a lot to be desired. But there are plenty of cafes nearby

Lovely stay at Hotel Hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Great location between Avenida and Restauradores metro stations so straightforward to get to and from the airport. Rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was also great.

Wir haben das Hotel für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in Lissabon gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ca. 2 min von Praça dos Restauradores und der berühmten Straße Av. de Liberdade. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und den Hafen kann man in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung konnte man auch zu Fuß erreichen.

Pretty good, but needs more attention to detail. The food was FANTASTIC, breakfast was the best. The service was also wonderful, prompt and warm. The little details of the hotel room just need some attention - room was not soundproofed well from the street; shower temperature was unpredictable; black out curtains were too small and therefore didn’t fully black out; AC was hard to use; shower leaked a little on the floor; bathrobes were not soft. Small little things - overall, a very good stay though.

This is one of the coolest hotels we have stayed in. The restaurant is creative and great (breakfast included). The pool is outside in the middle of Lisbon surrounded by a beautiful jungle of plants and calmness. The AC is pumping and the staff is super friendly
