Hotel para negocios . Esta en mitad de.la.nada al.lado de.la.autopista. No hay anda alrededro eata en una zon industrial de.oficinas. Nonte dejan botellas.de.agua en la.habitacion ,solo te dejan una jarra para que la.llens en un dispensador que hay en el pasillo( lo.ointa como ecologico , pero ea maa que nada para ahorrarse.el.agua que ponen de corteaia en todos los hoteles. En cambio el bar vende botellas de.agua de.cristal . Algo ilogico. Por.lo demas hotel muy tranquilo y buen servicio

Rooms are spacious, clean and the hotel is very nice. However, unless you’re looking out at the mountains, it feels like an odd spot for a hotel, and not cheap for the location. Need to add slippers to the amenities, as a minimum.

The staff were amazing, however the hotel was not as close as we had hoped to the Carribean park festival grounds. You wouldn’t want to walk it, put it that way. The hotel rooms are lovely, super clean, well equipped and the filtered water on our level was great, we wished there had been an ice machine as going down to reception for ice got a bit tedious. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not - we even had our pillows swapped by the lovely staff for memory foam but even those were too flat. Apart from the ice and the pillow situation we still had a great stay - just don’t expect to walk anywhere from the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, the shower is outstanding good size and water pressure. Didn't notice the card on the sink about the other little odds and sods the hotel provided for free which was a nice touch. The bed was a good size (King) and the pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and hotel was close to petrol station and other 24hr fast food amenities. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Chefs make egg omelets to taste.

A high-end hotel should have a fully stocked minibar, robes, a toothbrush, hot chocolate powder, a pay TV station or two, more than one bar of soap, and body moisturiser. This Hyatt has none. The ‘mountain view’ room looks out onto a business park, service station and/or pylons. The window whistled all night due to the wind. The room is clean and the bed is comfy.

With family in the eastern suburbs this was close and convenient to stay at. It is a new modern hotel with the standard amenities. Our twin room included a comfortable corner couch. Beds were very good. Staff are efficient and engaging. Dinner at Archies restaurant was excellent. We will use the Hotel again for future stays.

This hotel is in a business park in outer Melbourne. We had a function nearby. The hotel is lovely, very clean and staff are attentive. We had a view towards the Dandenongs. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. My only down side is that the bed was very hard and the addition or availability of a mattress topper would have been wonderful. Hard beds can be very troublesome to people with orthopaedic conditions of hips and knees. Parking the car was easy and free. There is a restaurant on site and other restaurants nearby.

We chose Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park as it was close to a hospital where I was undergoing a procedure. It turned out to be a very good choice as the staff were very helpful to my wife while I was in hospital.

from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. I was on crutches, so one of the reception staff met us at the front door and opened a side door for easy access, so i didn't have to try and use the turning door. Reception were helpful. we booked a table for dinner with friends and the staff were very helpful with our request of table due to my hip surgery. We were able to order from both menus, which was great as some friends weren't very hungry. Food delicious. Breakfast had a fantastic selection. we will be back.

Excellent hotel out in the suburbs. Very centrally located and accessible to many places. Hidden gems like San Lorenzo restaurant and other coffee places nearby. Staff were very helpful and registration was very smooth. Breakfast at $25 could have more variety. All in all Love this hotel.

This hotel is easily accessible via toll freeways in Melbourne. It is well finished, with courteous staff and great dining at Archie's restaurant. For the price we paid at the time (circa $220/night) for a twin bed room on a F1 weekend, it was fantastic value for money.

Very nice comfortable hotel but location was not very close to alternative dining or other shopping. We ended up driving to Rowville and Ringwood. We were closer to Yarra Valley and Halesville Sanctuary and that was a plus. Airport was about an hours drive.

It's the first Hyatt Group of Hotels , I have noted the rooms were not taken care, of the amenities the room. The Restaurant has its own way of serving customers . I ask for Room service and thy point me to the times it could be availed. The Displayed menu which proudly shows on the Screen ---is not available. You go down to have the Dinner at 6:45 pm, only to be told that you need prior booking. W had no choice but to drive 11 Km. to nearest Restaurant to have decent meal. I presume a Motel would do better.
