Alors là chapeau ! Le personnel avenant, une chambre propre et confortable, un petit déjeuner avec du jus d'orange frais et des oeufs frais ! Une salle de sport un peu petite mais avec du matériel de qualité Le restaurant très bon et des bières locales Pour les sportifs, un canal qui mène jusqu'à un énorme ascenseur à bateaux juste à côté Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu ce niveau de qualité !

Stayed 2 nights at the start and end of a trip to Europe. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, even with 4 adults and 1 dog. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and had everything you would expect. A usb port in the room would be useful but other than that I can't offer any room for improvements. Easy hotel to get to, with free secure car parking. The breakfast has a more European feel than some hotels with a large choice. It is a medium sized hotel with everything you will need. We will certainly be going back when in the area. Of note when we arrived on the first night the lady on reception welcomed our dog with a free bowl of biscuits. Fantastic.

Room was modern, spacious and functional; shower had very good water pressure. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast which is amongst the best I have ever had: lots of both cooked and continental options (freshly cooked and varied eggs on a buffet is rare) The quality of the food alone is enough to make me want to go back next time I travel in the area

One of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. No disturbing lights, no noises from air con. Room totally dark and very little noise from within the hotel. Just a bit of traffic noise from nearby major roads. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Très pratique pour nous lorsque nous visitons la famille à La Louvière. Nous venons en voiture, l'hôtel possède un parking. Nous aimons la tranquiilté de l'endroit, propreté et jolie décoration, ainsi que la grande amabilité du personnel. Manque juste un petit frigo dans la chambre.

I was there to work at a hospital in La Louviere - cycled along the canal in most days in a mostly traffic free journey. Staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful in every area of the hotel - especially in reception.

The staff was, as always, amazing: extra pillows were waiting for us (as requested); we were informed at check-in that they would be there but if not, just to call reception and they would be provided. There was no decaf in the room but we were offered free a free cup of it from the machine in the reception area.

The restaurant wasn’t open, but there were a number of meals available at the small bar. After a long day in the car, we enjoyed a walk along the nearby canal.

Great hotel! Easy to find, close to motorway, plenty parking, modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean. My only complaint is the menu was very limited and there's nothing in the immediate area. An outdoor area for a drink would've been nice too but overall, a good stay.

J'ai passé un WE avec mon épouse dans cet établissement. Le personnel est très accueillant, l'hôtel est bien situé avec un parking accessible. L'infrastructure est bien entretenue. Le petite-déjeuner est très bon. J'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Really comfortable and great eco-friendly credentials. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit out of town but very convenient for main roads. Only minor quibbles were a limited dinner menu (although there is a nice restaurant right next door) - although the breakfast choice was excellent - and the slightly odd decor choice with the room walls featuring a bizarre/sinister collection of clowns/mines!

Helpful reception staff, clean and well managed and convenient access to the main road. Rather disappointing that the brasserie was closed and very limited choice in the hotel dinner menu. Room was comfortable and well maintained. We have stayed at this hotel many times.

Zag er geweldig uit, netjes gepoetst, ontbijt voortreffelijk deden ter plaatse eieren of omelet voor je bakken. Enige minpuntje was dat het restaurant niet geopend was maar je kun bij de buren dineren.

On site parking, friendly reception, clean throughout and everything was about as good as I would expect except the disappointing breakfast which was not worth the money- whith several things exhausted mid way tgrough the serving period and every thing cooked live used the same pan which raised allergy issues

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel as a stopover. The family rooms are great as they have a double and two twins and are a good size. The restaurant next door and the breakfast are great. Parking is easy and the hotel is just off the main road.
