Located in south Delhi , Property is nice but a bit dated - we had a suite which was extremely spacious , bathroom needed a little updating . Breakfast buffet was a large spread with Indian and western options. Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel Had many restaurants on site - Indian , Chinese, multi cuisine . We ate at Singh sahib - had wonderful live music . Food quality and taste were good but not exceptional. Overall the experience was good.

This is probably my 10th stay in Eros and is like second home to me. There are many long-term staff members, and it has an old school charm to it. The service is phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The bar has a nice happy hour. There is a nice garden out back, for walks and a nice pool for summers. The Lotus temple and many restaurants are all walking distance. There is a large park nearby for morning walks. I cannot recommend Eros enough.

The building and the visual aspect of the staff was very 5* but the service was very poor. You would ask a waiter for something, they would say they would get it then just wander off and forget about you. One day the (only) bar was closed to all residents except a certain party, who only took up about a quarter of the room anyway. The only place you could get a drink was the restaurant - just not good enough for 5* and no way to treat valued clients. Never again.

Vi hade en riktigt fin vistelse på Hotel Eros i Delhi. Redan vid ankomsten möttes vi av varm och professionell personal som gjorde incheckningen smidig och välkomnande. Rummet var rymligt, mycket rent och smakfullt inrett med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig – skön säng, fräscht badrum, bra AC och fina detaljer som kaffe/te-faciliteter. Frukostbuffén var en höjdpunkt varje morgon. Den var både riklig och varierad, med allt från färsk frukt och indiska specialiteter till internationella alternativ. Vi testade även restaurangen på kvällen och blev mycket nöjda – både maten och servicen höll hög klass. Hotellets poolområde var lugnt och avkopplande, en perfekt plats att varva ner efter en dag ute i Delhi. Det finns också ett välutrustat gym och andra bekvämligheter som gjorde vistelsen extra bekväm. Läget är utmärkt – hotellet ligger i ett trevligt, grönt område med närhet till shopping, restauranger och flera av stadens sevärdheter. Det var lätt att ta sig runt och vi kände oss trygga och väl omhändertagna hela tiden. Det som verkligen lyfter Hotel Eros är servicen. Personalen var alltid vänlig, hjälpsam och engagerad. Det märks att gästernas trivsel verkligen är i fokus här. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Hotel Eros

The hotel has an impressive look. During check-in not all of the people working front desk seemed trained enough to handle everything, and that slowed the line down. At the Bar & Lounge, we had an issue with a drink. The cream in a "white russian" was curdled. After returning the drink, the server then told us a "white russian" would not be possible, so we ordered something else. (I suspect the cream is at fault, but the bartender or server should have not served the drink. I think the problem here is either the bartender and server do not have enough training.) We also went to Blooms which is the buffet, but also has a menu to order off of. When we went at peak time or late night and ordered off the menu, the service was slow, but the food was excellent. The best time to go seems to be before any meal time rush. The best spot to eat seems to be Empress of China which had good service and excellent food as well. We needed to use the Business Center computers. The Concierge desk told us the wrong password, so when we went back again to ask, he got IT to unlock the computer. We put in the request at checkout (~noon) for a car to take us to the airport at 9PM. By 9PM no one seemed to know what was going on. Lastly, the hotel checked us and 2 days later I got a message through watsapp requesting my help to charge the room incidentals (dining). It looked like a scam, so I did not send the requested pictures of my credit card; I was able to have them charge it another way.

Great staff service , shops and restaurants nearby and inside the hotel premises but the surrounding area is dirty , noisy and crowded. The hotel itself needs some upgrades, like hallway carpet, bathrooms and rooms need repainting, air vents need cleaning . Buffet breakfast has great selections .

Pathetic staff and horrible condition rooms. No wonder they are not rated well on any site. I am surprised they call themselves a 5 star. They aren’t worth even 3. Mold everywhere rooms not cleaned. The only good thing is food.

After long journeys all over India it was a real treat to stay at such a brilliantly clean and comfortable hotel The hotel staff were amazing Our suite was outstanding with a fantastic view over the park Staff couldn't have done a better job Will book when in Delhi again

I have been staying in this property for last 8-10 years and some time 2-3 times a year. The condition of property is going down considerably in last few years and looks like management has no more interest in up-keep of the property. The room floor is cracking and making noise while walking and you can observe gaps in wooden joint on the floor. The ac though make a lot of noise does not cool at all and need drastic repairs and upgrade.

Plumbing is ancient. Shower and either you’ll freeze or get burned because the water regulators do NOT WORK!! Key cards get deactivated DAILY. However the staff are EXCELLENT! Lobby area good but ~~~> Not a 5 star room. Need serious improvement!

Very poor check in and check out experience. They were bewildered that I was checking out early. Check out staff clearly did not know how to check me out. The Duty manager watched me suffer from a safe distance without jumping in to help; till I physically went to him to ask for help. Needless to say I was getting late for my flight. Finally after much ado, they checked me out Also the plumbing system for the last 15 years has not been updated. You can get ice cold or scalding hot water in the middle of a shower!! Why not update?

Overall a good property and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. However, the rooms need massive upgrade as they look dated. If this was a 3 or 4 star property, I’ll give them 10/10 but the rooms (& bathrooms) were a let down. This is a 5 star property but not the rooms.

It was nice stay, however I had some health problems and during the night I had to go to the hospital in emergency, hotel night duty manager Mr Nikhil Vaid arranged hotel’s car immediately and sent me to the hospital, and everyone was very helpful. Thank you very much Eros.

Overall a good property and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. However, the rooms need massive upgrade as they look dated. If this was a 3 or 4 star property, I’ll give them 10/10 but the rooms (& bathrooms) were a let down. This is a 5 star property but not the rooms.

I stayed for 5 days as part of a business trip to Delhi. Nice hotel with good and clean rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only drawback was that they couldn’t arrange an early check-in which is needed as flights from Europe often arrives in the early morning. The neighborhood is not so interesting Will be happy to recommend the hotel.

Lots to like - good location to get to the meetings I had to attend without getting so caught up in the terrible Dehli traffic. Helpful staff who were flexible to allow a slightly later check out time. Bed for comfortable. Nice welcome touches in the room, including some fruit and chocolates.
