Stayed 1 night

Much nicer places to stay in Trastevere. The first room was a 20 minute walk from my selected location. The staff made us wait almost an hour at the location in order to check in. The second however room was at my selected location. The rooms were clean and looked fine. The mattresses were. It very comfortable. On the second stay we were either under a club (or at least a party with a live drum kit) that went on until 2am. Not very happy.

Stayed 4 nights

When we got there the guy didn’t gave us much information pretty much showed us the room and gave us the keys. The first day we had a hard time to sleep because our room was super hot and the AC took very long time to cool down the little room, it was barely blowing any air. The 2nd day we left to tour the city and left the AC so that would be cool on our return but the AC was turned off, so another hard night when you are trying to get over jet lag. The 3rd day, we hidden the AC remote and then he contact us and said to us, “I control the AC”. I asked why was he in our room when we specifically said that we do not want any service and then he said because there was a plumbing issue, we had no plumbing issues. He had no reason to continually enter our room, made us feel very uncomfortable, we were very glad that we locked our luggage up prior to leaving. That made our stay extremely uncomfortable. We were exhausted every day while touring because of the hot nights, then when we told him about the AC not working right he said we had it in the wrong setting but he never took the time to show us and let us know how it was working. We definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Super bad customer service and definitely not safe because he goes into the rooms as he pleases. The photos will show our conversation and how he said “I control the AC.” We also were running out of toilet paper and he told us to grab some from a little room next to us, 1/2 used rolls of toilet paper.

I would not stay here again. The breakfast that was included was a little cafe downstairs by a couple who were extremely unwelcoming and rude. They did not even offer the brioche. The AC did not work and we suffered all night using a wet towel to keep ourselves cool. The shower heads need to be replaced as well.

A localização não é na mesma rua que está escrito no anúncio. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, passamos calor na única noite. E o chuveiro precisa de uma limpeza, já que o jato é muito espalhado e fino.
