NH Collection Buenos Aires Jousten

Nice hotel very close to the port and riverfront area. Easy walk to Casa Rosada and nearby sights. Friendly staff, good breakfast, all clean and nice.

Nowhere to hang towels. TV didn't work all the time.

Our room was very clean and we enjoyed it for our stay. Although it was smaller than we expected but the bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. We liked the view from the room straight up the road towards the Obelisco (not direct sightline). The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was with the food. Our room service was not great and arrived barely hot. Breakfast was also hit and miss. The system was never explained to us - we did not know until the last day we could order eggs or omelettes. The breakfast buffer was also hit and miss with what was there. It seemed it wasn't always filled up regularly so if it was gone, it was gone. This was consistent during our stay. In summary, good hotel in a great location but could do with improving breakfast and room service.

Good location. Early check in which is always great. Big room and bathroom. Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay for many reasons. The location is in the center of the Buenos Aires with a Subway stop right outside the front entrance. We were also walking distance to Historic Center and Puerto Madero. The front desk was helpful and the hotel provides breakfast for a fee. I recommend this hotel if you are stayi in Buenos Aires.
