The Hotel.com description was not accurate. The pictures posted did not reflect the true condition of the hotel. Had to change rooms b/c the 1st room’s A/C controls were hanging out do the wall and not working. The 2nd room’s A/C didn’t really work either. Gym was a joke, and there was no roof top bar.

The gym was being renovated so I couldn’t train for 3 days. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation, not even a free breakfast! Service at breakfast was very slow. Waited 20 minutes for two eggs over easy!

The location and breakfast really pull the rating up, both of which were fantastic and worth the price in my opinion. The room was well-appointed and beautiful, but was not restocked well over our stay (missing towels, toilet paper, coffee). 1 of the 2 elevators was broken the majority of our stay. Staff was hit or miss in regards to helpfulness and friendliness. The gym was small but functional and pretty clean. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but ordered room service and the food was better than average. They have an app for ordering room service and making requests which is nice in theory, especially if your first language isn’t Spanish, but it didn’t seem to work for anything *except* room service—all of our “free” requests for toilet paper, towels, etc went unanswered.

Friendly and professional courteous staff at the restaurant. Room while clean but was very small for a 6 night stay. Sleeping was difficult as the clunky elevator was nearby. Customer relations apparently tried to change room but was not successful.

Hotel muito bem localizado para a região de Puerto Madeiro, com um ótimo atendimento da sua equipe, porém tive problemas com o meu quarto e pode ser algo pontual. O vaso do banheiro tinha um vazamento, a TV não funcionava e o ar condicionado tive que deixar desligado pois fazia um barulho muito alto. Ainda bem que o tempo estava bom e não estava passando calor, ou a experiência teria sido muito pior.

Et fint hotel med en god beliggenhed. Det halter bare lidt flere steder. Virkelig dårlig lydisolering fra værelset og ekstrem trafikstøj døgnet rundt. Toilettet løber. Der kan bestilles æg til morgenmaden…nogle dage. Der er bar på hotellet…når de ellers ikke har lukket, fordi der ikke var gæster i restauranten. Og tagterrassen på billederne findes ikke på hotellet. Der ER bare lidt for mange ting, som ikke er helt skarpe. Til gengæld er servicen i receptionen FREMRAGENDE. Både ved check-in og ved assistance og anbefalinger. De er virkelig gode. Specielt den kvindelige receptionist er fantastisk. Stor ros til dem.

As a result, the breakfast was prepared last minute, causing a slight delay. Despite this, the service was very good, and I would recommend this hotel overall.

Air conditioning did not work, the reception told us there was no problem ! Opened the windows to get fresh air, but as we had a room on the street there was a lot of noise :( Furthermore the restaurant was closed for a private event …As for breakfast it is quite poor, but one positive point you can order expresso.

Las fotografías mostraban algo que en la realidad no es. La habitación estaba sucia, sábanas manchadas, no olía bien, la ducha sucia, el baño no servía, el basurero del baño arruinado. La habitación me pareció deprimente. Llegué y la atención de los botones no existió hasta que pedí ayuda con mis maletas. La gente fue amable pero no con servicio de calidad. No volveré a quedarme en ningún hotel de su marca. El precio es alto para lo que ofrecen.

Location was good. Staff tried to assist where they could with maps for seeing attractions. The restaurant in the hotel had meals that were just average. Room cleaning on a certain day was not done. On asking the staff, I got an answer saying they don’t know what happened but they will get the room cleaned. On asking if I could talk they the Manager, they said she was having her lunch. Anyways they got the room cleaned. Also the bathroom stuff like the brushes etc are not in the bathroom. You have to go and ask the reception if you need these. They will provide it.

Gostamos muito do hotel. A cordialidade da recepção, camareiras. Colocaram uma cama extra para meu filho. Buffet excelente de café da manhã. Sentimos um cheiro forte de esgoto no banheiro. Não sei se era só no nosso quarto. E o quarto é escuro. Poderia ter mais iluminação e alguns ganchos de toalhas e roupas no banheiro.

Excelente habitación, muy bonita, bien decorada, muy limpia, espaciosa. Cama muy cómoda. Varios Enchufes para conectar dispositivos electrónicos, wifi con buen funcionamiento. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Ademas muy buena ubicación. La verdad no tengo comentarios negativos.

O hotel é excelente, praticamente em frente a uma estação de metrô. Próximo a vários restaurantes. O quarto é super aconchegante, a cama é de um conforto ímpar. A limpeza do ambiente é perfeita. O café da manhã muito bem servido, os funcionários são super educados e atenciosos. Super recomendo o hotel.

Great facelift to this older property. Room well appointed. I did have a couple of issues with the room though, the air conditioning wasn't as strong in the room as it should be and the waterproofing in the shower seemed to be not working as water was leaking into the bathroom and entry way after using the shower. If these maintenance issues were fixed, this would be a great place to stay.

The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was large, but the sound proofing was very poor, I could everything from the room next door and it kept me awake.

A lovely hotel in central Buenos Aires. It's within a 10 minute walking distance for sightseeing eg Casa Rosada, Plaza del Mayo, and to the ferry terminal to Montevideo. The room was modern, comfortable and good size. Breakfast consisted of a buffet such as fruits, cereals, smoothies, juices, pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful in particular the young gentlemen in reception. During my trip when out sightseeing, I was robbed. The receptionist assisted me in providing directions to the tourist police, contacting my embassy etc. I'm very grateful for all their assistance.

Excellent check in. Morelba at Reception was extremely helpful checking in and out. We just arrived from a cruise and we’re also heading to Iguazu. Had a wonderful stay at NH. Will definitely loom for thin this chain in other cities!

Chegamos no Hotel, e o atendente disse que só tinha dois quartos reservados. Apesar de eu mostrar minha reserva no APP do Hoteis.com, apenas se limitou a dizer que no sistema dele não constava. Ele tinha quarto disponível e fez uma nova reserva dos quartos que estavam faltando pelo preço de tabela. Apesar do inconveniente e da exaustiva complicação do atendente. O quarto era agradavel e no geral o hotel é bom.

This hotel is located in downtown Buenos Aires. I personally didn’t care for the downtown area, but was there for business purposes. The location is convenient and accessible - very close to Puerto Madero shops and restaurants. I found the hotel to be modern, and in very good condition. It was exactly like the pictures online, and is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The price point was very good, and the staff was super helpful and amazing! Overall I would recommend if you need a place to stay for a day or two, or want to be close to the downtown area.

The gym was being renovated so I couldn’t train for 3 days. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation, not even a free breakfast! Service at breakfast was very slow. Waited 20 minutes for two eggs over easy!

The location and breakfast really pull the rating up, both of which were fantastic and worth the price in my opinion. The room was well-appointed and beautiful, but was not restocked well over our stay (missing towels, toilet paper, coffee). 1 of the 2 elevators was broken the majority of our stay. Staff was hit or miss in regards to helpfulness and friendliness. The gym was small but functional and pretty clean. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but ordered room service and the food was better than average. They have an app for ordering room service and making requests which is nice in theory, especially if your first language isn’t Spanish, but it didn’t seem to work for anything *except* room service—all of our “free” requests for toilet paper, towels, etc went unanswered.

Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better, not enough food variety. The room itself was fine, but the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, which made it feel humid.

Air conditioning did not work, the reception told us there was no problem ! Opened the windows to get fresh air, but as we had a room on the street there was a lot of noise :( Furthermore the restaurant was closed for a private event …As for breakfast it is quite poor, but one positive point you can order expresso.

I stayed for two nights in late May. I chose it because I was traveling with a small dog, and because I had to take the BuqueBus to Montevideo. The hotel is roughly 4 blocks from the area where the ferry docks. It is a nice hotel that has known better times. It needs better upkeep (new carpets, new paint, nothing major) and much better cleaning. My room was dusty in the corners and behind drapery. The staff was very helpful and prefessional. I do not recommend the bar as the drinks are expensive and very small. Location was really good for what I needed to do, but my trip was not a vacation.
