Parkeren kan in parkeergarage (13€) op het terrein (10€) of buiten de hekken (gratis). Op het gratis deel staat links wel een bordje niet voor hotelgasten, maar dat heb ik rechts niet gezien. Er zitten allemaal bedrijven dus in het weekend lijkt parkeren buiten altijd mogelijk. Wel jammer dat wij uitkeken op de parkeer welke overdekt wordt door de rest van het hotel. Met open raam slapen (geen airco) is gehorig en om de haverklap gaat het licht (bewegingsmelder) op de parkeerplaats aan. Het ontbijt was goed, ook voor de internationale reiziger die de dag graag met worstjes, witte bonen of spruitjes beginnen. Bushalte (vertrek elke 20m) bijna voor de deur.

Otelin yeri Münih bölgesine göre iyiydi. Odalar sessiz ve temizdi. Eşyalar kaliteli ve kullanışlı. Odada küçük bir mutfak olması çok güzeldi. Kahvaltımızı odamızda çok rahat bir şekilde yaptık. Otopark için ekstra para istemeleri hoşuma gitmedi. Kapalı otopark için ekstra bir para daha istediler. Bizde açığı tercih ettik mecburen. Odalara ulaşım biraz zordu. Zor derken kapılar dan geçerek koridorlara ulaşılıyor. Kapıları elimizde bavul ile açarken çok zorlandık. Onun dışında resepsiyon daki beyefendi çok nazik ve yardımcıydı. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

The hotel is nice, clean and newer. We had connecting rooms and stayed 2 nights. Staff is nice. Problem was that I stayed here because they had a laundry room but it’s only open from 9-5. Which didn’t help me at all which was unfortunate.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, alle Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, ruhig, ich konnte gut schlafen und sauber. Die Küche hat eine kleine Abendkarte und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Negativ ist anzumerken, dass die Dame an der Rezeption nur nach einiger Recherche und Zeitaufwand davon zu überzeugen war, dass das Frühstück bereits von mir mitgebucht war. Sie wollte mir dafür 17 Euro extra berechnen. Ich hatte es vorab für 13 Euro gebucht. Außerdem kostete Parken 10 Euro, obwohl es als kostenlos angegeben war.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum. Leider war es zum Frühstück etwas chaotisch, zu viele Gäste, dafür zu wenig Platz, das Personal kam kaum mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffet nach, teilweise fehlten Teller. Nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten waren bei dem Andrang einfach zu wenig.

Zimmer super heiß, keine Klimaanlage- sollte bei 4 Sternen schon standard sein. Fenster konnte man nicht offen lassen, weil es von nebenan bis spät Abends und ab 5 Uhr morgens sehr lautes Reden gab. Wenn man das grüne Schild nicht raushängt, wird das Zimmer nicht gemacht... Zimmer roch total nach Essen. Parkplatz mit Expedia inklusive

Super das man die Wahl hat ob das Zimmer gereinigt wetden soll oder nicht, super füt die Umwelt. Wenn nan ws dann aber möchte, sollte es auch gereinigt werden. Dann nur Handtücher wechseln, ist zu wenig. Benutzte Tassen und das Bett aufschütteön wäre das minimum. Das Frühstück ein Traum.

They never took any of the dirty glasses from our room. By the time we left we had a stack of dirty glasses that needed washing. All the staff except one were rude, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he was the manager and was also rude. The place is one and half block away from strip tease (gentlemen’s club). Makes you feel real safe when you have to walk past them to get to the metro. One of the worst places I have ever stayed

I det store og hele fornøyd. Hotellet var fint. Frokosten var bra men dyr. De stelte ikke rommet uten at vi spesifikt bestilte det. Det fant vi ut etter 3 dager uten romservice... Diverse strippeklubber i gata, som passet litt dårlig når jeg var på tur med min datter. Men de plaget oss ikke. OK gangavstand til T-bane som gikk hyppig til byen.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The first night I slept there alone, the second night, my family joined me. The morning of the second day, I paid for an additional bed in the room and asked to have the room cleaned before my family had to use it. At 7pm we came back to the room and found everything as I had left it in the morning. After complaining with the reception, some staff member came, left the bed in the middle of the room, threw some fresh towels on a table and left. Extremely rude, unprofessional and definitely not worth of a 4* rating. We didn't even have a complementary bottle of water in the room which is a standard practice for 4* hotels worldwide. Never again!

El baño está muy bien equipado, tiene champú y acondicionador, crema corporal, de manos y gel, además de secador, toallas de tres tamaños, pañuelos y vasos.

Overall really enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. Just a heads up for Americans - there’s no AC and the window doesn’t open very much. I visited during the summer and there was not a lot of air flow.

Upon check in, the staff was rude. Because we booked through Expedia, and not through the Wyndham website, their demeanor changed. We asked for the VIP perks, and once again was told that because we booked through Expedia we were not eligible for an upgrade. We spoke to a supervisor who then told us if we wanted the upgrade it was 180 Euros. My husband paid because we were making a scene, it was embarrassing, and the staff made us feel as if the VIP perks were not eligible there.

Check-in war dermassen daneben, dass wir schon vor Zimmerbezug abreisen wollten. Trotz VIP-Vorteilen der Buchung mit möglichem early check-in liess man uns (mit kleiner Tochter) 20min zu früh nicht einchecken. Das wäre per se kein Thema gewesen. Es kamen dann aber viele Leute ca. 10 Minuten später und noch immer zu früh. Bei denen ging es dann mit check in. First come first serve galt dann auch nicht mehr. Der völlig überforderte, überhebliche Herr bediente beliebig und hatte viel zu lange fürs Check in. Wir hatten 45 Minuten für den Check in. Dann erwähnte ich unsere Superior Zimmer Buchung und er äffte mich nach. Absolutes no go. Hotel sonst ok. Würde aber definitiv nicht mehr hier übernachten.

This hotel is a little bit far from the city itself but its ok. Its in an industrial area and we have to take a cab everytime we want to go somewhere. The service is so slow maybe because they're understaffed. The server is also the bartender, cashier, taking orders, cleaning the tables, etc, etc, etc. How I wish somebody is helping him out. That makes the service so slow.

The room was exactly as promised and was clean and ready when I expected it to be. The property is a weird walk to the closest subway station (you pass by multiple adult entertainment venues and have to go through not the best-lit areas) but this is not entirely the fault of the property and may have been different for a man/group rather than a woman travelling alone. The staff were friendly if not the most helpful (there was a Bavarian holiday during my trip and they were not sure what would be open, which was a little disappointing as I would have appreciated some guidance). If you know your way around Munich/Bavaria, I imagine this would also not be an issue. The hotel is also a bit outside city center (something I knew when booking, and was not unpleasantly surprised by) but this would have been an issue if I were not familiar with public transport/had cell service to find my way around. All in all, I had no issues with the hotel itself, and would recommend it.

Für die Lage, war es recht teuer. Uns kam es so vor, dass es das Rotlichtviertel von München war. Ein Bordel neben dem anderen. Bahn und Bus Anbindung, lies auch zu wünschen übrig. In the middle of a run down, deserted industrial estate, with no other facilities in the area other than a number of lap dancing clubs. On the positive side, only a few minutes walk to the U-bahn on the U2 line with good links to the City and Airport. Maybe a sensible choice if attending the Messe Halles, rather than for tourists.

Super das man die Wahl hat ob das Zimmer gereinigt wetden soll oder nicht, super füt die Umwelt. Wenn nan ws dann aber möchte, sollte es auch gereinigt werden. Dann nur Handtücher wechseln, ist zu wenig. Benutzte Tassen und das Bett aufschütteön wäre das minimum. Das Frühstück ein Traum.

Personal zum Großteil eher kurz angebunden und nicht sehr Service orientiert. Der Mann im Restaurant war jedoch sehr nett, jedoch total überfordert da nur zwei Leute für das gesamte Restaurant Bar mit Außen einfach zu viel ist. Zimmer war im 2OG (320) mit Küche und Bakon. Zum einen war der Balkon in den Innenhof, was erstmal okay ist, jedoch war da nur ein Gitter ohne jeglicher Sichtschutz. Die Außenterasse des Restaurants und alle Zimmer können einen dann dort sehen, was sehr unangenehm ist, man fühlt sich wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Wünschenswert wäre ebenfalls eine Liege anstatt nur normale Stühle. Oder welche wenigstens mit Beinstütze. Zum Zimmer selbst: Tag und Nacht war ein lautes Brummen zu hören, was augenscheinlich durch die Lüftung auf dem Dach kam. Es war wirklich unangenehm und behinderte den Schlaf. Ebenfalls waren die Zimmer und Flure abartig warm und nicht zum aushalten, obwohl draußen meistens nur 23-25 Grad waren. Lüftung im Hotel ist ein Fremdwort. Von der Klimaanlage sollte man erst gar nicht anfangen. Trotz relativ neuem Hotel existiert keine, was ein Armutszeugnis ist. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu vergleichen mit den Bildern und gleicht einer Frechheit. Bis zum Ende fehlen oftmals Sachen (Brötchen, O-Saft, Frischkäse, Croissants) und es kommt dann nur die Aussage, es wäre leer. Es gibt auch nur 2 Scheibenkäsen, 2 Fleischaufschnitte und Mozzarella und Leberwurst. Generell kaum Auswahl und Variationen. Einfach ein Witz und nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum. Leider war es zum Frühstück etwas chaotisch, zu viele Gäste, dafür zu wenig Platz, das Personal kam kaum mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffet nach, teilweise fehlten Teller. Nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten waren bei dem Andrang einfach zu wenig.
