Many stairs to the rooms so need to be able to climb many stairs while carrying luggage. Parking is about four minute walk away. Lobby is up the street just so people are aware. The signage for the hotel is a small sign in the window and easy to miss. This is my first stay in Lisbon so this might be typical of hotels here but I was surprised so I thought I would share that. The room is quite nice and the bed was comfortable.

Room was as pictured, with everything we needed for 5 days in Lisbon. Friendly and extremely helpful staff at reception. Very responsive to any questions. Extremely clean. Good water pressure in shower. Firm mattress. Room is up a couple flights of steep stairs - thankfully we pack light. Not suitable for anyone mobility challenged or with big suitcases. We did not have a car. Uber and walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. Transit was nearby but we did not try it. Footsteps very audible from the adjacent hall and rooms. Maybe can't be avoided with the age of the building, but suggest you bring earplugs. Great location near a treed plaza with many delicious restaurants and locals hanging out. Wonderful coffee and breakfast just around the corner - Copenhagen Coffee Lab.

Esta relativamente cerca del centro de lisboa, los alrededores son tranquilos. A unos 20 metros esta un mini super. De 5 a 7 minutos caminando esta una calle de bares y restaurantes. En general la ubicación es muy conveniente y el lugar es bonito. Tienes que subir escaleras para llegar a tu habitación, asi que sera mejor para ti tener un equipaje ligero.

Nette Unterkunft, allerdings nicht geeignet für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen, da alles sehr eng ist und man nur über Treppen auf die Zimmer kommt. Es verfügt auch nicht jedes Zimmer über eine Küche.

I loved my little apartment. Would have liked a safe in my room but that was the only issue. Was a bit concerned at first when realised i wasn't in the same building as reception nor with my friends but very close and in a good spot with a mini market, bars, cafes, courtyards, restaurants etc. Felt very safe at all times of the day. Very friendly locals. Would stay there again.

Located on a lively little square /street in what seemed to be a decent area.There were a number of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I would not recommend if you have any sort of mobility issue as the stairs are extremely steep and there is no elevator. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The only drawback were the three flights of long stairs to get to our room. The manager helped us up to our room with our luggage. The next morning we were leaving at 7 AM for a flight and there was no one to help us. I have a bad back and if I had known about the stairs I woud not have chosen thie residence. Other than that it was fine.

The stairs were very steep getting to the room. Staff did help with luggage. Parking was not close by. The room looked out on a lovely park where on Friday and Sat. nights the crowds would gather. It was a joyous noise of happy people, not a rowdy crowd. It was a hike up steep streets to get to public transportation. The price was good.

The room itself was quite dirty. Upon arrival we took off our shoes as we walked in the hotel room, and within 5 minutes our socks were black with dirt. When I wiped my fingers on the shelve where the glasses/plates were, they were covered in a thick layer of dust. I also got a towel with several old bloodstains on it. There were stains on the bed frame and on the walls next to the bed. This unfortunately ruined the experience a little bit. Other than that, we liked the hotel. The location is great, the beds were comfortable and the staff was lovely.

The property was entirely misleading. The photos have not been updated in years. The walls were significantly gouged and stained. The bathroom shower frame was broken with dangerous exposed edges. The entire unit smelled of mold. The bed was stained. And the mattress was severely worn out and consisted of two doubles pushed together. As well there were cockroaches throughout. Every light switch and door frame was absolutely filthy. The staff was helpful but seemed unaware of the level of filth present in the unit. I would strongly recommend not ever booking this unit. I have photos of all the issues, including the cockroaches.

Aunque el personal fue muy amable y servicial, la habitación estaba descuidada. El baño era muy pequeño y no estaba limpio. Se salía el agua de la ducha por todas partes y se llenaba todo el baño de agua. Había un espejo roto y racholas sueltas. Flores guest rooms are very near or literally on the charming, intimate Praca das Flores park and square. It is a unique and vibrant neighbourhood with abundant and varied dining options. The Flores staff and service are excellent. My 4 star ratings for cleanliness and facilities only means that they could up their game a little in these areas. Some minor room upgrades (new furniture, cooking ware) would make the rooms more welcoming. All linen, towels, sheets, beds were spotlessly clean, as were the kitchen and bathroom sinks, shower, toilet etc. Floors could have used a more thorough mopping. Staff also will arrange car transportation to and from the airport. We have not tried the Flores breakfast, mainly because there is a wonderful breakfast cafe ("Copenhagen") right beside the Square which opens at 7:30. I will happily rebook at Flores next time I'm in Lisbon.

Generally very disappointed with this stay. The room was tired, mould in the shower, dust on the furniture, a damp smell, balcony couldn’t even be stood on, the room was much smaller than suggested in photos, housekeeping only came once out of the 4 nights we stayed, no water offered when arrived, fridge was broken inside so couldn’t stand bottles up in the door, air conditioning fan was broken, no lock on the door to the room so had to lock ourselves in every night with the key, no where to hang up our clothes only a ludicrous amount of drawers, towels smelt damp… just so disappointing. The location is great though.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, but the facilities are poor, the room smelt damp and was the furniture was very wore out, skirting boards coming away from the wall and the bed frame was peeling. The shower was extremity cramped I’m 5’8 (175cm) and I was hitting my head, my poor partner who is 185 cm had to hunch to use it. We were on the top floor and had an aircon unit o top of the roof which made a loud humming all night, resulting in a poor sleep. I wouldn't recommend to a friend

Property was in a good location, functional and bed was comfortable. However, pictures were misleading as it indicated that the room was much bigger and had a kitchen in our room. This was not the case room was small and was a shared kitchen on a different floor which was disappointing. Also, the steps to the room were very steep and not for people with mobility issues. Owners should update pictures to be more reflective or what you are getting.

The room was very charming and comfortable, with a great view from the 3rd floor window. The bed was OK, a little bit hard but I still slept well. It was quiet but you could hear your next door neighbours when they unlocked their door. The shower did have a bit of mould in it. It was my fiancee's birthday and they surprised us with a basket of fresh fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine.

The accommodation was ground floor, dark and very damp. Opening the front door from the street there are garbage bins inside, just near the apartment door. The neighbours upstairs were noisy - loud tv, music and stomping around on wooden floor boards till past 1am. Reception said they couldn't do anything about it as the people above were residents and they didn't have anything else available. Two nights were 2 nights too long.

Convenient location. Some of the units can be very noisy. There is a beautiful square with restaurants and convenience store in walking distance. The units are a bit dated but comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wir waren als Paar für 3 Nächte in Lissabon und wollten für unseren Aufenthalt eine zentral gelegende Unterkunft. Für die 3 Nächte war das Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung. It was good for 1 or 2 nights but it was not in good shape. A bit worn. Please note that the second bedroom on the mezzanine has a low ceiling (approx 4.5 feet)...but very good for kids! The surrounding is nice, with market, restaurants and bakeries and a park. Also, the building beside this appartment was in construction, we had a lot of noise! But this hotel has many other appartments. We had the 39.

It’s walkable and closed to metro, train, and bus stations. The staffs are excellent, very helpful! However, the room is very small and one can hear adjacent neighbors, and people walk up and down the stairs. No refrigerator is in the room. So it’s inconvenient to have cold water or juice stored. I thought I would be in the main building, but I was in a little townhouse with many different rooms. It was different from what I originally saw and booked almost 10 months before my trip.

Good water pressure in shower. Firm mattress. Room is up a couple flights of steep stairs - thankfully we pack light. Not suitable for anyone mobility challenged or with big suitcases. We did not have a car. Uber and walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. Transit was nearby but we did not try it. Footsteps very audible from the adjacent hall and rooms. Maybe can't be avoided with the age of the building, but suggest you bring earplugs. Great location near a treed plaza with many delicious restaurants and locals hanging out. Wonderful coffee and breakfast just around the corner - Copenhagen Coffee Lab.

Place is great; I had room 302 it’s in another building; no elevator but completely awesome; clean, cozy, nice bed and bathroom, balcony, close enough to everything if your feet work. Front desk people are fantastic and give great dining advice; 2 for 2 on recos

We had a great stay overall at the Flores Guest House. The location is very convenient for exploring the core of the city centre with many good restaurant options within 10 minutes walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful with any requests. The office was open most of the day so that you can speak with someone when needed.

Flores guest rooms are very near or literally on the charming, intimate Praca das Flores park and square. It is a unique and vibrant neighbourhood with abundant and varied dining options. The Flores staff and service are excellent. My 4 star ratings for cleanliness and facilities only means that they could up their game a little in these areas. Some minor room upgrades (new furniture, cooking ware) would make the rooms more welcoming. All linen, towels, sheets, beds were spotlessly clean, as were the kitchen and bathroom sinks, shower, toilet etc. Floors could have used a more thorough mopping. Staff also will arrange car transportation to and from the airport. We have not tried the Flores breakfast, mainly because there is a wonderful breakfast cafe ("Copenhagen") right beside the Square which opens at 7:30. I will happily rebook at Flores next time I'm in Lisbon.

We loved our trip to Lisbon. This hotel/lodging was in a perfect location! Close enough to walk many touristic places and half a block from a more residential and wonderful park/plaza with amazing restaurants and bars. The guest house is in an older building so a few stairs to contend with and it picked up some noise from the hall, but other than that it was great! I’d come back!

We had a great stay here! It’s a perfect location, with lots of amenities close by. We stayed at the very top of the guest house, so there were lots of stairs. We didn’t mind, and we had a great view of the streets below. Highly recommend, and would for sure stay here again!

We were only in for one night. Staff was delightful. Room was a one bedroom apartment in a row house just down from reception. Charming area with cafes and an amazing bakery. We went to dinner a short, steep walk away, Zazah. Sea bass was fab. It’s a modern restaurant, excellent staff. Great location. Near Botanical Gardens and Museum of Natural History. Posh shopping nearby, as well. Wish didn’t have to leave so soon. BTW - they had Artur come pick us up at the airport. He’s a Lisbon native. So nice.

The stairs were very steep getting to the room. Staff did help with luggage. Parking was not close by. The room looked out on a lovely park where on Friday and Sat. nights the crowds would gather. It was a joyous noise of happy people, not a rowdy crowd. It was a hike up steep streets to get to public transportation. The price was good.

Great location at the Principe real area. Surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars and very close to everywhere. Perfect location if you want to be able to walk everywhere. Service is amazing — they provided very useful info for restaurants, public transportation and such. The units are charming, but I want to point out two things — the shower in the bathroom is a bit difficult to control the temperature. I figured it out but the water is really quite hot. I don’t suggest to spend extra and get the room with balcony unless if you are smoker. It’s extra tiny and somewhat uncomfortable to sit out there. The property is also located in the middle of the LGBTQ neighborhood. So it’s easy walk after bar hopping. I enjoyed my stay very much, and will come back!

Flores Guest House was amazing. It's an incredible neighbourhood with the lovely Praca das Flores on your doorstep. The rooms were clean and practical - great value for money. The only thing to note is if you have physical accessibility issues you'll want to make sure you can access the rooms as the buildings are quite old. Staff was great and went out of their way to help.

Flores Guest House ligt in een geweldige wijk met veel restaurants en een mooi park voor de deur. Wel hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met een piepklein balkonnetje. De riolering in de badkamer stonk en de airco op het dak maakte veel lawaai (ook 's nachts) wat niet prettig was voor de nachtrust. Het ontbijt wat werd bezorgd in een mandje op het gewenste tijdstip was erg leuk. Ook kun je heerlijk ontbijten/brunchen in de omgeving. In ongeveer 15 minuten loop je naar het centrum van Lissabon. Dit is een gemakkelijke weg om te lopen. Metrostation Rato is ongeveer net zo ver als Baixa-Chiado

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Flores Guest House. It was very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. It is located right in the middle of what seemed to be a happening/busy area... there was a sort of garden-square with restaurants and cafes all around and it was quite noisy when we first arrived. However, when we were ready to settle in for the night, we simply closed all the windows and it was quiet. The bathroom is quite small and no matter what we did with the shower door, there was a small flood every time we showered as the door did not seem to seal completely. We ordered the yummy breakfast basket they offer and there was more than enough food for us.

Ontzettend leuke kamer met een heerlijk ontbijt. Dat werd geleverd in een picknickmand die bij de deur werd gehangen. Daardoor konden we picknicken op de kamer, voor het franse balkonnetje, superleuk!! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Literally everything and everyone was amazing!!! The rooms we stayed in were beautiful and clean! This was our very first trip to Portugal and the staff went above and beyond with the customer service! We plan on visiting Portugal again and they definitely will have our business. I beyond recommending staying here. The location also was perfect there is a little store you can walk to along with a park and an amazing gelato place that we went to every single night!! Literally everything and everyone was amazing!!! The rooms we stayed in were beautiful and clean! This was our very first trip to Portugal and the staff went above and beyond with the customer service! We plan on visiting Portugal again and they definitely will have our business. I beyond recommending staying here. The location also was perfect there is a little store you can walk to along with a park and an amazing gelato place that we went to every single night!! If you are stuck at to where to stay check this place out you won’t regret it.

It’s a small room well equipped, air conditioned, clean, the only problem for us that the room was on the third floor and no elevator. Great location, next to a lively park with great restaurants. Not far from public transportation.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, cold AC. Comfortable bed. Walk-in shower. Tea and coffee machine and kettle, Small fridge. My building on Das Flores was a great location for restaurants and bars. Cons: Wi-fi would connect but there was never any internet. Lots of black mold. Lousy sound-proofing. No additional internal lock on the door - had to use the key every time.

Smooth check-in process. The room was clean and in great condition, and the AC was great for the summer. The accommodation is right next to Jardim Fialho de Almeida, in my opinion the best little park in Lisbon to relax or hang out in the evening when it gets livelier. There are also great restaurants and bars right around there. Having some shampoo or similar amenities provided would have made it absolutely perfect.
