Started badly. First person at Reception wasn't pleasant or helpful and totally lackluster. She left us standing to wait for a manager. I offered to let her serve others waiting behind me. She said it wasn't necessary. Breakfast was missing cutlery. Room was clean. Shower didn't have hot water, just luke warm. There were no amenities in bathroom. 3 tissues in the box? I was disappointed because I remembered it being nicer and worth the price.
