Lovely stay at Flâneur, great location walkable to all main attractions. Really nice to have roof terrace to for sunny afternoon relax after sight seeing and before going out. Bed comfortable and lovely shower. Highly recommend!

My mum and I had an amazing stay at Flâneur. We stayed in the suite with a terrace and it was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything was in walking distance which was perfect too. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable with a large terrace to ourselves. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and modern (large shower). The location is unbeatable. We walked to all points of interest from there and we felt safe walking very late at night. The lobby service is scheduled but they are reachable through what’s app and they respond immediately. The access instructions are very clear. We will be back!

I absolutely loved this place. We did a ton of walking so the bath tub was perfect after a full day. Loved how close all the shopping and dining was. One big perk is the tour buses usually meet at the square which took us about 2 mins to get to, so convenient! I would without a doubt stay here again.

Mooi appartement met goede voorzieningen. Inchecken kan via balie of op bepaalde tijd zelf. Dit werkt prima en de informatievoorziening hier is goed. Wij hadden een appartement met een terras. Het wat wij hadden was mooi maar had wel enkele gebreken. Zo waren er wat lampen kapot en was de parasol kapot. De locatie is top op loopafstand van verschillende attracties.

Bed was comfortable, loved having an operable window that truly blocked out the street noise (except for emergency sirens!).

In spite of great location, never again. The location is excellent and the staff helpful. BUT, the building is old, there was a strange stench in the room, which the staff couldn‘t locate and get rid of. The „beautiful view to Via del Corso“ turned out to be a window to a dirty backyard. The water tank of the coffee machine was infested and it took them 2 days until they replaced it. As compensation we were offered a free ride to the airport.

The room was clean, the location was well. It was close to many restaurants and attractions. We walked every day to the Vatican. Our room was cleaned every day. It was secure as well, we went shopping and leave our bags, thankfully they gave is a room in the back, you couldn’t hear any noise. (They have other apartments there where people live and some times the smell would be very strong) I still would stay there again and again. I still will give the hotel 5 stars. Thank you so much to the staff and management.

Only concern was the heating/cooling system—the thermostat is locked—neither guest nor staff can adjust it. It didn’t work—locked at 22, with the fan at 3 (range 1-5)—although there was never any air flow from the register. Staff suggested we open and close window to control the temperature — this worked but allowed the street noises to be obvious. I suspect it would be uncomfortable in the summer?

The room was clean, the location was well. It was close to many restaurants and attractions. We walked every day to the Vatican. Our room was cleaned every day. It was secure as well, we went shopping and leave our bags, thankfully they gave is a room in the back, you couldn’t hear any noise. (They have other apartments there where people live and some times the smell would be very strong) I still would stay there again and again. I still will give the hotel 5 stars. Thank you so much to the staff and management.

Hôtel en “libre-service” sans vraiment de personnel sur place. La chambre était propre mais sans plus. Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain et les murs sont très abîmés. Les chambres sont très mal isolées et très bruyantes (les voisins dans l’autre immeuble qui jouent du piano à minuit et réveillé par la voisine de chambre qui nous fait une prestation de vocalises coïtales matinales avec son conjoint…). Pas de service de petit-déjeuner. Le Check-out s’est fait dans le couloir. On a laissé notre carte à un employé sans même qu’on nous demande comment notre séjour s’est passé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, il y a beaucoup mieux à Rome.

Location couldnt not have been better. Car/Taxi can't drive right in front of the property but will drop you less than 100 mts away. Totally ok. Via del Corso has everything you need and so close to Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps. AC was also working relatively well for the month of August which cant be said of many other small hotels. Im definately coming back here

Magical place. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous, not particularly noisy (good, considering it's on one of Rome's main roads) and the room was super clean. The staff was also very prompt and helpful. Thank you!

it is not a hotel so there is no reception. the wifi was unstable and the room was super small. It did not match the description and photos of the one that I booked.
