Enjoyed our stay in Hiroshima at Dormy Inn Hiroshima Annex. Location close to restaurants and major sites. Buffet breakfast is well done with lots of variety. The staff was amazing always very helpful with an question or need. Laundry service in room pickup or DIY (free wash, easily dry in 40min 200y) Public bath was very relaxing. Location was close to bus to get to Hiroshima Station, walking diatance to all the Peace Memorials and museums.

A great stay - hotel is well located for walking, bus or tram to everywhere we wanted to go. Our queen room was spacious and had all the amenities. The onsen was lovely. Laundry was a big plus - wash was free and dry only 100 yen. And they have an ice machine which was a great benefit given the hot summer weather. Easy checkin - they stored our luggage and dealt with receiving our luggage shipped from Kyoto. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great value too. Highly recommend!

The room was tiny, but typical for Japan. The bathroom had an excellent shower, with great water pressure. The best part about the hotel was the onsen, our first introduction to this part of Japanese culture. The facilities were superb! The ice cream was an added bonus.

Love love love my stay with Dormy Inn Hiroshima Annex! The location was prefect - just a 20 mins short walk from Hiroshima Stat. or 5 min bus ride (there's a bus stop 2 mins away from the hotel). It's located on the main street but the area was very quiet at night. They also provide shuttle bus to Hiroshima Stat. daily - only in the morning though and reservation is needed. A huge supermarket across the street which opens till 11pm - it has everything you need from food, snack, drinks, drugs store...etc. Staff was nice and accommodating - I've requested a room on higher floor during check-in and they were able to make the arrangement at the spot. Last but not least - their onsen on the top floor was amazing! Not only it opens everyday from 3pm till 10 am next morning - it's perfect if you're an night owl like me and prefer to have a late-night onsen session by yourself in the middle of the night! They also offered complimentary ramen, yogurt drink and popsicle throughout the day :) Will definitely come back again soon

Un excellent choix. Le onsen est très agréable avec un bassin extérieur et un superbe décor Miyajima. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, il y a même des huîtres. Lessives, glaces et soupes le soir gratuites. L’emplacement est très bien, à 10 minutes à pied des rues commerçantes. Il y a un service de navette gratuite jusqu’à la gare et sinon deux bus qui passent devant l’hôtel et qui vous y conduisent en 10 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our train tour through Japan. Its location - about 1,5 km from the train station - 1,2 km from Peace Memorial Park and 2,4 km from Hiroshima Castle - made it a logistically ideal hub to visit all our destinations by foot or public transport. The hotel is like new and spotlessly clean. The staff at the reception does not speak very good English, but are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is also a free shuttle bus to the station. This makes the distance to the station simply not an issue.

部屋に入ってすぐ(エアコンのせいか)カビ臭かったのでかなりショックでした。でも、すぐエアコン掃除してくれたり、部屋の変更を提示してくれたりと対応してくれて良かったです。露天風呂も温泉もサウナもあるのですごくゆったり過ごせました。今回は連泊したのですが、朝食のメニューがほぼ同じ（お味噌汁は違いました）なのは残念でした。わかっていたなら、どちらかの日は朝食なしでお願いすれば良かったかなと思いました。次回も連泊するならそうしようと思います。個人的にはこちらは素敵なホテルでかなり気に入っているのですが、今回の猛暑の中でで、電車の最寄駅から歩いて10分以上かかるのはちょっとツラかったです。

My reservation didnt include breakfast so I cannot comment on breakfast offerings. The hotel is located about 15 mins bus ride from Hiroshima station which is convenient, but be beware, if using Google maps, make sure you have "Dormy Inn ANNEX " not the other Dormy Inn location. I got off at the wrong stop after arriving in Hiroshima and had to walk back with my luggage 15 mins to get back to the ANNEX location. English language is a problem for transiting i found no matter where I went in Japan, maybe for 1-2 exceptions where people spoke and understood proper English. The hotel was clean my room was bigger than the one I had in Tokyo. The onsen here was however not as good as the one in Tokyo in my opinion. Staff downstairs were as helpful as they could be. Free coffee and beverage offered at certain times in welcome area. Stay was okay and comfortable for 2 days I was there.

I stayed 3 nights at Dormy during my solo trip to Japan. My room was clean and very quiet. The extra amenities make you feel like you're home! The breakfast buffet was the absolute best I've had anywhere in the world! The evening noodle service was an extra treat. Above all, the staff was warm and friendly and professional. Location was perfect with a bus stop nearby to take me to Hiroshima Station. Peace memorial park and great shopping /dining within walking distance. A 7-11 was across the street with ATM and I could load yen on my Icoca card. I highly recommend Dormy Inn whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
