Although the room was VERY spacious. The staff was very nice. The sheets & the towels were DISGUSTING. The sheets had stains. The towels not only had stains but was rough, they had a bad smell & they had holes. The shower head was broken. Would NOT recommend at all.

The location of this hotel is far from ideal. The room was clean and bedbug free. There were absolutely no amenities. The door lock was very difficult to open or close. There was no working WiFi(although advertised). The shower had cold water only. The noise from the street and nearby establishments was so loud it was impossible to get a good nights sleep (and I was exhausted). English was very limited. The person on the desk was very helpful and obliging. If it wasn’t for him this experience could have been a whole lot worse.

Personalmente me sentí un mucho poco libre en el hotel por parte del encargado deberían de darle un curso de relaciones humanas y respeto al color raza y credo. El resto del personal encantador los recepcionistas las personas de servicio a habitaciones, cocina meseras el velador mi agradecimiento a esa gente trabajadora . L’hôtel en général est très bien ! Par contre, choisissez bien votre chambre et l’upgrade vaut la peine car on a choisi la chambre de base et il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé, on va le savoir pour la prochaine fois. Le restaurant en bas est 10/10, la serveuse 10/10 également, c’était les meilleur spaghettis aux crevettes que j’ai mangé de tout mon séjour à Punta Cana !
