I like that there is one way in and one way out less opportunity for riff raff and the property is landscaped beautifully love the mango trees

Unless you just need somewhere to shower and sleep I wouldn’t stay here. We had to stay somewhere we didn’t book due to an air conditioning issue. We had no where for my family of 6 to sit and eat, we had one tv. I was told over the phone there was a pool! Ok yay! Arrive and it’s the smallest above ground pool I’ve ever seen in my life. The inside of the apt wasn’t horrible but the area was sketchy!! And I never could get the door to lock when we left. I called and sent a message about these issues and never received a response.

Had the Efficiency. Property was clean and location was excellent. Bed was not the best as was very saggy and soft. Although we had the efficiency, there was no chair to sit in. No stove - only hot plate and toaster oven which was no problem for us. It is my understanding the other units do have a stove. Very quiet with a common area outside that had a table and chairs.

older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be. If your looking for nice and fancy get one of the $700+ rooms up and down the beach.

This was a cute and cozy place, very close to beach and resturants. Room was nice and cold. The shower handles are backwards, so cold is hot and hot is cold. The courtyard is cute with a small above the ground pool nice area for sitting BBQ Grill didn't use the area as it was being used by a large family taking up most of the space so we did not utilize the area.

The adjoining apartment had parties with more than 20 people. My first night they partied until 4am then started back the next morning at 11am. Loud music and people screaming all day and night inside the apartment and in the shared pool. I stayed 2 of 6 nights. We just couldn’t take the sleepless nights. We got another hotel down the street. The owner responded to one of my many messages and never offered a partial refund. My vacation was ruined.

The door lock instructions were bad, I locked myself out twice and had to call her and wait for someone to come since there is no Management on the property, they did answer my calls at any time of day and send someone out relatively quickly, I'd say within 10 minutes. This blinds are broken the overall appearance of the place with Benji although it was clean except for the large dead roach I woke up to one morning in front of the refrigerator. Beautiful area unfortunately the Inn itself was full of questionable people and a room near mine I counted five people all night people going in and out the smell of marijuana was horrible even though it is a no smoking in and I just didn't feel safe, I left a day early.

There is not an office to check in with. Everything is done over a phone. Pictures of the rooms are deceiving. However, it is very close to the ocean and the community center where we were attending a wedding.

The area is not very good, I felt that I was putting my family in a not very quiet neighborhood, there was a party in the building that did not allow us to park on the property and access to the apartment was inaccessible to the members of the party, the smell of marijuana hovered all around, I sent a message to the owner of the rental at that time, I did not receive an answer until after more than 12 hours. At last I had to look for another place to be with my family where my family was not exposed.

Please contact the property 24 hours prior your stay, when I got there it took me about 10 minutes to reach the owner there is no office, that was a little frustrated because I couldn’t get to the apartment right away. I found a roach in the bathroom but other than that is clean inside the sheets smelled bad. The apartment is a good size and has hot and cold water. It’s walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants with great options walking distance too.

The entire villa smells so bad like Marijuana and we couldnt get rid of the smell. we bought a spray and it doesn't even cover it. we had a woman banging on the door and window at 3:50 in the morning, yelling to open the door then screamed and ran away. The mattresses/boxsprings are filthy and stained (I took pictures if you would like proof). I'm not one to ever complain but this is crazy. You have to walk through one bedroom in order to get to the other bedroom so there's no privacy. When calling the phone number to pay the final cleaning fee they (twice) tried to charge me more when both my contract and my booking app both state a different cost.

The place did not look like the pictures. The floors didn’t look like there were mopped, my daughter’s feet were black if I allowed her to b on the floor. The futon in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and had coffee maker with coffee and no filters to make coffee. Overall it was an alright stay, not the best.

Terrible to say the least. There was a homeless woman living and sleeping steps outside the front door doing drugs, making noise, and causing commotion at all hours of the night. The front door was broken so someone could easily break in with a firm pull on the door. And beyond that the room was disgustingly dirty making it uninhabitable. There was literally cockroaches crawling up the walls and on the floor around the bed, and blood on the walls. An absolute disaster with no resolution from the property.

The area was nice as it is in walking distance to the beach and around alot of restaurant bar/grills. However, unit#11 needs some improvements! The only air conditioner was the wall unit in the bedroom and it DID NOT cool the rest of the apartment comfortably or even the room for that matter. It had a small fan sitting beside the door of the bedroom blowing the ac into the other rooms and it did not work well, wanted to hang out in the bedroom since it was the only cool place but NOPE, the TV on the wall did not work!! They only had 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for the 4 of us, the apartment was clean and modern looking other than the filthy floors that made my feet black and nasty and the hairs left behind the door of the bathroom, the shower water pressure is "too" hard, the bed is comfy but bring your own pillows bc the ones provided are flat decor pillows only, the futon is not big enough for 2 people as it states, and there is no stove it's a convection oven and plug in burners. Although this was convenient to the beach, it was not worth the $ I spent for 3 nights!! Will not be back here if these things aren't fixed, if I'm going to spend that kind of money I don't want to sweat my butt off!!! I feel like I should be refunded some money since several things were broken and not working during my stay.

I was provided with a phone number and no one responded I ended up late at night having to call hotels.com to try and figure this out. We lost the entire afternoon and evening. They then provided us with the wrong combo and could not enter the unit just difficult overall. Kitchen equipment was honestly gross. Bed is very very old so springs poke at your spine. Cold water knob was broken, mold on sides of shower etc... not easy. Great location though and cute neighborhood, if they took care of this better it would be such a gem.

Found condom wrapping on the floor and the toilet didn’t flush right it didn’t flush right

It's a cheap place to stay and you get what you pay for. Dingy rooms and furniture, the place smelled like cigarettes, the AC did not cool much, toilet tank valve needed a jiggle to get water to flow. 2 star kinda place.

Before arriving, we were relocated to a different building in a noticeably less safe and rundown area—nowhere near the original location we specifically booked to be close to family staying at a Marriott across the street. Instead of walking, we had to drive each day, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The unit itself was in poor condition. The WiFi password provided never worked, we found roaches in the pull-out couch, and there were food remnants and personal items left from a previous guest, indicating it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Between the unsanitary conditions and the unsafe surroundings, we decided to leave earlier than planned. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Toilet would not flush

The stay wasnt overall bad, the only AC unit in the room was in the bedroom so the living room area was warm. The fan in living room area did not work and when I called front desk to fix it, no one came. Bed was too creaky and hard and the air mattress kept deflating.

The air conditioning is broken. Don't let them fool you. We notified the property manager and he did nothing. 80 degrees inside all night. I read the reviews after I booked this, and regret not listening to others say the same thing. They should not be renting places out without fully functioning AC in the summer. Ridiculous.

The property was in a good location and clean upon arrival. While the conditions weren't horrible a few things could be improved upon to make the experience more comfortable for guests. The futon was small and the only option for seating other than a beach chair in the closet. I only had 3 people in the room and had to use the beach chair for extra seating. The futon had a broken leg so it sat at a slant. This was also one of the options for sleeping which made for a less than comfortable sleeping experience for who ended up there. The bed wasn't the best but way better than the futon option. There was a full kitchen and some pots and pans but nothing to cook with for the oven. There were no extra trash bags and no soap to wash dishes. Other reviews said there was only an air conditioner in the bedroom. This was true but it cooled the living room off fairly well but only as long as the bedroom door was left open. If you are only staying one night these things could be looked over to a certain degree but after a week long stay I was happy to be able to sit in regular furniture. The owner was polite when we called to check-in and later on in the trip about an internet outage but doesn't respond by text very well. Suggestions would be at minimum.to fix broken furniture and provide the basics for the kitchen, and have enough/better seating for guests.

The place was okay overall — clean and in a great location. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The appliances were outdated, and there was a noticeable lack of storage space. There weren’t enough drawers for clothing or personal items. The water pressure was very low, making showers inconvenient and frustrating. One of the biggest issues was the ironing situation: the unit only had a very small, college-sized ironing board, which was completely unsuitable for properly ironing shirts or clothing for a long-term stay. The board was in terrible condition — worn out, with no padding — making it practically unusable. When I reached out to the host about this, I was told that a replacement would be ordered, but it wouldn’t arrive until after my checkout date, which didn’t help during my stay. In summary: great location and cleanliness, but several basic amenities were lacking or in poor condition, making it difficult for extended stays or business travel.

Ok for 1 night but the bed and pillows are terrible. Truly terrible. The toilet flushes sometimes. There are a few mix and match dishes. Location is good.

We were moved to another property because of the horrible conditions of the first one. This one was better than the other but it was just ok, not luxury in any possible way as they advertirse and show on the descriprions and photos. My family and i had such a dissapointed time after driving for 1 hour and half to find with such a thing.

Unit a/c is only in bedroom and the rest stay piping hot !! Mgr promised copy of receipt for clean fee and never sent after various promises Not enough towels and sheets for a long weekend Avoid if possible this place as it’s not good and in area of high end rentals !! not recommended

Expedia sent us a notice the morning of our first date to rent the apartment at Singer Island Inn, informing us that there was a message from the owner. On Expedia’s note there was a sentence about NOT giving out money to a owner/vendor via credit card, etc nor personal info. Well, the owner’s message to us attached to Expedia’s note said that we needed to pay the owner(s) a rather expensive (for the size of the place and our 3-night stay) cleaning fee BEFORE they would give us the number of the apartment in the complex that we were renting OR the code to then get in. We read that message at 8:30 AM and were taking a flight from Turks & Caicos to FL that afternoon. We felt trapped. When we booked this Singer Island Inn property we were explicitly instructed that we were to pay the cleaning fee AT THE PREMISES—not before getting there. My husband and I Venmo’d the $ & were then asked to give the owner(s) our name. Again, we felt conflicted about responding but did not want to get on the plane before confirming where we were going and finding the code to get in. After giving money and our personal info at 8:30 AM, we waited until almost 12:30 PM before getting the information we needed. Adding this worry to our vacation plans was upsetting. Expedia needs to research our complaint. We are happy to provide evidence of our requests from the owners of the apartment we booked through your platform.

Checking into this property was terrible! I paid in advance along with a cleaning deposit and was told by management they would provide check in information (key code, unit number etc...) by 11:30 am the day of our stay. They never reached out to me and I made several attempts to contact them but there was no answer. It was almost 5pm and after spending 45 minutes with Expedia representative (props to Expedia for their effort) who also tried contacting the property management however was unable. While standing in front of the property for over an hour along with another guest who had booked through a different travel agency and also had been trying to contact management. It was the other guest who finally was able to contact the property so he could access his room and while on the phone with the management he told them I was also waiting for access to the property. I would NEVER recommend this property even though it was in a convenient location. There are to many other nearby properties to select from that had far more to offer.

I called time and time again to check in and no one answered. For an hour and a half, by that point I paid for a whole new hotel. When I finally settled into my new hotel, they then texted me asking how they could help. When I told them it was too late because I already had another hotel they never responded and still did not answer my calls when I tried to call again. I will never book them again. Also this hotel is in a bad part of town.

Can't see the beach because of high-rises across the street shopping was like a mile walking distance but other than that the place is very quiet very clean very comfortable I'd love to stay here again that's part of my favorite to know

The ocean beach was right across the street. Close walk to bars and restaurants. Perfect location...

Apt exactly as pictured. Very clean and cheerful. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. Excellent location across the street from the beach. Several restaurants with entertainment within a few blocks. Staff friendly and attentive I felt very safe. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the Singer Island Inn.

Comfortable little apartment for a beach trip where you don’t expect to spend much time inside. Perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean and well kept.

A nice location just a short walk from the beach and a short dive from the Blue Heron Bridge park and dive site. I highly recommend this place as a reasonably priced location on Singer Island

I love the location. Everything is very close, the beach, restaurants, and bars. It's very close to peanut island. The only thing I didn't like much was the front yard. They should keep the patio cleaner. I liked everything else.
