The property is very well located close to shopping, transport (bus and train) and dining options - all within a very short walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room had good facilities and was clean. We have stayed here several times and will do so again in the future. Because we were only overnighting we did not pay for one of the more spacious rooms which have balconies. Parking is only $35 per night.

I chose this hotel based on expectations on being familiar with this hotel chain. It was also close to my desired business appointments and served breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable with excellent WiFi. The breakfast was a buffet and the servers were great. All of the staff was very friendly. However, some of the basic services were a little lacking. One example is that one of the elevators/lifts was broken down for most of my trip. Another example is that two large purple laundry carts were left in my hallway (directly outside the lifts) every day - which made the hotel feel a little like a budget hotel or hostel. However, my biggest concern was that there were very few restaurants in the area which were open for dinner; this meant that we had to get rides elsewhere every night. Of course, the lack of dinner restaurants is not the hotel's fault.

TV reception was not great. some nights we had only 3 channels. dishwasher flooded. cleaning was average , leaving a feeling the room isnt clean. lack of kitchen dishes, making it difficult to utilize the kitchen common guest washing machine was used by the cleaning staff and cloths came out with a smell.

The hotel is down the block from the Westfield Mall with lots of shops, restaurants, cinema. Food markets in the mall. Nice coffee shop in the hotel for a quick breakfast or coffee in the morning. Free use of washer and dryer. Nice kitchenette. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I am very happy with my stay. Despite not advertising it, they actually have access to a gym for their guests ( a short walk from the hotel ). The only issues I had were with some ( dead? ) cockroaches that I spotted outside of my room. Otherwise the location is great, the rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is lovely.

The room was very dirty( hair in shower,stained carpet, bench tops dirty, cutlery not washed properly). The TV reception was poor.A bedside table was broken. We put up the green sign( save the planet) but staff came in and made the bed.Asked reception why and can I redeem the 500 pts .Told I wasn't a member of IHG even after I gave my number! In hindsight I should have gone to the Crown Plaza in Darling Harbor after the first night (as I had stayed there before) as it Gold in comparison and similar price! We were very,very disappointed!

The room was quite spacious with a kitchenette which allowed for cooking, heating and eating food as well as washing up afterwards. A kitchen sink was a real bonus especially one that the electric jug fits under! There was a good supply of towels in the bathroom. It was a shame that the shower door-frame leaked at floor level but with a good bath mat it wasn't a problem. The only downside was a very dirty kitchen chair which we put aside and used the office chair instead. We reported the other one and hopefully it was cleaned or replaced. All in all we highly recommend this hotel.

Great room for our stopover. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was very close to shopping, Bondi Beach and restaurants making all within walkable distances. And for those who don't really want to walk, it had good transport options close by. Reception were pleasant and very professional, and as we were earlier than our check in time they held our bags allowing us to head off and enjoy some of what Sydney had to offer. Great place, would stay again. Thank you.

I honestly was disappointed that I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation with the property after finding the room dismal. It was dated and felt like I wasn’t really on vacation. The cleaning staff was excellent and super friendly and the area was convenient for public transportation. I checked into another hotel right by bondi beach my last day in Sydney and felt a world of difference. Paying and additional $100 really does make you feel so much better

It is very hard to find. Very little signage and just a single door off Spring Street. We tried ringing several times to get directions, but the phone went unanswered on each occasion. Finally stopped in the street and asked at a Chemist shop only 75mtrs away and they did not know either. Luckily one of their customers heard our enquiry and assisted.

I used to live in the area, nice to look around again. Booking in was very poor. Dropped our luggage at 12.15 and completed our paper work, we were assured everything was ok and we went shopping. On our return at 3.15 we went to our room it was still being cleaned so we were moved to another room on a different floor. This mucking around was a big inconvenience as we had to be at a function by 5.00. They originally wanted us to wait till the cleaning was completed. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

First we were checked in a room that had water pulsating, and after a minute of running well, the pressure was dropping. If you were taking shower, it was impossible to wash the soap off. After complaining once, nothing has changed. After complaining the second time, we were given a different room with water running well. After staying there for 3 nights, we expected to have linen changed, as promised. However, room service changed just pillow cases, but not sheets. The next day we complained at the reception, and were promised that this will be rectified. Unfortunately, when we came in the late afternoon, the room was serviced, but the linen was not changed. Additional intervention at the reception was successful. However, this is not a kind of a hotel we can recommend.

Could not see street signage even when following phone map Walked for half an hour in the dark around the area no stand out sign. The door lock would not open after going back down to desk Twice with luggage in tow. The man at desk had to go up and see for himself to keep working card keys till tyre was a response. Hence I only left the room once there after to go! No bottled water in room, drink tap water or boil it.

Front office staff so friendly and helpful. Large room with great amenities, very clean. Really comfy bed. It was in the perfect location for us as we went to an event at Centennial Park. Really nice breakfast at the little cafe at the hotel near reception. Also great staff here too. Highly recommended!
