We enjoyed our stay in Cabo, but unfortunately, we will not be returning. Everything felt overpriced to the point of greed. After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel only to be immediately inundated with sales pitches for time-share presentations. It felt uncomfortable and off-putting. To add to our disappointment, we were not informed about the Christmas dinner buffet that night because the staff was too busy pushing sales. Basic amenities were lacking; there was no coffee available outside of our room unless we wanted to pay exorbitant prices—$25 for just two lattes from Starbucks! Who can afford that? The hot tub was barely more than a kiddie pool, and although the hotel advertised laundry services, the prices were outrageously high. Additionally, towels were not always available at the pool, which was frustrating. Overall, this experience left us feeling undervalued as guests. The focus on sales overshadowed any enjoyment we could have had. We were also bombarded with multiple follow-up calls trying to get us to sit through a time-share presentation. It’s clear that our comfort and experience were not a priority. We won’t be coming back.

The property is very well kept. Service is pretty good. Poolside service is attentive and very gracious. Front desk is ok... not always accommodating. Too many times I have to ask, beg, for extra bottle of water. The attendants at the health club said they have no water bottles but I could see in the mirror 1.5 cases behind the counter. The restaurant list is large (5). The selection that are open is limited. Pool side bars, attached to a great infinity pool close at 5:00 (?!?!?). One of there biggest restaurants has limited nights of operation while the Italian restaurant (in Mexico) is open every night. It is a great property that is challenged by being connected to one of Hiltons Grand Vacation sites (aka Timeshare). They struggle with the us/them thing.... Lastly as nice as the property is the challenging food options limit you and a trip to one of the towns - San Jose ($18) and San Lucas ($24) make it a little 'out of the way'.

It was an amazing experience. The facilities were great (including the amazing pool), and the beach was one of the most beautiful we've been to (better than the Caribbean for both of us). The staff was overall great. Shout out to manager Alfredo Pichardini and Emils Brencs, who were both super helpful. Things that could've been better: The staff in the reception area were a bit curt to us, but probably because they just had a lot of work. We would go back to this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at your resort. Loved all the different pool areas and cabanas. The food whether it was room service pool side or in one of the amazing restaurants was 5 star every time. Our room accommodations ocean front balcony suit was beautiful with breathtaking view. The staff was top notch and provided the highest level of quality service that made you feel pampered every minute of your stay. I highly recommend this Hilton resort 10 out of 10 hands down.

Amazing place, we love our stay at Hilton Grand Vacation Club so much, we look forward to coming back. We love the pool and the beach, with a safe are for swimming. Food at Vela is top notch and Lena has the best pizzas and ceviches, the price is high though. Breakfast at Telavera is not that good. So we went to Fresko, a local grocery store nearby to get things and cook ourselves, good stuff. Our best experience are with the staff, everyone is hospital and professional, we felt comfortable and cared for. Ms Ruth our housekeeper, Mr Alfonso at Vela, Mr Christian at Lena, Ms Dora at the kid club are great at their job but also very very kind people.

Amazing! This hotel has beautiful views of the ocean depending on your room. We had the king ocean view suite and have no complaints about the room. The room is Very clean and the hotel house keeping and guests service is excellent! We plan on bringing the kids back to enjoy this resort with the entire family. It’s not an all inclusive but still worth the trip!

My room could have been cleaner! My comforter had blood stains, had to constantly ask for towels, and hand towels, I felt some staff had attitude and were ignored if you only ordered a diet coke and no food. Some of us can't eat 3 meals a day.

Amazing! This place was paradise. So clean, beautiful, quiet. The food at the pool was the best, especially options wise. We wished there were more food options at night. We did eat at soltol every night, Esther was our server each night and she was awesome!

Its a Hilton!! Everything was lovely. Many pools, bars and restaurants. Service was exceptional. Our room was lovely. I would return!! Did not appreciate someone trying to sell me a time share at my arrival but we easily escaped!!

Great hotel! the room is large and all rooms have ocean view! We stayed at the “Vacation Club” side and it was perfect! We actually avoided the strong music there was on the other side from a Wedding at the Paradisus next door. The best part is it has a swimable beach in Cabo which is rare! As food and drinks are expensive we opted to dine out most nights and including the Ubers it’s cheaper than dining at the hotel. We did dine one night at the hotel, and the service was incredible, yet the food was abundant but not amazing. You have options to prepare food in the room, so if you want to save on the $40USD breakfast buffet you can buy something in a grocery store and bring them to your room. So if you want a grate hotel at a very good value for money and don’t mind it not being all inclusive, because you are planning to do day trips and dine out, this is your hotel

The hot tub was barely more than a kiddie pool, and although the hotel advertised laundry services, the prices were outrageously high. Additionally, towels were not always available at the pool, which was frustrating. Overall, this experience left us feeling undervalued as guests. The focus on sales overshadowed any enjoyment we could have had. We were also bombarded with multiple follow-up calls trying to get us to sit through a time-share presentation. It’s clear that our comfort and experience were not a priority. We won’t be coming back.

The check in process with this hotel was horrible. I changed my reservation date to one day from the original date. Once I finally got to the hotel I was told they couldn’t find my reservation. Claimed that Expedia canceled it when in fact they did not. I spent 4 hours worried on if I had a place to stay in a foreign country waiting for the hotel to tell me if I had lodging or not. This trip was pretty expensive. Really should not have had problems like this. Will not stay there ever again and will be sure to tell people of this experience

I hope that the management team realized what they have in Jorge, who works at the pool and food services there. We travel a great deal; his energy and hospitality is uncommon. He goes above and beyond and he works very hard. He never stops moving. He made our trip most enjoyable!

Its a Hilton!! Everything was lovely. Many pools, bars and restaurants. Service was exceptional. Our room was lovely. I would return!! Did not appreciate someone trying to sell me a time share at my arrival but we easily escaped!!

The property was great and the staff. However I always pay their Expedia but was not positive we were going to make so I elected to pay upon arrival. Gave them my credit card. The stay was to be $1201.08. When we checked out o asked for an Itemized bill but they said it was unavailable and they would send it. They have never sent it and they charged my American Express over $2900.00. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company, I am not happy.

The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.

Loved the staff, rooms, ambiance. Dining was ok but expensive. Pretty much trapped in the resort although it's a massive beach and we didn't have time to explore the other resorts. Would stay there again but would also like a place closer to town.

The Property was nice, food was good but took a bit long to deliver. Was forgotten by servers for a larger parties more than once. Poolside food took an hour. They made lots of mistakes on the food like pepperoni pizza (added mushrooms etc...) yet asking every time if you have a food allergy lol. Drinks were so effing expensive and they walked away with credit cards for 15 minutes and a certain higher ground stance like you're in the south of France (it's Mexico!) No place local to go for water or anything you might need popping up. Property was clean and view obviously amazing. Staff were very nice but front desk were out to shake you upside down. Not enough food options and no place to get water for less than $6 USD. Go to Costco before you check in! Closer to the airport than Cabo resorts which is nice. Would go back if they lower the drink prices. Everyone agrees!!!!

The property is very well kept. Service is pretty good. Poolside service is attentive and very gracious. Front desk is ok... not always accommodating. Too many times I have to ask, beg, for extra bottle of water. The attendants at the health club said they have no water bottles but I could see in the mirror 1.5 cases behind the counter. The restaurant list is large (5). The selection that are open is limited. Pool side bars, attached to a great infinity pool close at 5:00 (?!?!?). One of there biggest restaurants has limited nights of operation while the Italian restaurant (in Mexico) is open every night. It is a great property that is challenged by being connected to one of Hiltons Grand Vacation sites (aka Timeshare). They struggle with the us/them thing.... Lastly as nice as the property is the challenging food options limit you and a trip to one of the towns - San Jose ($18) and San Lucas ($24) make it a little 'out of the way'.

I got food poisoning at their "BEST FINE DINING" restaurant located on the lower level the first day of my vacation the following morning I woke up with terrible vomiting and diarrhea. I rushed myself to the hospital... upon returning I requested to speak with a manager, Instead of showing any type of empathy, she automatically got defensive. I will not be staying here ever again, and will not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing place, we love our stay at Hilton Grand Vacation Club so much, we look forward to coming back. We love the pool and the beach, with a safe are for swimming. Food at Vela is top notch and Lena has the best pizzas and ceviches, the price is high though. Breakfast at Telavera is not that good. So we went to Fresko, a local grocery store nearby to get things and cook ourselves, good stuff. Our best experience are with the staff, everyone is hospital and professional, we felt comfortable and cared for. Ms Ruth our housekeeper, Mr Alfonso at Vela, Mr Christian at Lena, Ms Dora at the kid club are great at their job but also very very kind people.

Amazing! This place was paradise. So clean, beautiful, quiet. The food at the pool was the best, especially options wise. We wished there were more food options at night. We did eat at soltol every night, Esther was our server each night and she was awesome!

Hilton was an ideal place for our vacation and we have only positive comments. The feeling of the place, staff, beautiful grounds and the beach, all was really special. Personally, I enjoyed the opportunity to walk a lot around this huge building and its grounds. Also our room was really quiet and we slept well on the great mattress and Hilton pillows.The view from our balcony was amazing.
