Totally amazing stay, great for the price. We were literally in the heart of playa del. We took walk in night and it was surrounded by the best restaurants and night clubs, it is a very well secured street with police and national guards all over. Loved the staff. Very welcoming. It is exceptional place for this low price. It is certainly unrated place. We stayed for 2 days, parking is not on site but literally couple of blocks, if you not find spot in that covered building parking, I would advice to just wait until someone takes out their car. In 2 days, we were just fine with parking. On the day of checkout, I noticed my car tire were flat. So I told my wife to stay at the hotel desk with luggage, the guy at reception whose name is VLADIMIR DIAZ asked me if I had spare tire and he could help me. He came with me and changed the tire for me in the parking, we got back in 20 mins and I was so much relived. Otherwise it could have been costed me 400 pesos or more and 2 hours at least. I asked him, what do I owe him and he said nothing I still gave him some. Such a gentlemen. So I asked his name and wrote on paper. It was blessing that he came for help. Above and beyond. Loved the stay

Detalles con el estacionamiento. Ofrecen x cantidad de tarjetas para huespedes en x estacionamiento. Por lo que en caso de no tener cupo tendrás que usar parquímetro (10x hora de 10-22hrs). Del resto, EXCELENTE. Sencillo para poder llegar y continuar tu itinerario en la riviera. Mil gracias a nuestro recepcionista Ángel.

No es lo que presentan en las fotos, no hay estacionamiento, no hay elevadores, la alberca no es como en la foto es para niños, no hay agua caliente, difícil acceso a la propiedad.

Ok boutique hotel but location lent to very noisy street all night… hard to sleep. Parking was 2 blocks away. Good day time location fir the beach 2 blocks

Good location, rooms are very basic and can be noisy, the pool is not a pool its a water feature, perfectly nice place to stay but lower your expectations, the photos are very good

Está bien para descansar, la alberca es muy bonita y lo mejor es que está muy cerca de la 5ta av.

Si quieres solo ir a dormir está perfecto, las sábanas estaban manchadas, lo más lindo de la habitación es su baño, y las instalaciones de la alberca se ve muchísimo mejor en fotos de lo que es

Asegúrense del estacionamiento por que ellos rentan un espacio pero a veces no tiene. Y más en temporada alta, todo bien solo que percibí que limpian el cuarto pero solo donde se ve… pero en general bien y cómodo

It is very noisy every night. No phone to call front desk. Was on 3rd floor no elevator. However light bulb went out and and was fixed promptly. Guys at front desk are super nice!

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias con camas confortables, los baños no son tan cómodos y no dan jabón, solo colocan un bote de shampoo

La habitación bien pero la limpieza pésima la cama y las almohadas manchas y el piso muy sucio. Olían muy feo

The location was great if you want to be out and about. It’s quit loud at night but easy to ignore. The main issues are the actual hotel. My first room smelled of bleach and fresh paint. I could see large dark spots that had been just covered before I got there. The shower head needed a deep cleaning and there was very little water pressure that barely got warm. The tv didn’t work even after they replaced it and the bathroom above us was leaking down through the light fixture. Took 2 days for them to offer us a new room. Every morning around 7:30 a dog that sounded to be in the courtyard would bark constantly for about 3 hours and hotel staff would start yelling back and forth at each other right outside of the doors. The doors themselves didn’t seal so light and sound would come right through. It was incredibly loud after 7am. The staff was nice but the hotel needs to be upgraded and the staff need to respect people sleeping. I had a toddler with me so it was incredibly hard in the mornings with so many people talking and talking outside the door. There were also multiple nights where other guests were drinking and being incredibly loud in the courtyard. Everything was covered in a fine layer of sand even when I first got to the room and the sheets were changed. I had to sleep in sweats each night just so I didn’t feel the grit when I slept.

It was a terrible experience. The pictures are so misleading As soon as we get inside the room we realized... there is no closet. But that was okay. We had to leave the clothes in the backpack Second hour, there was a roach at the door ... Maybe not the hotel fault since the weather is humid Things started getting scary when we saw a huge mold stain over to the shower We called the manager and he was surprised at "how big the mold was now" so ...it was a known issue. They painted the shower ceiling the next day On the third day water was cut off. There was no water on the sink, toilet or shower. We cut our losses and left one day early. We love Playa and we were trying to save money by staying on this hole...but you get what you pay for

La habitación la estuvo limpia y realizaban la limpieza diario. El personal fue amable y atento a que que necesite durante mi estancia.

Very nice and close to la quinta avenida, you can hear just a little of the music but is not too loud, also they clean very nice and the rooms are pretty nice and clean

Para empezar sucias las camas las sábanas los pisos, No hay televisión por cable solo puedes ingresar Netflix de tu propia cuenta si es que tienes el baño es peligroso por el tipo de piso, en general muy descuidado el hotel. La zona si está bien el aire acondicionado bien.

Bon hôtel bien placé près de la rue commerçante principale, très bonne literie, petit frigo dans la chambre. En revanche la proximité avec les bars reste génante si l'on ne sort pas - musique forte jusqu'à 2/3h du matin, très compliqué de dormir.

No tienen internet y la tv no tiene señal, se reporto y dijeron que conectaramos nuestro Netflix tache ❌ por eso, por lo demás todo bien

If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you! Ear plugs are provided for a reason! We personally weren't bothered too much. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

No lo recomiendo para estancias largas, no hay servicio de televisión, el internet no funciona y el personal no es muy accesible. Se rescata que está cerca de la 5ta avenida y las camas son cómodas. No se parece a las fotos que muestra el anuncio, está muy descuidado.

Upon arrival the only light in the room didn’t work, had to steal a bulb from elsewhere. Only one receptacle in bedroom (one in bath). Could see the tree in the courtyard with the door close which wasn’t a big deal unless the music or birds or dog outside is loud. Water was scalding hot or cold, no middle ground. Have to ask for our water to be turned on twice. I’ll pay little more next time but excellent location!

If you’re a budget traveler looking for cheap accommodations in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is a good place to stay: Pros: location, price, spacious rooms, nice courtyard, friendly staff Cons: shower has no water pressure and doesn’t get hot (this is the biggest complaint I have with the room, the water is literally a trickle at times and will even completely stop after a few min), refrigerator doesn’t get cold (shout out to the employee Angel who let me use a cooler to ice down my cerveza), they charge extra 98 pesos at check in, and I’m not sure why (gringo tax maybe?), it can get loud as you are close to 5th street, music will play all night (not a negative on the hotel, just fyi if that’s something that bothers you), no beach towels in room (they rent them for 100 pesos). For the price (roughly $35/night) it’s well worth it.

La calidad de la habitación es acorde al precio pagado con descuento (sin descuento es cara). No tiene señal de tv abierta ni de cable, únicamente youtube y netflix y la tv de mi habitación era obsoleta para netflix, así que no permitía verlo. El wifi excelente en todas las áreas

They have a water issue. Great location just very small little unit it's okay for the price.

No me alojé en ese hotel. Me cambiaron a otro 2 calles más lejos. Porque segun sobrevendieron habitaciones a pesar de que ya estaba pagado.

I got the hotel earlier then 3:00pm I asked if I can check in early, I was told NO. So I waited till 2:55pm to go and check in and the lady said”I was told to check you in till 3:00pm” witch i replied It’s 5 min till 3pm to check-in while I fill out the paperwork so I can go to my room, so she look at the clock to make sure of time, then she called the manager to come and check me in… This hotel is not worth the money paid, it’s very rundown and VERY NOISY DAY AND NIGHT, at 12:30am the trash was being pick up the truck was so noisy… I’m sorry for the guest that stay there not KNOWING what to expect… NOT EVEN WORTH 1STAR RATING!

i stayed at this hotel in Feb of 2024 for 3 nights after a long day of travel i went to sleep only to be awoken at midnight by an employee at my door. the employee was unable to communicate in English what they wanted. they next morning inquired at the front desk politely what he wanted. An extremely rude employees first response was ‘ it wasn’t a problem’. Then he tells me to calm down & relax for simply asking what they wanted. Totally disrespectful way to treat a guest. I still have no idea why the hotel was so intent on speaking with me at midnight and why it couldn’t wait until the morning. Ive stayed in dozens of hotels in the area , never been spoken to so rudely for asking a question.

Cute little property perfect for a Playa del Carmen quick trip. Stayed here for 3 nights. Within walking distance to 5ta Avenida, Coco Bongo, shopping, the beach, nightclubs and many restaurants. It is so close to all the action, that you WILL hear the music in your room! Of course, this is not the propertie's fault. Staff is friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

Dirty and old condition. Sure its not 3stars hotel.. maybe zero star. Unfriendly staff. No breakfast.. only one small kitchen extremely dirty

Great location. Clean and affordable budget hotel. Great Italian restaurant in same location plus an excellent sports bar run by Canadians. Go Hab Fans. Close to beach, bars, grocery store and bus station.
