Hotel, Personal und Service waren super. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und das Frühstück lecker. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige Problem ist die Parkplatzsituation am Hotel. Leider ringsherum nur Kurzzeitparkplätze und die umliegenden Parkhäuser konnten wir mit unserem Bus nicht nutzen. Trotzdem ein super Hotel mit tollem Service.

Das war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt: Sehr nette Mitarbeitende, ein sehr schönes, großes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, top Lage, eine reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und das öffentliche Parkhaus (Tagessatz 15 Euro) nur 250m entfernt, alles bestens. Lediglich eine Haltebucht direkt vor dem Hotel fehlt, was das Einchecken etwas erschwert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel mit sehr nettem und freundlichen Personal. Nur 150 m zum Parkhaus mit einem Tagessatz von 18 EUR. Alle POI,s in der Altstadt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Werde sicher mal bei schönem Wetter wiederkommen.

Wonderful hotel!! Very clean and spacious rooms, luxurious linens, great delicious breakfast. Kind and helpful staff at the front desk. They actually did our laundry for us and put it in our room ( great after 3 of us traveling!— unbelievable!). Stay here!! Great location and everything walking distance! Loved it!!!!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, hell und zum Wohlfühlen. Liebevolle Einrichtung im Zimmer, Lobby, Restaurant und Frühstücksraum. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommen. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Frühstück. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Brilliant stay here. Lovely, big room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special mention to the lady who took care of my laundry with a smile and did an excellent job. Easy walking distance to the station and the old city attractions. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, including directions to local attractions and restaurant recommendations. The room was much larger than the typical hotel room one finds in Europe. It's in a great location to explore Bamberg. The breakfast was high quality and sumptuous. And...........at a price less expensive than other properties we stayed at in Germany.

Aircondition virkede ikke, så vores værelse var 27 grader varmt. Det resulterede i, at vi ikke fik sovet særlig meget. Hotellet havde været og indstille den rigtigt. Næste morgen var der intet varmt vand, fordi de havde problemer med rørene, så vi måtte forlade hotellet uden at have været i bad. Som kompensation tilbød de en to-go kop kaffe. Det syntes jeg ikke var acceptabelt oven på de to problemer, vi havde oplevet. Efter længere tids snak frem og tilbage tilbød de til sidst, at vi fik penge tilbage svarende til 2 x morgenmad. En meget lille kompensation i mine øjne. Jeg savnede service og forståelse fra hotellets side.
