Room was spacious with nice views of the city. We checked that the room we were allocated had views. Some rooms in the lower floors (7-10?) on some sides of the building have opaque windows as they face onto other buildings directly opposite. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely as was the bar and breakfast. Staff were polite if not necessarily friendly.

Clean, largest room we had in Japan. Hotel was very busy when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready until shortly after the check in time, but the staff were helpful keeping our luggage until then. The pool facility is very nice, the sauna is hot (up to 90c) and there is a small cold plunge pool next to it. The jacuzzi could’ve been hotter (was probably ~36 degrees, 40c+ would be better). Also, if you want to use the pool you need to bring or buy a swim cap from the hotel, a rule to promote hygiene. Overall, great stay for 2 nights.

A good stay at Hilton in Hiroshima! The room was fantastic - with majestic views over the Hiroshima bay! A huge window with a windowseat made it possible to sit and enjoy the view for ages. Less amenities than Intergate in Kyoto (no facial creams and cleansers, only the standard razor etc). The Executive Lounge was a huge disappointment. I know we were there for the oh-so-crowded new years weekend, but it was a great surprise to be told at the arrival for the Coctail-hour that you could only stay for 1 hour (instead of the 3 hours that were advertised for the season). If the hotel has issues with the capacity of a lounge that guests have actually paid to use, the problem should be Hilton's and not shuffled over to the paying customers (why not open an additional area as well). The biggest surprise, however, was the lack of integrity in the food they served.Compared to the Hilton in Tokyo Executive Lounge, the food here was bismal. There was a selection of foods, but nothing tasted nice (and we eat both Japanese and Western foods). The breakfast at the main restaurant was better than the food served in the Executive Lounge, but still mediocre, at the best. Not what you'd expect at a 5 star hotel and a stay at Hilton. Thankfully we have other great experiences at other Hilton hotels. To sum it up: beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, really nice and superfriendly staff - but the management need to do something about the food, and give the guest what they pay for.

Hotel cleanliness was great, Breakfast was very good with a huge choice, good mix between Japanese and Western food. Chance to practice with chopsticks if you wish. Bar was good with live music both night we attended The staff were absolutely great, several interactions with Mark and Nuyen, very nice people. Customer service throughout out stay could not have been better. Only concern is that the staff will have an uphill battle with maintaining the relatively new hotel, the design was great but the building materials were already showing sign of wear and tear. Have to pay for it in the initial build or as you go !

Everything was overall good with this hotel, staff were very nice at check in. Unfortunately the room smelled a bit like curry and when I told them, they didn’t offer to switch my room or give a breakfast voucher but just gave air freshener. Love music was awesome at the restaurant and Caesar salad was unique! Don’t get the beef carpaccio lol.

The hotel looks and feels fantastic. The staff were fantastic and very polite. The location is devent enough. The room was very nice qith good amenities but the noise that comes through from the room above really surprised me for a hotel of this class. Footsteps very audible and anything more noisy than thay was very noticeable. Hard to recommended when you pay this much and have to put up with all thay banging

Absolutely sensational service from the team at the Hilton, particularly Koki who went over and above to insure my partner got a Gluten and Dairy free meal, he then left a note to thank us for being so nice under our hotel door. One of the other staff gave us a guided tour of the restaurant also which was appreciated. the hotel room was luxurious, the concierge outstanding - no better place to go!

施設は全体的にとてもきれいで気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックイン時のスタッフはあまり愛想の良い方ではありませんでした。ああいった海外のホテルチェーンなら当たり前なのか分からないですが、全てにおいて説明が少ないように感じました。エレベーターはカードキーをかざして階を指定する（このとき説明してくれたスタッフの方は感じの良い方でした）、プールのロッカーに入るのにカードキーが必要（私は持っていましたが、帰る際に入れ違いになった方は持っておらず困っていました）。プールで子どもは騒がない。全てにおいてなんの説明もなく、部屋には館内図も何も無し、今まで宿泊したホテルで一番説明の無いホテルでした。朝ごはんのビュフェは品数も多くとても良かったです。次に広島に行くときは別のホテルにしてみようと思います。

Top marks to the Hilton. Beautiful room, spacious lobby, a 20 minutes walk to the Peace Memorial. Special kudos to Kazumi, one of the concierges, who reserved 3 restaurants of her choice for the three nights we were spending in the City, all were excellent and within walking distance of the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel throughout. Staff were amazing, particularly the Concierge team. Went above and beyond to organise a family meal at a local restaurant. No mean feat for a group of 17!!

Sentral location, friendly staff. Check in tok a loooong time! Because we where not Hilton members something the hotell tried to force on us. Annoying that if you are not a Hilton member you miss out on a lot. For example free wifi.

建物が新しく大きいので目立ち分かりやすかった。部屋も新しく綺麗で広さも充分だった。ただ広島駅からのアクセスが悪い。タクシーで1300円程度かかる。原爆ドームまでも歩くには少し距離があるがタクシーに乗るほどでもないという距離だ。帰りにタクシーを呼んでくださいとお願いした所、タクシーありますと案内してくださったが、それは別の方が呼ばれたタクシーだった。タクシーの運転手も言っていたが呼ばれて行ってもお客さんがいない時があるそうだ。適当に来たタクシーに乗せているようだった。

It‘s probably the most modern hotel available in Hiroshima. The location is good, maybe a 10 minute taxi/cab drive from the train station. It‘s a 25 minute walk to the dome, where you also get boats to the island. The rooms are quite modern, the personnel was always kind and helpful. I think there is limited alternatives when it comes to high-end hotels in Hiroshima. Would recommend.

The Hilton Hiroshima was up to the standard you would expect from a Hilton in all respects but one. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the food both in the buffet breakfast and the dining room buffet in the evening was mostly cold, not cool but actually cold. Buffets are rarely hot but are usually at least warm. This was the only aspect of our stay that was disappointing.

This is an absolute great hotel. Just avoid dinner buffet. Lukewarm and pretty bland. Might be hotel buffet standard, but since Japanese food options are great suggest to steer clear. Lovely little Indian restaurant 2 minutes away if you need something close to hotel.

Great hotel with a lovely pool and a great coffee shop in the lobby for those that don't want a huge buffet breakfast. We enjoyed a very good dinner and cocktails in the bar too. Staff were charming. Only negative - the coffee in the rooms was those annoying sachets with wings that just don't work/make coffee strong enough.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are fantastic and have huge windows with nice chaise long in front. The reception is calm and decorated with beautiful bonsai trees. The sushi restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend having one meal here. And the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
