great hotel - fine 47th floor bar with great views

Definitely 10/10 hotel was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The VIP lounge was fully stocked at all times and monitored constantly. The deal breaker was the room service robot. Amazing experience. The rooftop bar was coolest I ever seen. The view was stunning. The location was inside a mall with so much food options and high end shopping stores. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are sound proof so my stay was extremely peaceful. Loved this hotel 5 stars and definitely will be visiting again.

Mitarbeiter beim Check In waren extrem freundlich das zog sich durch den ganzen Urlaub vom Empfang über Bar bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern im Lounge Bereich :) großes Lob an alle! Das Hotel liegt nur knapp 200m von der Messe entfernt U oder S bahn in nächster Nähe. Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig und total stylisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und hat alles was man benötigt oder vll sogar noch mehr um eine tolle Zeit zu haben. Das Bett war sehr groß und total gemütlich. Ein weiteres Highlight sind definitiv die Badelatschen :) Dank super Aufzugsystem kein warten am Aufzug Der Spa/ Fitnessbereich ist der Wahnsinn ein toller Ort zum entspannen. im allgemeinen haben wir immer wieder nochmal etwas neues entdeckt seih es die Candybar mit Cupcakes ein Traum oder die selbst fahrende Minibar Jeeves. Ein großes Lob ans Hotel das ist gelungen. Zur Lounge: Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr lecker alles total frisch und von hoher Qualität bei unserem Aufenthalt war es immer schön ruhig. Mittags/Abends konnte man Snacks Backwaren Getränke wie Kaffee/Wein usw. zu sich nehmen. Im 47ten Stock gibt es noch eine Skybar von der man einen atemberaubenden Blick über Frankfurt und die Skyline hat. Der motivierte und total herzliche Mitarbeiter Frank hat uns eine tolle Überraschung gemacht er nahm uns ganz privat und exklusive mit nach Oben und erklärte uns die Bar/Stadt wir waren begeistert und sagen hier nochmal DANKE an ihn und auch die Kollegen die in dieser Zeit seine Arbeit machten.

Schade, dass die Skybar am Sonntag und Montag geschlossen ist! Das war nicht schön, darauf hatten wir uns richtig gefreut!

How combining is from attractions to see, and the most important you have a mall next to the hotel and I went just to go to the DM store to purchase all my vitamins!! I can’t wait to go back, thank you so much for your amazing service just next time I want to be in a higher floor I’m a New Yorker and I’m used to the heights!!.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Festhalle, sehr modern mit großen Zimmern. Top Ausstattung im Bad. Sky bar war leider geschlossen am Sonntag und am Montag. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in major cities around the world. This was a standout as the best ever. The room was spotless - and I mean it looked like I was the first person to ever stay in it. The staff was friendly. The location was amazing. I don't know what else to say except....wow!

Déçue. Service à la réception froid. Et le comble- pour un 4 étoiles: plus de fers à repasser disponible. Au bout de 4 appels aucune solution proposée. Chambres propres- mais avec l’évier à l’intérieur odeur dégoûtante d’égout. Petit déjeuner bon.

The hotel was very clean and close to the metro, right next to a shopping center and spa. Delicious breakfasts.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. We loved everything about it. The beds were very comfortable, it was very quiet and the decor was amazing. The AC was strong and that is what you need when there was a heat wave in Frankfurt. We were able to check in at 11 AM. The front desk can be a hit or miss. We got friendly people and not so friendly. The hotel is very well located. There is a shopping centre right beside it with a supermarket on it (REWE), a food court and a pharmacy. The subway station is a 3 minutes walk. Only one station away from the main train station in Frankfurt. There are three big restaurants right behind it on Europa-Allee

New hotel, very nice, with good services. It's a particular hotel because half of the bathroom is inside the bedroom (as the sink) so if you are not alone it could be a little bit "weird" to wash your face or brush your teeth in front another person. I don't know why they don't give slippers. Anyway it's a very comfortable hotel with a rooftop bar included at the 47th floor.

Nice hotel in the center of financial district. Shopping, restaurants and event centers all within walking distance. Room was nice and clean and big for European room. The bed was firm to hard. Great toiletries and nice big shower. Very modern and great breakfast.

다 좋은데 직원들의 응대가 미숙한듯 합니다. 질문을 했을때 명확한 답변을 해주는 직원이 거의 없습니다. 객실에는 창문이 없어 불편했습니다.

Room is clean. I love the shower and the decor. Very hip and modern. I loved that there are 6 pillows on the bed. Bed is so comfy. Not too soft, not too hard. It’s just right for me. The only thing that I did not like is the air conditioner/heater. No matter how I adjust it, it ends up too hot or too cold. I love the location of the hotel. there’s a train station just 3-4 min walk away. Very close. And the Skyline shopping mall is besides the hotel. Lots of food choices on the mall. The hotel breakfast is amazing! And the staff during breakfast are so nice and friendly. Better book your hotel with breakfast!

Our room is very big and the views provided by th floor to ceiling glass windows were stunning! Our bookings entitled us to the VIP lounge. We were able to access anytime and it has nice snacks and beverages! Will definitely stay here again if we visit Frankfurt! The only negative for us is that the bathroom has see through corners and there is a open bathtub outside the toilet which we could not use since we are staying with my adult daughter. For couples on honeymoon will be perfect!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We usually stay at any Bonvoy hotel and this time we decided to try the nhow. Absolutely loved it, amazing room and very comfortable place that we truly love to visit again.

Hotel und Zimmer war wie immer gut. Leider war das Bett das wir hatten defekt und dieses Mal wurde leider nicht auf Wünsche und Anfragen reagiert.

Front desk service bordered on nasty on two occasions. The property itself is in great shape. Very modern...so modern it has a vibe that it is trying toobhard to be modern and trendy. Location is near a large shopping mall and varied restaurant options, but not near the older part of town.

Water are only free for 1 day, room service sucks . Phone to the desk from the room , they answer with no manners , call the bar we don’t manage water here As one of the person who answered .

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. My room was amazing, the VIP room great, the views from the bar were exceptional and the breakfast perfect. The candy at the front desk was a nice touch too :) All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I am already looking at staying at their other properties. Thanks so much !

Waren Anfang Januar in diesem Hotel. Nachdem eine Kautionszahlung für das Zimmer in Bar bezahlt wurde, habe ich diese beim Check-Out nicht wieder bekommen mit der Aussage "Wenn das Zimmer überprüft wurde, wird Ihnen das Geld überwiesen". Das Hotel hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt keine Iban von mir. Auf Anrufe und E Mails wird nicht reagiert außer "Dass man der Sache nachgeht". Der FO Desk Manager Herr Kadri reagiert auch nicht auf E-Mails. Versprochene Rückrufe wurden nicht eingehalten und das Thema zieht sich jetzt seit vier(!!!) Wochen. Normalerweise schreibe ich lieber nichts, bevor ich etwas schlechtes schreibe aber ich hab die Nase voll. Geht lieber 2 Hotels weiter. Vielleicht kostet da das Parken auch keine 30€

Staff was so friendly

The property & customer service was above expectation! The only problem I faced was being double charged at checkout. Although, I paid my reservation in full through Expedia, I was asked to give a card as a guarantee, & it was charged the hotel’s nightly rate in addition to the guarantee amount.

Staff kindly facilitated us with an early check in. The hotel is conveniently located - walking distance from train station. Close to a decent shopping centre. It is a modern hotel with great views over Frankfurt. Bed was really comfortable. Room had all the necessities, including free bottled water. We went for a drink to the Skybar - would definitely recommend it. I would highly recommend nhow hotel for a stay in Frankfurt. Staff very helpful.

The location and room are great, parking is expensive. The elevator is challenging and I really hate it that they decoded our keys while we were still at breakfast!

Lovely hotel, beds are very comfortable. The room was spotless, great shower. A little further out from the centre of Frankfurt, but an easy 30 min walk. This is a much quieter area, with many food options round about.

Super location, modern, great breakfast and views Would improve: charging €18 for every hour after check out is excessive . Some staffers friendly. 1-2 were rude - called me why I haven't checked out at noon although I extended and paid but didn't even apologise

The hotel is very beautiful and architecturally appealing. It's a pity, of course, that you can't open any windows in the rooms and that there are no balconies available. We had problems with the room service. As the main restaurant was closed, we decided to have dinner delivered to our room. We made our selection and placed our order online using the QR code. The wait should be about 20 minutes. After about an hour, the food we ordered still hadn't arrived. We then called the extension number provided and asked when our food would be coming. We were then put through to room service. However, they said we would have to speak to reception. Called the reception again and was told "Why are you calling again? You should be speaking to room service!" We then said that room service told us to speak to reception... An endless back and forth! When I called room service again, they said that our order had only just been delivered (almost 1 hour later?)! Be that as it may. Food arrived late. It was okay, but not outstanding. Otherwise, we can definitely recommend the hotel. Beautiful rooms, facilities and comfortable beds.

We only stayed 1 night but everything was perfect the reception staff were so helpful ,the breakfast was plentiful and the rooms very comfortable.Would highly recommend this very modern hotel for your stay in Frankfurt Germany.

Great hotel! Had a mishap with receiving a scam email from the hotel and it was a scam but the hotel offered great customer service by upgrading our room and left us some chocolates. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware of all the closures due to the Easter holiday so some amenities were unavailable. All and all beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice sky bar, great staff vey helpful and welcoming! Would stay again for sure!

Absolutely great hotel. Fabulous rooms with super designs. Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff were delightful and helpful. Only negative was how hot the entire building seemed to be but once we found the room window opened it was fab. A perfect place to stay to visit the Christmas Markets

The hotel was the perfect location for a concert in the Festhalle which is just 5 minutes away. Impressive building, creative and stylish rooms, good breakfast and very nice staff.
