Once the initial Wi-Fi issue was sort it was a great place to stay. Close to Rosebank Gautrain and malls and restaurants. Pool is small and cold and no real roof top terrace. Buffet breakfast excellent- loved the pancake machine. Staff helpful and able to store our luggage for a few hours.

Three staff are amazing and the service was wonderful. This is a new hotel and the rooms are both well planned and spacious. The location is great - very close to The Zone in Rosebank The on-site gym is small but serviceable. The excellent Viva Gym is under five (safe) minutes'walk and costs only R150 a day Hyatt probably insisted on those fast -closing doors that bang loudly. I think it's some American hangup. There are lots of rooms with connecting doors but they were good about finding me one without Having only one lift was an odd choice for a new hotel. The rooftop bar is not open late but can be rowdy when it is. (Otherwise, the hotel is Halal and has a big Muslim clientele - the Iftar menu looked amazing) I wish they had more recycling, master switches for the lights and water saving measures

The service was excellent at restaurant. The breakfast buffet was nice. The area too. On the negative side, the ventilation was terribly noisy in my room, the outdoor pool is not heated and the weight training equipment in the gym is basic and insufficient

Romeo and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. We ordered a room with breakfast included and were pleased with the variety of options available each morning. We hired a car and there is plenty of parking available at the front of the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and felt right at home.

Very good hotel, large and quiet room. Secure areas, easy access (and large parking if you have a car). Huge malls 5 min away, and the Rosebank Gautrain is also 3 min away walking. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good and varied breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado, muito próximo a região The Zone e Rosebank Mall. Fácil estacionamento e equipe atenciosa. Café da manhã bom, mas com poucas opções de frutas. Quarto amplo e moderno. Cama confortável e banheiro/chuveiro muito bons. Único problema foi a localização do quarto que nos deram. Exatamente abaixo do bar no roof top do hotel. E apesar de funcionar até as 22:00hs, mesmo após este horário o barulho de gritos e risadas era muito alto, além do som ensurdecedor de arrasto de cadeiras. Tivemos que reclamar na recepção sobre o excesso de barulho.

All the staff were so friendly at this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Everything is extremely clean, breakfast is phenomenal, the coffee is so good! I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool is awesome, although it was far too cold to swim while we were staying. Thank you thank you everyone for your incredible hospitality!! We hope to come back some day!

Great location near the Rosebank Gautrain station and the Rosebank Mall. Lovely outdoor terraces on the roof and off the restaurant. Food (breakfast and dinner) were very good. Staff were kind and helpful. We walked from the Gautrain to the hotel (in the daytime) and felt safe and secure.

The service was excellent. Special thanks to Reagile, Veronica, Kwado and Buyelwa. The breakfast team was very nice. The welcome is very warm. This area of Johannesburg is nice close to Rosebank Malo. On the other hand, the ventilation made a terrible noise in my room and the swimming pool is not heated.

O hotel é muito bom Quarto legal, limpeza, atendimento.. tud0 ótimo. A unica falha foi que todos os dias eu tinha que pedir toalhas de banho pq esqueciam. E tbm o bar da piscina nunca estava aberto quando iamos. Mas o atendiemntos de todos foi semlre excelente

personale molto cordiale e pulizia buona. purtroppo la ns suite con due camere aveva un terribile odore di fogna. cucina accessoriata per essere usata ma senza il necessario per la pulizia piatti etc (in tutti gli hyatt house in cui siamo stati negli USA ci hanno sempre dato kit con pastiglie lavastoglie, detersivo piatti, carta da cucina e strofinacci) aggiungerei appendiabiti alla zona cucina soggiorno e specchio vicino ad una presa per quando si vuole usare il phon visto che in bagno non è possibile usarlo. all’interno della struttura permane un profumo fortissimo che diventa fastidioso dopo poco. possibilità di usare la laundry con lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita. purtroppo permettono pgm lunghi e pertanto se è un hotel di appoggio alla visita della città non sono utilizzabili se non a tardissima serata a meno che stiate le ore in hotel. parcheggio e sicurezza interna molto valida. colazione buona anche se i croissant non sembravano molto freschi. migliorabile sicuramente. in agosto piscina inutilizzabile perché troppo fredda e poco pulita.

The area wasn’t as safe or near the main pedestrian street of Rosebank as expected. The lobby reeked of cheap incense or air freshener. Intensely overpowering, allergy triggering horrific scent. The couch in the suite was so dirty. The walls were dirty and scuffed. The windows were filthy. There were almost no amenities. No wash cloths, one hand towel, no bath mat. It was SO barebones and downtrodden. We checked out of our suite without unpacking and forfeited the coat of 2 nights stay. No idea how this place gets the ratings it does.

O hotel é bom, porém algumas coisas no quarto incomodam. A pia é extremamente pequena, e o espaço para colocar necessarie é bem pequeno também. Além disso, o espelho precisa de iluminação pois acabe ficando muito escuro para utilização. A região é bem localizada, bem ao lado do Rosebank Mall. A rua poderia ser melhor iluminada para dar mais segurança aos hópsedes.
O hotel é bom, porém algumas coisas no quarto incomodam. A pia é extremamente pequena, e o espaço para colocar necessarie é bem pequeno também. I don't understand how Hayatt would put its name on a place like this. the place is in desperate need of upgrade. the sink in the bathroom is unusable, I've seen bigger sinks in airplanes. The staff was great and helpful and is the only reason I didn't give the place a 1 star.

Wow the service was excellent. Friendly staff from reception, Ephraim was very friendly and very professional by explaining to us how the hotel operates. Rooms were clean ,atmosphere was very cossy. Our 1st night we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, breakfast was great.I would prefer to come again for the stay and recommend the hotel. Excellent service

it’s in a safe area, but not necessarily walkable - although johannesburg is not walkable really. the low rating is mostly due to very unhelpful management and bad customer service - the star themselves are great.

Romeo and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. We ordered a room with breakfast included and were pleased with the variety of options available each morning. We hired a car and there is plenty of parking available at the front of the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and felt right at home.

O hotel é bom, porém algumas coisas no quarto incomodam. A pia é extremamente pequena, e o espaço para colocar necessarie é bem pequeno também. Além disso, o espelho precisa de iluminação pois acabe ficando muito escuro para utilização. A região é bem localizada, bem ao lado do Rosebank Mall. A rua poderia ser melhor iluminada para dar mais segurança aos hópsedes.

The people was super nice. Tim was amazing!! Breakfast options were okay - was hoping for classic breakfast more for me. The hotel is located on a back street and is quite at night with no street lights, which could be scary.

Very good hotel, large and quiet room. Secure areas, easy access (and large parking if you have a car). Huge malls 5 min away, and the Rosebank Gautrain is also 3 min away walking. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good and varied breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado, muito próximo a região The Zone e Rosebank Mall. Fácil estacionamento e equipe atenciosa. Café da manhã bom, mas com poucas opções de frutas. Quarto amplo e moderno. Cama confortável e banheiro/chuveiro muito bons. Único problema foi a localização do quarto que nos deram. Exatamente abaixo do bar no roof top do hotel. E apesar de funcionar até as 22:00hs, mesmo após este horário o barulho de gritos e risadas era muito alto, além do som ensurdecedor de arrasto de cadeiras. Tivemos que reclamar na recepção sobre o excesso de barulho.

Once the initial Wi-Fi issue was sort it was a great place to stay. Close to Rosebank Gautrain and malls and restaurants. Pool is small and cold and no real roof top terrace. Buffet breakfast excellent- loved the pancake machine. Staff helpful and able to store our luggage for a few hours.

We needed a hotel quickly when we flew into Johannesburg because our plans fell through. We were able to book easily, check in easily and had a pleasant night’s sleep after a long journey from the states. The staff was gracious and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!
