Ottima struttura, pulitissima, arredata con gusto. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort ( doppio bagno, angolo cottura completo di microonde e lavastoviglie. Piccola piscina sul tetto, forse maggiormente utilizzabile se la coprissero con una tettoia per poterci andare anche prima del tramonto viste le temperature...ma comunque molto apprezzata sebbene dalle dimensioni non enormi. La posizione poi è perfetta: 10 minuti in autobus ( il 19 si ferma davanti) e si è in centro oppure, andando in direzione opposta, al mare. Consiglato

The apartment we stayed in was stunning. Very well appointed and immaculately clean. The pool area was on the roof and small but perfect for a quick dip to cool off. My two sons loved the gym area. The perfect holiday, being halfway between Valencia old town and the beach. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony and huge full height windows which opened up the balcony. Absolutely stunning. The pool was the only thing that let the place down. It was tiny (it looks much bigger in the photos) and could be very busy with only about 10 sunbeds available. A good walk into the old town and to the beach but a regular bus 19 goes both ways. I’d book again without any hesitation.

Very close to Oceanografic and nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only small issue was the pool was not heated so was unable to use as intended

Our stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was a fantastic size with two great bedrooms with en-suites. The decor and facilities were of a high standard, and having the pool and gym was an extra bonus. I would highly recommend these suites to anyone.

Space was very modern, clean, and perfect for our family of four. Close to many restaurants. Across the street we were able to rent the Valenbisi bikes for an easy ride around town, the beach, and the modern architecture of Valencia (eg. Science buildings). Very easy to catch a taxi. Located in an upscale area of Valencia in Pena Rona. Nice pool with excellent view on the top floor.

The property and staff were great. The only problem was there is no parking for the facility if you have a medium size vehicle. Unfortunately my wife, my daughter and I were there for 10 days and we had some luggage so we needed a larger car.

We stayed at the Core Suites for 3 nights during the 3rd week in February and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. It has the vibe of an apart-hotel with daily cleaning undertaken if required. Our apartment was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery and utensils. Our suite had two bedrooms, both with en-suites and a lounge. So much space to relax in. Around the surrounding area, there is a CarreFour mini market 1 min away, perfect for your groceries etc. Also dotted around are very good cafes and restaurants. The number 19 bus stop right outside the property takes you to the historic part of Valencia. Cross the road and you can take the number 19 bus in the other direction to the beach. Turia Gardens is just a 2 min walk where you enter the 'City of Arts and Sciences'. Its a perfect point to start your exploration of the southern part of Turia Gardens and stroll north towards the old historic centre. A perfect place to stay, less busier than the crowded historic centre of Valencia. I will be staying here again.

Amazing! Truly amazing. The staff is EXCELLENT. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a full balcony across the entire room. The city view was lovely. The location excellent and safe. Guapas was our favorite coffee shop locally. The rooms were clean, beautiful and the place smells wonderful. The rooftop was too cold for this time of year but still beautiful. Will stay here again...did I mention they cleaned up the room daily and changed the towels. Everywhere else we stayed in Spain wouldn't even provide another towel. Truly excellent stay!!!!

What a WONDERFUL hotel/apartment!!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious, super clean, quiet and well equipped....and all for such a reasonable price! We had initially booked at another hotel and had to move due to the noise. We are so glad we did!!! What a gem!

The location was brilliant, close to the aquarium and the park and if you have time and are able, you can walk to most places. It’s about 45mins to the old town and the same to the beach. There is a bus though if you don’t fancy the walk. Accommodation was perfect for travelling with our 18 month old. Cot and high hair provided were spot on. The apartment was lovely, immaculately clean, well designed (even the lighting was well planned out) and lots of space. Only small complaint was the TV didn’t support streaming from your phone which would have been handy with us travelling with our daughter and having to spend our evenings in the apartment.

This property exceeded my expectations. Came to Valencia for a staycation with two of my girls. LUXXXE!! I wish I could post pictures of the rooms. Literally when they advertise is what you get. I'd say even a little batter. Well equipped and super clean. There's also a WhatsApp chat to speak with reception 24/7 and they respond within minutes. The staff are SOOOO friendly and the definitely helps. The location is great. Bus 19 stops right in front of the aparthotel which goes to many central areas. There's also the arts and sciences museum round the corner. Around 7 mins walk which is georg. And the restaurant options are plenty. Sooo many options it's hard to choose including the tik tok famous begin with isn't half bad. I'm coming back at the end of the year with my family and won't be looking to stay anywhere else !! Thank you for making my trip bliss

The hotel was great and in a great location. However we were charged 500 Euro and after check out I got a message that we had left items. There was NO word of any damages. They said my deposit should be returned in 72 hours. Two weeks later I am being told I am not getting my deposit back because of damages that we did not do and would not do. Please beware you will NOT get your deposit back and now I am being told I could be charged MORE. I will be taking pictures of rooms when I leave them.

Ganz neue (1 Jahr alt), sehr schöne Wohnung. Vielleicht ein bisschen klein, aber für einen Stadtaufenthalt von ein paar Tagen passt sie bestens. Ruhig gelegen, nahe bei Opernhaus und Museen.

Our apartment at Core Suites was very modern, clean and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the large balcony and we were grateful that our apartment was on a high floor as the road is quite busy. Core Suites is very well situated for visiting the City of Arts and Science, which is literally a 5 minute walk away. It is also centrally located for visiting the beach area and the old town, both of which we walked to from the apartment. There are some lovely restaurants nearby. A particular mention goes to the reception team who were an absolute pleasure to deal with and so helpful. We’ll definitely use this property again next time we visit Valencia.
