the staff are super nice and helpful. We joined a local tour via the hotel but the experience was not that good, as the guide came 35 minutes earlier than the booking time, and that we were toured to a silk shop for an hour. The hotel did collect our feedback and reverted to the agency. The spa and the breakfast are wonderful as well. Yet the pool condition can be improved. In conclusion, the hotel is good value for money.

Overall good stay experience. We stayed for 6 nights. Great location, watch sunrise through balcony or go beach opposite to the street! Buffet is very good, so many varieties and change slightly everyday. One disappointment is the cleanness of the room facilities, can see stains on table and utensils. A bit concern of the hygiene. Strong suggest the hotel to improve this!

Just across the street, you'll find restaurants and convenience stores, and the beach is only a short walk away. Nothing bad to say about this hotel! GORGEOUS views from the rooms with spacious rooms and many amenities I didn’t even expect (e.g. area to clean / wash feet in front of hotel before stepping back inside, in room washer and dryer, shower at infinity pool, etc). Staff was so friendly and warm, especially Thai who sweetly greeted us every day we were there. Breakfast buffet with many options. Walking distance to mini marts, across from the beach, surrounded by many restaurants. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Can’t say enough about that view from our 3 bedroom room, though. WOW!

Everything about this hotel is excellent except the cooler/fridge in the room that is not cold enough to keep drinks at the cool temperature which also caused the welcome chocolate cake went bad 🙁. These happened on all 3 different rooms we stayed.

Really lovely hotel- the staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very well looked after. Two bedroom suite was absolutely wonderful with great views, two balconies, a lounge and a kitchenette. Really useful having a washing machine in the kitchenette too- there was even an ironing board and iron, and even a set of bathroom weighing scales which was useful for weighing our suitcases at the end of our holiday! The breakfast was outstanding with a huge range of Western and Asian cuisine which changed slightly each day. Great swimming in the sea opposite- the hotel provided convenient shade in the afternoon! Roof pool and bar were lovely too.

20階の2ベッドルームに泊まりました。体感的には100 ㎡くらいあるのかと思うほど、広かったです。入ってすぐに、洗濯乾燥機があって洗剤も用意されてました。広いリビング、バスルームトイレも2つずつ、大きなバスタブが1つあって、眺めも最高でした。3名で宿泊だったので、ツインとダブルベッドの部屋に交代で寝ました。朝食もバラエティ豊か、味も満足。一つだけ、ホテルのスパは、値段の割に満足度が低く、特にフェイシャルはほぼパフでの拭き取り、そのパフを洗いに行く、の繰り返しでパックもなく、がっかり。フェイシャルはやめといたほうがいいです。近くに格安でサービス満点の綺麗なローカルスパがあるので、そちらに毎日通いました。

Although the hotel is fairly new, the customer service of employees need training. The front desk personnel were not friendly. We stayed for 3 nights & 1 night we went back to the hotel at 9:30 pm & hoping to eat a late dinner at their restaurant only to be shooed away because the employees said they were closed for the night; this was quite contrary since their website said that they were open until 10:30 pm. Thanks goodness we were able to order food from outside for delivery to our room otherwise we would have been starving until the morning! The location of the hotel is not convenient & far from the city center. Restaurants around the hotel were all seafood restaurants & it is a tourist trap since their prices were so expensive! If you just want to stay in front of the beach, relax, have a spa treatment & do nothing while in Danang, then this is the hotel for you.😩

Everything about our experience at this hotel was exceptional. We were greeted with the friendliest staff upon arrival with welcome drinks and our experience after that just kept getting better. We didn’t have ideal weather conditions during our stay, but our experience at Le Sands definitely gave us a great impression of Da Nang and makes us want to come back just for the warm hospitality. We booked a private tour to Bà Nà Hills through the hotel’s reception and had a really great time. The front desk employees also recommended us some good food and shopping areas. We also booked some spa services while at the hotel and really enjoyed those as well. Although we did not have great weather during our trip, our stay in Da Nang was unforgettable. We will definitely be back to Da Nang and we will definitely stay at Le Sands Oceanfront again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at Le Sands and loved the spacious apartment with its amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had variety. The hotel is situated away from the main tourist centre, located in a more quiet area. The staff are also amazing. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Shout out to Lili and Jackson who were very friendly with our family. Highly recommend Le Sands

Service was impeccable. Simon was a great driver and doorman. He patiently waited for hours and hours when we got stuck at Sun World because of a storm and had fresh towels and water for us. Lili was super sweet and left us a fruit care package for our day trip. The welcome drinks were amazing! The breakfast was stunning with an awesome selection. Rooms were gorgeous!!! Wished we stayed here longer

Amazing location. It’s not close to the more popular beaches which is why we liked it we basically had our own private beach it felt like. It was only a 20 min walk down the beach to the more popular ones or you can rent bikes for free from the property which we did and it’s was only 5 minutes!!

市街地から適度に距離があって、静かでよかったです。景色も綺麗でした。中心部へもgrabで数百円、時間も10分ー15分程度。夫婦やカップルであれば、都バス乗るのと変わらない感覚でアクセスできます。朝食がおいしかったので、雨の日にホテルのレストラン使いましたが、1人2000円程度で十分食べれますしコスパよいです。ルーフトッププールは時間があれば行った方がよいです。

Every room has breathtaking ocean view. Right across the road is the beach. Breakfast is impressive and wonderful. Only seafood restaurants around. Need to take Grab if u want to eat non seafood. U probably need Grab to go major sightseeings (10 -12 mins ride)

It was a very nice hotel. All rooms had an ocean view, and the beach was just across the road, offering an amazing view. The staff were all very kind and attentive to the guests' needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, mainly Vietnamese cuisine, and everything was delicious. I would love to visit again.

I did my research beforehand and decided on Le Sands as i can be a bit picky. It did not disappoint. We loved that it is very modern and clean. As well the staff are all amazing and friendly. Yes the location isn't in the action, but honestly it really didnt matter as grab rides are quick and super affordable. The breakfast was good as well. I was even impressed with the resteraunt and food to room delivery. My son ordered the beef pho to room for only 99,000 dng and he enjoyed it better than other pho he tried in town. I highly recommend Le Sands.

Property was in a very good location and amazing ocean views. Generally very clean and room was cleaned daily. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great and didn’t live up to standards. They did not offer Soy milk to cater for Vegans, and generally fewer options for all guests.
