The rooftop pool is beautiful. Could use a few more chairs. The front desk customer service was very good. she was very friendly and funny. I didn't like that the a/c is on the balcony and no chairs, but again there is not much room.

This place comes as advertised. MJ comes as advertised (she is fantastic) and we will be back almost every time we come to South Florida. If you are expecting breathtaking views from your room this is not for you but the views from the rooftop pool are incredible. Rooms are amazing. Easy to do laundry and throw trash. Private parking spot. Super close walk to a great beach, some nice waves and some great dining and shopping. Hidden gem for sure!

Easy check-in, only feet away from the beautiful Deerfield Beach and they have amazing rooftop pool with great views. The Property Manager, MJ, is super accommodating and a definite plus to the property! I live less than a mile away and have already stayed here 3 times in the last couple months as a great staycation spot! Rooms are very spacious, brand new appliances, full kitchens, and very clean.

We were there for a short stay but plan to come back in the spring or summer. Short walk to the beach. At least 5 if not 10 restaurants in walling distance. Large private pool on the roof and a grilling area that is private as well. Perfect place to meet with friends or family and enjoy a week. It large full kitchen so you can cook meals and share them with your family as well.

I have stayed here 6 different times with my family and the place is spotless!!! The communication between the staff is amazing! The roof top pool is gorgeous and well kept! We will never stay anywhere else while in Deerfield! Can’t wait to go back!

I love this place. Very secure. Quiet. Great communication and friendly staff. 5 min walk to the beach. Rooftop pool was amazing. Very clean. 100% recommend and we will be back!

Clean room and clean pool. Overall enjoyed our stay. Flooring tile was loose in several areas. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Water issue in area wasn’t communicated well - water was shut off and then came back brown and didn’t hear about it from hotel for hours. Noisy equipment outside before 8AM.

This property is terrible! There is mold in the AC vents and ducts! My girlfriend has a severe mold allergy and was affected tremendously! She smelled the musty odor over all the cleaning products they used just to try and hide the mold issue. I also felt sick. My throat was irritated. No other rooms available, no other hotels in the area had rooms either. Just a wasted trip just because the property owners do not care for the health and safety of their guests apparently. They offered a dehumidifier and an air ionizer which will do nothing about mold. Luckily we live about 2 and a half hours away so we made the trip back home. Wasted trip just because of poor building maintenance.

Property is the nicest in the area. Extremely clean and staff is always available! We will for sure be back and won’t stay anywhere else!

Good value clean spacious, but the customer service was over the top. The young lady who runs the reception office and I regret not remembering her name she’s worth her weight in gold. I do not think the word no is in her vocabulary. Any question had a solution Wonderful experience

Room smelled of mold and you could see there was water stains above the flooring by the door. The ice maker was backed up in the freezer and when cleaning it out I found frost bitten dirty ice clogged which was preventing any ice from coming out. The room was nice but these 2 issues grossed us out.

Close to the beach. Easy check in. A little dusty in the Appartement. Other than that everything was good

The property is in a great location and had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach, including 2 beach chairs and towels! It was super clean and the bed was comfortable.

I love this property. The apartment was very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The 2 bedrooms apartment was very spacious and super clean. The only observation that I have is the check in process. They do not let you access the property until 3 pm even if you arrive 10 minutes before 3 pm. You have to make a line, and there is only one person. Overall is an excellent property.

We will absolutely be back! We had 3 adults staying here and it was very comfortable. Each room had big widescreens with streaming capabilities. This location is about a block and a half from beach. Your 'view' is the street below with ocean view beyond. We had 1 night in a 3rd floor partial view apartment & 1 night right below. Although similar - the lower level apartment did not have a dishwasher. That is a must for us - so make sure if this is a dealbreaker. The kitchen has a huge fridge & ice making freezer. Full oven & microwave. I will say the oven took 20-25 minutes to reach 425 degrees..eek. The great amenities continue with a coffee maker and coffee, a designated parking spot, so many great restaurants and the beach so nearby. My favorite thing was the rooftop swimming pool. It was absolutely gorgeous and clean. We will be back!

Very comfortable bed!

Love this hotel. The location is perfect for me and my fiancé. He loves the beach, and I love the rooftop pool. The staff here is super friendly. You have everything you need in you room including a kitchen and sit down area. Some rooms even provide beach chairs. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Florida. Will be back again.

Great location near the beach and restaurants. Bredsida was miserable and the AC loud. Friendly staff!! Easy parking.

Great stay. Well located, close to everything you’d want to do at the beach. Room was fine as long as you’re not expecting the Ritz-Carlton. Sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable though. Generally pretty quiet except for Friday night the bar a few doors down has a live band so it’s loud until about 11pm if that would bother you. Didn’t stay Sat night but would assume they also have a live band playing as well. But I’d definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.

I liked: Location, central & quiet. Great personnel, excellent communication, everything very clean. Easy to use system. Pool on the roof area. Room, bathroom & full kitchen. Easy parking. Great quality beach chairs & umbrella I didn't like: - Low water pressure (3rd floor) bathroom faucet, and shower, made it hard to rinse soap. In the kitchen sink the pressure was fine - Parking space in the sun. I've never seen a hotter car interior

location was good but my view was not. I looked into the parking lot even though it said pool view. Flooring in bedroom is starting to lift. Tip envelopes are in the kitchen and living area even though service is not provided.

The after hours check in was stressful! The property itself is clean, updated, fabulous location and amazing roof top pool.Their after hours Check-in was terrible. I booked and paid through Expedia, but I received an email from the property stating I needed to do their own check in. They needed a copy of my ID and credit card information for incidentals. After I sent the information, I still needed to call the office twice the day of arrival to get the access codes for the door and elevators. They told me I still needed to come in the next day for on-site check in. I left my family event early to be there prior to the office closing and the office had closed early, I tried several times throughout my stay to do their “mandatory onsite check in and the office was always closed. I received another email stating I needed to come in for checkout to receive my incidental money returned promptly. Again, the office was closed during business hours. It was a constant stress that my access code would be denied and couldn’t access my room due to not completing their required onsite check in, however, the office was always closed during business hours. I’m addition, there are zero sign directing you in the parking garage when you arrive. I walked all over the parking garage at night upon arrival trying to locate the elevators and point of entry, which was very frustrating.

Property itself was great. I may give them another chance to redeem themselves but the communication practices must be improved upon tremendously. The major issue I had was the last night/morning of my stay fire alarms were blaring at 3AM. The fire dept wasn't very communicative with the folks at the property and no property manager made efforts to notify occupants of the status. Myself and others had to place multiple calls and texts only to get a reply after a partial update from the fire department. Texts blasts were sent to occupants for several other reasons during my stay and the fire alarm that was triggered by some malfunction with one of the elevators should have been a reason to keep everyone informed instead we had to step out on the balconies and figure things out for ourselves. Two minor issues- someone was parked in my assigned space because someone else parked in that persons space. The person in my space reached someone via the emergency number when I called and texted the number I NEVER received a response. Additionally, texts blasts were sent regarding wrist bands to watch the fireworks from the rooftop, I received a slow, incomplete response regarding obtaining a wristband and was unable to catch someone in the office to take advantage of the offering.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Unit was spotless, full kitchen, comfortable bed, nice plushy towels. They have beach chairs and umbrellas. It is a very short walk to beach and local Deerfield beach restaurants. This place is in an excellent location. They also have a beautiful rooftop pool. Parking is included in the rate. The only minor mishap was that our AC didn’t work midway though but the management was very accommodating with us to move our room. MJ and Carmen were the on-site managers and both so lovely and accommodating to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. I plan to definitely book here again!

Great place to stay and comfortable. Rooftop pool and deck is nice. Beach is close by and lots happening around. Can hear the bars and music til about 10-11 but the super quiet. Good selection of restaurants- easy to get around.

It was walkable and safe, everything was close by, nice area the beach is a block away. Everything is to maximum reach.
