スタッフはいつも笑顔で親切です。 プールは小さいですが、水がきれい。 目の前の海は遠浅で透明度も高くきれいです。子どもも安心して泳げます。 ホテルの近くにはレストランやスーパーマーケット、マッサージ店がたくさんあり、必要な物は全て揃います。またお客さんは欧米人がほとんどで、騒がしい人はいませんでした。 チャウエンビーチのホテルは他にも行きましたが、おすすめします。

リスのいる緑豊かな敷地内の雰囲気も、部屋の作りも、アジアンな雰囲気で異国感があった。プールはこじんまりしているものの、泳いだりつかったりするにはちょうどよく、目の前のビーチは白砂に遠浅で3歳の子どもといつまでも泳いでいられた。部屋が土足でなく素足で歩けるのが子連れにはよかった（室内用スリッパあり）。ビーチサンダル、ビーチタオル、ビーチバックも備え付けで、虫除けグッズのサービスや夕方のキャラメルのプレゼントもあり、心遣いが嬉しかった。スタッフの方々も皆さん笑顔でちょうど良い距離感で、手配やレストランでの手際も良かった。徒歩圏内に大きなスーパーや湖、両替所、ショッピングモールがあり、立地も問題なかった。今度は長期で滞在したい。

とても居心地のいいホテルでした。スタッフがみんなフレンドリーで親切。お部屋も快適。朝ご飯もおいしい。ビーチは、遠浅できれい。食事、買い物も徒歩圏内。通りは賑やかなのに、ホテルの中はとても静か。マッサージも良心的な値段で気持ちよかった。自然豊かでリスもいます。リピートしたいホテルです。お勧めします。ただし、自然が溢れているだけに、蚊には注意❣️ It was a very cozy hotel. All the staff are friendly and kind. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The beach is shallow and beautiful. Meals and shopping are within walking distance. The street is bustling, but the hotel is very quiet. The massage was also pleasant at a reasonable price. It is rich in nature and there are squirrels. It's a hotel I want to repeat. I recommend it. However, as nature is overflowing, be careful of mosquitoes❣️

In short, AMAZING RESORT AND STAFF !!! In details: This Resort is truly a Gem. We had 7 nights in total and we reserved the family suite since we are a family of 4 ( 2 sons ages 9 and 14 ). The resort itself is just beautiful, clean quiet and have everything you might want or need in a dreamy vacation. The pool, the restaurant/dinning area, gym, private beach and the staff ( which will get a section of its own in this review ) everything is top tier. The room was absolutely huge and luxurious, seriously, ive been around the world and this is one of the best, clean and comfortable room I've had the chance to stay at. Now the staff : okay this is what makes this resort stand out the most for me and my family. Hands down, THE BEST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. So kind and attentive we were truly amazed. C2, SIMA, Yoshi, Jane, Joe,Zaw Arm and seriously all the rest were just amazing ! I really don't want to make this review very long so others will skip it. Both massage therapists Nuch and bpuo are hands down the best I've had and we did a full body massage every day, they are both amazing. My younger boy still Miss C2 and remind him and Sima every day. We actually all miss them and can't wait to come back as soon as we can. Also the Manager of the resort ( forgive me but i can remember his name ) is a very very professional, kind and pleasant person that was constantly interacting with us making sure we are enjoying our stay. THANK YOU

Sehr nette Begrüßung & Check in. Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Zimmer bei der Ankunft, wie z.B. Mückenspray, Banana Chips, diverse Getränke etc. Sehr sauber & modern. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich den Service nicht sonderlich toll fand für die 4 Sterne Hotelkategorie, welches das Buri Rasa hat… Wir waren auch schon im Banana Fan Sea und im King’s Garden Resort, welche sich in der gleichen Straße befinden. Service um einiges besser! - schlechtestes WLAN während unserer Thailand Reise (wir waren in insgesamt 8 Hotel, darunter auch unter 4 Sterne) - 5.000 Baht Kaution wird verlangt (hatte ich auch in keinem anderen Hotel! Wenn, dann waren es höchstens 1.000 Baht) - beim Frühstück gab es an manchen Tagen zu wenig Tische - vor unserem Zimmer wurde an allen Tagen, die wir da waren irgendwas renoviert. Somit war es ziemlich laut und ständig Bauarbeiter vor unserem Zimmer - nachts ebenfalls sehr laut, durch die Bar gegenüber - am Strand setzte plötzlich Platzregen ein und wir wollten schnell aufs Zimmer rennen. Wir wurden vom Restaurantpersonal wie Verbrecher angeschrien, dass wir erst unsere Rechnung unterzeichnen müssen. Verständlich, dass das Personal danach schauen muss. Aber bitte mit mehr Feingefühl, danke. Man kannte uns als Hotelgäste. War ja nicht so, dass wir die Zeche prellen wollten. - Check out war sehr hektisch und unpersönlich

Tolles Hotel auf Koh Samui! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und wird offenbar ständig erweitert und optimiert. Die gesamte Belegschaft ist auffallend freundlich und liest dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Es scheint auch innerhalb des Teams eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu geben. Es gibt reihenweise Aufmerksamkeiten wie kostenfreie Cocktails & Snacks am Pool oder auch die kleinen Pralinen mit handgeschrieben Grüßen jeden Abend auf dem Kopfkissen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das gastronomische Angebot am Abend war super lecker, wenn auch verhältnismäßig teuer. Die Zimmer sind wirklich super geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Einziges „Manko“ - wenn man es denn überhaupt so nennen kann - ist, dass die Zimmer vllt. bald mal renoviert werden könnten. Das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende extrem wohlgefühlt und wünschten, dass wir länger geblieben wären.

The hotel is Thai style, nice rooms, not the newest furniture, its like a retro style I would say. We had an issue with hot water that took them two days to come and fix, but with this the service from all staff was amazing! Pool is little, Its not a place I would book again or recommend but still they were super nice.

We, a family of 4, loved our stay at the Buri Rasa. The staff are exceptional and really make this place a little heaven on earth. It really feels like walking into an oasis after leaving the loud street behind you. The rooms are thought through and have a traditional touch. We booked the pool villa and enjoyed our afternoons plunging while the kids napped. The hotel is very central and there is everything you need within a 5-10 minute walking radius. We can fully recommend the hotel and hope to be back one day.

Wow, what an experience. From checking in and having a warm conversation with the owner, the excellent service through out (shout-out to Arm!), the well maintained grounds and beach right outside our door- this place had it all. We have a short trip of 2 nights there. The room was clean and decorating is amazed us. Overall our experience was excellent. Only one thing we need you to pay attention was sense of emergency and offering assistance to guests from reception staff. We have called to the hotel after checked out and ask if they can check with lost & found for mobile phone left in the room. Front desk staff took my call at 12.06 PM and asked me to calling back due to she was engaged with other guests, so instead of calling back I have asked her if she can call back when she can, then she said she will call in 20 mins and I gave her my contact number. 2 hours later no call from the hotel then I’ve called again. Khun Oranuch (if i can recall correctly) took my call then I have shared about lost & found, I was informed that staff has already checked and nothing found, then I asked her why no one inform us, I was very disappointed from what she said…the reason why she didn’t call back due to she was busy. She should handing better for this emergency thing as well as working in hospitality industry.

I was happy that my reservation request was accepted when I checked in. However, I requested a breakfast box when I checked out, but I didn't realize that I had to request it the day before, so I was disappointed that I couldn't receive it. とても居心地のいいホテルでした。スタッフがみんなフレンドリーで親切。お部屋も快適。朝ご飯もおいしい。ビーチは、遠浅できれい。食事、買い物も徒歩圏内。通りは賑やかなのに、ホテルの中はとても静か。マッサージも良心的な値段で気持ちよかった。自然豊かでリスもいます。リピートしたいホテルです。お勧めします。ただし、自然が溢れているだけに、蚊には注意❣️ It was a very cozy hotel. However, as nature is overflowing, be careful of mosquitoes❣️

All the staff are friendly and kind. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The beach is shallow and beautiful. Meals and shopping are within walking distance. The street is bustling, but the hotel is very quiet. The massage was also pleasant at a reasonable price. It is rich in nature and there are squirrels. It's a hotel I want to repeat. I recommend it. However, as nature is overflowing, be careful of mosquitoes❣️

Tolles Hotel auf Koh Samui! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und wird offenbar ständig erweitert und optimiert. Die gesamte Belegschaft ist auffallend freundlich und liest dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Es scheint auch innerhalb des Teams eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu geben. Es gibt reihenweise Aufmerksamkeiten wie kostenfreie Cocktails & Snacks am Pool oder auch die kleinen Pralinen mit handgeschrieben Grüßen jeden Abend auf dem Kopfkissen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das gastronomische Angebot am Abend war super lecker, wenn auch verhältnismäßig teuer. Die Zimmer sind wirklich super geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Einziges „Manko“ - wenn man es denn überhaupt so nennen kann - ist, dass die Zimmer vllt. bald mal renoviert werden könnten. Das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende extrem wohlgefühlt und wünschten, dass wir länger geblieben wären.

We loved this hotel it’s cute and boutique with only 30 odd rooms. So the service is first class. Right on Chaweng Beach. 2 mins walk to shops, bars, restaurants. Perfect chilled base for your holiday on Koh Samui and adult only which is a must for us.
