Pousada Porto Rua das Flores

Excellent location and good breakfast. The hotel room was nice but what could be better is if there were more amenities in the room (basic things like conditioners, tooth brush, slippers, etc ). Overall, it was a great stay and staffs service was also wonderful!

Was in great location. Note if you plan on using Uber they cannot get you all the way to the hotel you are better off with taxi. Staff always seemed too busy for questions, need a designated concierge or something. Room was very small with few amenities for a 4 star. Bathroom had nowhere to put anything except on the floor, and the whole room had little lighting or places to put anything. Was also not quietest hotel i have been. You could hear all the noise from the hallways.

The hotel is ok. Nothing special but breakfast was good and we enjoyed happy hour. Location was excellent . It is a good average hotel but staff and quality of rooms need to go to the next level.

Check in was seamless. Room was spacious for 2 adults considering it was in the historic centre. They provided a bottle of water everyday, a welcome treat and for my husband's 60th they gave us a bottle of champagne and dessert. Location is perfectly close to the Sao Bento station and many restaurants in the area.
