Hotel in a good location in the city. Used the hotel for the second time. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was well presented and comfortable.

Staff was always available (24 hrs), pleasant, and informative, breakfast was ample and a good variety, rooms were clean and spacious, in historic very hilly part of Lisbon so be aware, legs will get a work out, can feel a little sketchy at night bc of all the dark ally ways that are not all well lit, but never truly felt unsafe, but would not want to walk through there too late. There were always staff on hand, rooms cleaned thoroughly, and staff maintained courtyard daily. I liked the hotel a lot just wish it was a bit closer to tourist areas.

A very good location, right on the Main Street of the city and within walking distance to a metro station -150 m. List of dining options around. The staff at the reception was a very friendly and helpful. There was a water leakage problem in our bathroom and they moved us to a bigger room. Would stay again
