it is not an hotel there is no reception, just a few lockers for the suitcases..... I paid the full pricer 6 weeks in advance, and got numerous mails demanding me to enter various information in a shabby page. Discovering in front of the building they would be no reception I emailed the company. In reply, I was demanded, more details of my credit card within 20 mn or my reservation would be canceled. I took us 2 hours, and calls to the call center to get the codes, being then lucky to put our suitcases in the only locker left. For the services and the surface (minimum) of the room, an expensive & unpleasant experience.

Très bien mais il n’y a pas assez de prises de courant, et l’une d’elles a fait sauter le disjoncteur principal quand j’ai voulu brancher la bouilloire. Et aussi, pas de bouchon pour retenir l’eau du lavabo. Pas facile d’y laver ses chaussettes.

Didn't receive the codes to enter and had to call customer service. Also, it says pay at the property but it's not true, you always pay in advance. Toilet seat was broken, shower head pipe was broken (had to physically hold it up straight to take a shower), property stated that I had a suite with a balcony. This was not a suite and there was no balcony - just a tiny courtyard (think jail cell). The best thing going for this place was it’s proximity to the Sao Bento Metro station and the Cathedral Se.

With a bit of care, repairs, coffee maker, updates and response from management this could be a 5star. Modern design, great location- but we had no wifi, no communication after check in. Self check in with no reception, info was sent by message. The wifi didn’t work and when we messaged to get it fixed- NO response at all. Check out time was indicated as 12pm but we got a message to checkoit at 10 or an extra charge. when I asked about luggage storage NO response until after we checked out. Disappointed in hotels non responsiveness. Rooms are very small with no place to unpack. Patio was great. AC wasn’t productive, one vent was sweaty and the other had no air coming out at all. Room smelled musty.

So the location of the hotel is great! Very near to the historic train station and also to the Tmie Out MArket where you can eat and drink. It is also very near to many attractions which you can walk in 5 to 10 minutes. You can acces to the hotel and room all by your self which is suoer easy. But the room is quite out-dated and narrow, staring a wall by your window. But I definitely did not like the big mirror just next to the bed! If you are planning to enjoy Porto and stay less inside it is quite the place wher you need. The street is a little scary but safe!

It is also very near to many attractions which you can walk in 5 to 10 minutes. You can acces to the hotel and room all by your self which is suoer easy. But the room is quite out-dated and narrow, staring a wall by your window. But I definitely did not like the big mirror just next to the bed! If you are planning to enjoy Porto and stay less inside it is quite the place wher you need. The street is a little scary but safe!

Die Lage ist eigentlich klasse, gleich am Bahnhof Sao Bento, allerdings in einer sehr dunklen Ecke. Als Frau alleine schon sehr unheimlich, wir waren aber zu zweit ab Nacht 2. Ansonsten alles super!
