Beautiful comfortable bed and large room with kitchen. Bathroom had shower and bath. Best thing was our own heated private pool

We stayed two nights in the Primana Zahill Kintamani and we had a beautiful time here. Our positive experience started already with the check-in. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms and also helped us to organize our next days. The hotel has programs like hiking to the Mount Batur or Jeep tours which includes seeing the sunrise. Especially, we liked the free shuttle which picks and drops you off in your desired location. Therefore we could also explore the city a little bit and enjoyed the offer of the many cafes. The communication with the hotel is very easy and they also offer chatting per WhatsApp. Finding a Grab or Gojek is difficult in the area, therefore the hotel is also able to organize a local taxi driver for your next destination. We highly recommend this hotel, if you like to enjoy and relax your stay in Bali.

Nice hotel, lovely pool and dinner area. Only thing that was annoying was they wanted to charge us £25 per night for a third bed which should have been included as we booked a room for three people
