Staff very good and helpful. Elevators tiny and with a tour group took forever to use. no USB outlets in room and few regular outlets. No door on shower (typ european thing). No hair condtioner. A/C and heater turned off. $65 taxi to and from airport. Poor WiFi. However: VERY CLEAN.

Hotel charges for everything 10 pp to use the pool is outrageous. Also seemed annoyed when I would ask a question at the front desk. No food options nearby but does have a restaurant inside.

Frühstück, Pool und Parkplätze waren gut. Das Personal am Empfang war außerordentlich gut, schnell und kompetent.

They didn’t have the room I reserved available the first night and weren’t very apologetic about it. The room we had the first night was very modern looking but had no closet or dresser and only a glass shelf for a nightstand. When we got into the right room, the furniture was a bit older but much more practical. There was a closet, a small dresser and 2 nightstands. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning service was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. We paid for the breakfast which was a nice buffet that included fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, nuts and seeds, bread, cheeses and cold cuts. There were also scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes, but they were often cold. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and made fresh espresso and cappuccino upon request. They had soy milk available as well. The pool was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of lounging chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback was that the entire pool was deep, which was difficult for swimming with young children. The hotel was located a bit further from downtown than we expected but there was a bus stop nearby. There is a shuttle service to the nearest metro station a couple of times a day but we didn’t find out about it until our last day. There was a grocery store and a home store, with a bit of everything, a few minutes walk from the hotel. On the same strip there was a café, a couple of fast food places and a restaurant. Overall we were happy with our stay.

My hotel stay was not the great. It was a very hot day and their Air-conditioning wasn’t working. They had the doors open because of this and it made it hotter. We had to eat a different hotel because it was so hot and it was a bit crowded so it made us feel hotter. We were able to put our bags safely stored away because we werent able to check in. We also were allowed to use pool prior to check in. The bar had good drinks and the pool was nice. The restaurant menu is limited. When we were able to check in we were told the elevators weren’t working and that we had to carry our 6 suitcases up Flights of stairs. We were exhausted, sweaty and in a bad mood after this. The ac in the room felt like a regular fan. We asked why is the Ac not working and they said it was a regional issue. When we went to a nearby hotel names Midas. The ac in the hotel Was amazing so we ate there. We tried to book a room there even if it meant losing our money from belstay but they didn’t have any availability. When we returned to Belstay we told them that Modas hotel had ac and then said it was a hotel issue. So we requested a fan for our room and they said they had none . We had a horroble night and we were unable to sleep. My husband had to sleep on The floor close to the ac vent and that wasn’t Much help. I slept with a neck fan on but the rest of me was hot and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here if you have medical issues and/or struggle to tolerate the heat.

Nice hotel to stay between airport and Rome. We stayed last night prior to flying back to Canada. around 20 mins from Rome City Center and 20 mins from the airport, so we could still easily visit the Rome at night. Clean, kids had their room, good breakfast. Free parking on premises was very convenient. Quick check-in and out.

Vi hade fina dagar i Rom. Hotellet låg mer utanför än jag trodde och hotellets suttlebuss till närmaste tunnelbana gick endast två gånger på förmiddagen och 4 gånger på em/kvällen. Den bussen tog dessutom endast 8 personer och kunde ju bli full fort. Kollektivtrafik-bussen låg 10-15min bort, så för att komma in till stadskärnan tar det tid. Och runt hotellets område finns det inte mycket alls. Poolen kostar 10€ extra per dag/person. Frukosten var helt ok men det kändes lite oproffsigt med pappmuggar till juice och kaffemaskinen. Men plus för att man kunde beställa gott kaffe från barristan. De kokta äggen var alltid väldigt överkokta men grön rand runt gulan. Bordet med sötsakerna var väldigt stort. Rummen var rymliga, välstädade och fint inredda. Trevlig personal, Danilo var supertrevlig. I det stora hela var vi väldigt nöjda.

The restaurant was small just by the bar area. There is supposed to be a hot buffet breakfast as well as a continental breakfast. The continental breakfast was great. The cooked breakfast was cold scrammed eggs, cold hard boiled eggs, sausages (only pork) and bacon. A bit disappointing. Also it’s located on a dual carriageway so you have to go passed it and back again to get where you’re going. House keeping was fantastic though!

+ great sleep due to comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, nice design of rooms and general facilities, good breakfast with very tasty fresh bread, croissants and juices. - Lots of ants in the rooms, very damaged looking wall in the room, toilet door had a lot of paint missing around the handle area, I could not get the AC to work in the room so I had to have the window open to cool it down. It would be a solid 4 star hotel if there were no ants and if the walls and doors were not so damaged.

We got there at check in time and waited for 30-40 minutes for our room, which was no problem. Once we got our keys we headed up to our room, and much to our surprised the cleaning crew was still there actively cleaning the room. They were rushing to finish my room. There was somebodys hair all over my floor and it was clearly a dirty half-cleaned room. Thankfully someone came up and at least vaccuumed, but overall it was a pretty terrible way to wrap up my trip. Would definetly not book again.

There was excessive mold in the bathroom. Another user shared pictures and I'm sure our rooms was as bad if not worse. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool advertised in the Expedia post, but it was closed. We were a very expensive cab ride away from all the sites in Rome so totally NOT worth it. The person checking us in was also very rude, told us it would be 15 mins then kept us waiting well over an hour, and when confronted he then said our check-in wasnt until whatever time it was later so that we would have been in the wrong to complain (ie if it was currently 250pm at that moment he said it was for 330), despite saying our room was going to be ready an hour ago, AND our Expedia confirmation said our check-in was for 230 so he was in fact late. This was a really disappointing end to our time in Italy.

Once you enter the room you see a lot of dust in the countertop, the bathroom is dirty and has a lot of toothpaste/water lines in the sinc wall or countertop, it was nasty, you see white lines all over that front of the wall in the bathroom. Very dusty!

Betten gut, frische Luft, Einkaufenmögliche, gibt es großSupermarkt in 5 Minuten und Imbiss, dort McDonalds, inklusive Frühstück, große Parkplätzen, auch für Touristen Reise, gibt Schuttelbus zur Mezro, vielen Zimmer, Mitarbeiter freundlichen. Zimmer Sauberkeit ist nicht viel mit Desinfektionsmittel, gibt Ameisen. Hotel Restaurant hat nicht viel auswählen.

Breakfast was really good !!! Bathrooms nasty !!!!!

The carpet in the room was filthy, the pillows were horrible and the faucet in the bathroom barely had a water flow and the water in the toilet kept running and making loud noises. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend to others.

Advertise they have a functioning pool..nope, closed till end of June. You can’t control the temperature in your room, the front desk does and won’t lower the temperature below 76.5. It’s hotter in the room than in the hallway! You can’t access Netflix’s from your tv unless your in some sort of VIP room! Then there is the black mold everywhere in the shower. Not a little, but a tin of it ! Don’t stay here!

Nice property, easy to reach (by car, and they also had shuttle to metro station). Room was very confortable, we had a family room, and the king bed and two individual beds were separated by a central furniture which was very convenient. The breakfast was good and with variety of options. The last day we found that there was a leak in the bathrooom and the TV didn't work, maintenance attended immediately, and changed us to the next room.

Property was clean. The ac did not work the best but it was still tolerable.

Ok place for one or two nights. Clean renovated rooms, friendly staff and nice pool. Restaurant decent, if you just need to eat something after the flight 😉

We had a room with a king bed and pullout sofa. The sofa was in an adjacent room that would normally be locked. There was not AC in that room. No bedside tables. No chair. Nothing. It was bare bones and uncomfortable. The lack of airflow was awful.

It was a big facility but quite disappointing. Some amenities such as ACs were not working which they were aware of and did nothing about

Pool was great as well as breakfast from 7-10am-a lot of choices. Wifi was very slow and TV froze so didn’t use it during my 10 day stay. Everything else such as the bathroom and beds were great!

Very nice employees!! Everything was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the air conditioning, you are not permitted to manage the temperature or to turn it on.

Sehr nettes Personal, ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Andere Gäste waren im Zimmer nicht zu hören, die Schalldämmung ist top. Der Hotel-Shuttle zur U-Bahn-Station war super praktisch. Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

cafe da manha poderia ter um valor mais barato por dia, poderia ter uma sauna no hotel, de restante estava tudo conforme quarto limpo, recepção excelente atenciosa.

Staff wasn't helpful and friendly. 1. Room above our floor was having a noisy family and we could hear woman shouting, kids crying and banging on floor till 2am. Staff didn't help even after complaining. Luckily the family checked out next day. Very odd to hear all happening in room above us in a hotel. 2. Tea coffee sachet were provided but no milk, when asked they said in italy there is no milk sachet provided. 3. We asked to fill the water bottle and the restaurant staff were very awkward, they kept on saying about a meeting there and asked us to wait 5-10 mins for water. While everyone was standing next to us, apparently they had there boss with then having some standing discussions/ meeting.

A la lecture d'autres avis nous avions une grande appréhension d'avoir réservé à cet hôtel. Au final agréablement surpris. Pas de frais nous concernant pour la piscine. Pas de bruit dans l'hôtel le soir. Navette matin et soir pour aller au metro le plus proche. Plusieurs types de restauration disponible au pied de l'hôtel. Un personnel disponible pour nos différentes demandes.

I didn’t like the way that I had to ask for supplies. Like necessary toiletries. Had to calll front desk 4 times. They didn’t answer the phone. A/c broke down intermittently. The bed was comfortable. But the food Cho

It took 40 minutes to just check in with the front desk, I arrived in the evening at the hotel, so it was not during that everyone checks-in. The front desk lady was very nice, but she needed help to check in a few other guests. I tried to get the manager or someone that look like a manager, but he was careless. After 14 hours of flying and 40 minutes to wait to check-in. I got to the fifth floor and then the card for the door was not working, so I had to go back and get another card, and enter my room the wifi was very poor and off and on. I needed the wifi for my work, I went back to the front desk the lady told me, the reason for the slow wifi is too many guests are on the wifi. so she changed my room to another building, so I had to go to the other side of the building. which did not help. the rooms are very 1990s style with so much wood and are very small. if you are traveling from the USA, you will be very displeased I will not recommend this hotel and do not make your selection by the picture of the lobby, which I made a big mistake.

Hotel honesto… bastante afastado! Tem shuttle até a estação de metrô mais próxima (Cornelia), porém são pouco horários (manhã 9 e 10:00); volta da estação para o hotel (a partir das 17:00).

Queda muy Alejado del centro de la ciudad y el Uber cuesta cerca de 50$ hacia el centro

It was very beautiful, away from the city hustle and bustle, if you’re a city lover might not be for you… there’s a shuttle tho that takes you to a central location easy to access all of the fun things to see in Rome.

Fint hotell, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, god frukost, rent och bra rum. Läget är dock inte det bästa. Svårt att åka med kollektivtrafiken. Rekommenderar INTE att åka kommunalt sen kväll!

Room very cold and dusty, Bathroom needs an upgrade, toilet seat old, cracks on the wall and floor. Nothing to do around in walking distance. The only good thing it was the shuttle that they had during the morning and evening, to take us from hotel to subway station and back.

Lo peor las camareras del desayuno, muy mala atención y desagradables, tardan mucho en reponer lo que se acaba.

Todo muy bien. Tal vez la variedad del desayuno con comida sana era escasa. Había fruta pero poco tomate y ensalada o pocos huevos o carne. Al pedirlo nos lo trajeron algunos tomatitos.

Hotel was excellent in information on transportation and area. Lunch and dinner staff was very friendly and food was fantastic. Breakfast kicked the day off and the shuttle drop off and pick up location was superb.

Breakfast options were good and staff was very courteous! Location not the best if you request a taxi, but they provide a shuttle.

The €10 breakfast was delicious and well worth it! The front desk staff was friendly and accomodating, although it would be helpful to have two staff members at the desk. In the U.S. I am accustomed to standing in line and receiving service in order of arrival. This practice is not strictly the case in Italy, and as I learned to relax and accept it, I found my front desk experiences less frustrating. This hotel is far out from the closest metro stop. There is a shuttle to and from the metro, but it only holds 7 passengers. Morning rush hour means the shuttle only leaves about once an hour. The local bus service is extremely crowded and far between. One must walk in the merge lane to reach it.
