Lovely property with unique historic area. Was a really comfortable stay of 7 nights. Allowed for a real Roma experience. A really nice boutique hotel! Modern yet fitting for the surrounding history of an old city. The welcoming of the staff, especially Sophia, was wonderful. The rooms are good size and the showers were really nice. The lobby bar and the adjoining coffee shop were perfect for starting and ending the day and the rooftop bar was amazing....love the bar staff! A couple of recommendations: brighter lighting in the bathroom, a clothes steamer in the room, a blanket for the bed. The only issue I had wasn't the fault of the hotel, my room faced an alley and it could get quite noisy with garbage pick up in early mornings. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent property that is walking distance to Trastevere (a plethora of food and bar options) and also the key attractions in the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona etc. The room is pleasingly unique and the staff made every effort to provide information about restaurants, directions. Communication prior to arrival was also seamless. 10/10 and a must try - really feels like a nice bolt hole away from the madness with nice touches all round. PS. The rooftop bar is an excellent option.

Fabulous, funky boutique hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar, in a great location. Suggest booking for the rooftop bar as it was fully reserved on a balmy Wednesday evening. The staff were amazingly helpful and recommended Vanda in the Trastevere for dinner, which was divine.

One of the coolest and most unique boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The vibe at the place was second to none. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, and there for every step of the way for anything you may need. Room was top notch, clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, great options. The restaurant and roof top were absolutely top class.

I really liked this hotel. It was in a great central location, most things were a 10 minute walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Again the bathroom was spacious, shower was extremely powerful. The only facility we used was the bar before we left but again this was comfortable and service was great and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Great friendly staff. Very friendly people which made our stay very pleasent. Terrible smell came out of the drain in the shower that made the room smelly all the time. We complained about it and it was supposed to be fixed but the problem continued during our 5 days stay

10+!! Cannot say enough good about this wonderful hotel. On top of being spotlessly clean, the location was great and quieter than the historic center. ALL the staff was amazing and so kind and service oriented!! Wish we lived closer so we could go back! : )

This hotel is in an amazing location. The staff are extremely nice and the roof top bar has stunning views of the city. The bed is comfortable but the room was lacking in many other ways. It feels a bit old a dirty. I stepped on someone else’s toenail and it stick to the bottom of my foot. The hot water is warm at best and goes in and out while you shower.

Stylish facilities with friendly staff! The location was unbeatable and we were steps away from cafes and restaurants. The staff helped coordinate multiple cab rides for us. Our stay was good overall, but I was surprised that there was no coffee in the room and that it was pretty noisy at night. We could hear everything from our neighbors which woke us up on more than one occasion. Perhaps it was just a fluke though! Not sure if it’s always like that.

This hotel was so noisy at all hours of the night it was impossible to sleep. The hotel bar is located on the rooftop however restaurant and bar guests have to come to the 4th floor and then take steps up to the restaurant walking right past the guest rooms, it was not sound proof at all. Hotel staff were friendly but overall experience was awful and I would not recommend

The room was very small but on top of that the furnitures were weird - there was no place to sit or even a small desk, but there was a huge hanger no very useful in the entrance. There should have been a table with a chair or a small armchair. Also, the lights controls that look like amplifier knobs are cool but are barely functional for dimming or just opening/closing lights. The roof top bar is nice but for god sake have the place serve italian food/snack - you're in the middle of the best food place on earth, not the place to try so so ''mexican food''.

We spent 2 nights at Chapter Roma. Having been to Rome several times previously, we wanted a location where we could easily explore neighborhoods and varied dining options. Chapter Roma delivered on location - easy access to public transport, walking distance to Piazza Navona, Campo d’Fiore and Trastevere. Rooms are on the small side, so would recommend upgrading if you value space. They are design forward and fixtures/finishes and furnishings are contemporary - a nice juxtaposition to the 19th century bones. Bathroom does not have a fan, so fogs up quickly. However, water pressure is strong and it’s well stocked with amenities. Lighting could also be better especially for makeup. Staff is very friendly and front desk is 24/7. They speak English extremely well, and were responsive to our requests (hairdryer wasn’t working and a new one was delivered right away). Breakfast is an eclectic mix but there’s something for every dietary need. You can also order from menu. Coffee is delicious. Room systems like TV and lighting switches (turning on/off and dimming) could be simplified. There are instructions on using the TV to avoid an on screen message, but it’s not intuitive. Door and room electricity work off of skeleton keys (charming but awkward as the two keys are on the same key chain…and door does not lock automatically). Chapter Roma is great for location, design oriented travelers.

Great team who were fluent in English aswell for those who aren’t scratch with Italian yet. Room was huge, bed was comfortable, bathroom was the best bathroom in a hotel I’ve stayed in. The only let down was the tv had a weird button combination to turn it on - but who need tv anyway - go out and experience Rome

The hotel was good and in a walkable location. The shower would vibrate often when turned on and it started to overflow at one point but we were able to unclog it. We could hear the street noise even on the 4th floor. The breakfast that was included was nice.

Chapter Roma is a beautifully design hotel located walking distance from Rome’s main attractions. The staff is superb, very knowledgeable and friendly always trying to help. Great hospitality. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because we weren’t able to sleep well and woke up ver achy every morning. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are pretty bad as well. The bed comforter is super thin and the room was pretty cold in the middle of the night, what is sad because the room size was great and as I mentioned the staff was superb.

We loved our stay at Hotel Chapter Roma! The hotel has such a cool, modern vibe, but what truly made it special was the amazing team. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone — from the front desk to the concierge — was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Gianmarco, who was at the desk both when we checked in and when we checked out. On our first day, after a long tour of the Colosseum, I took a spill on the sidewalk and hyperextended my fingers. Gianmarco immediately got me a bag of ice and pointed me in the direction of a nearby pharmacy for some pain releif. He even checked in on me a bit later to see how I was doing. His kindness and attentiveness turned a rough moment into a much more manageable one, and we were so grateful for his genuine care. The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk to Trastevere, our favorite part of Rome for its excellent cafés, shops, and restaurants. We can’t recommend Hotel Chapter Roma highly enough and will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the Eternal City.

The rooms and facilities were great but the highlight ( heroes) was the front desk staff. Sofia and the whole crew offered dining shopping and even fashion advice. Thank you for making Rome memorable for us!

This is a great hotel overall. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and make you feel welcome. The room had great A/C and was spacious. Within walking distance of almost all the main attractions. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we visit Rome in the future.

Loved our stay and the staff were very friendly and kind. The room was spacious and the shower pressure is something I’ll miss. The front desk gave us tips for what to do in Rome and were always willing to help! The bar area was also nice, and we received a glass of prosecco to our room on the house and a free welcome drink!

Staff were incredibly friendly, almost all tourist attractions are within a 25 minute walk. I travelled solos and it’s a great spot to explore Rome from.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were great and organized restaurants and taxi to airport and made recommendations. We stayed for two nights and came back again at the end of our trip. They allowed us to store extra bags and had them in the room waiting for us when we returned. Good location to near Trastevere for restaurants and about 20 mins from Trevi Fountain and Pantheon

Excellent staff, stylish hotel and rooms, nice rooftop bar. Our room was directly below the rooftop bar so there was some noise, but we were not bothered by it. I would request a room in another part of the hotel if you need quiet. Decent selection of gluten free items in the hotel breakfast. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfectl location! It’s close to all the sites and also some incredible restaurants. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful which was appreciated. There is a great restaurant in the hotel as well!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable large bed, safe, refrigerator, and spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower. The hotel itself is very stylishly decorated, and the whole vibe feels very modern and luxurious. The hotel breakfast is very high quality, with eggs and coffee made to order. The breakfast staff was amazing, and we felt that the breakfast was well worth the additional fee. During the day this ground floor space is open and is a great place to do some remote work or just escape the summer heat. The small rooftop bar/restaurant has a very limited food menu, but the drink menu is interesting, the service is great, and the view is wonderful. The hotel staff overall were wonderfully welcoming and super helpful. They kindly put up with our terrible beginner Italian, but everyone speaks English so we never had any problems communicating. We were able to organize airport transfers via the hotel, which was extremely convenient. Finally, this is a great location because you are within walking distance of most of the major attractions, and you are also just a short walk from all of the bars and restaurants of Trastevere. The location honestly cannot be beat.

Dejligt hotel men til prisen kunne man godt ønske sig lidt mere. Til morgenmaden kl.09.20 var der ikke mere bacon( en gang) og så kunne man ønske sig at rooftop baren også var åbent i dagtimerne. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed og et serviceminded personale.

One of the coolest and most unique boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The vibe at the place was second to none. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, and there for every step of the way for anything you may need. Room was top notch, clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, great options. The restaurant and roof top were absolutely top class.

Absolutely lovely! We have stayed here twice with adult children and love it. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants. Breakfast is awesome too. Beautiful soaps and lotions provided in the bathroom with beautiful decor. Staff cannot do enough for you! We will return. Thank you all.
