Remote check in was disjointed. Lack of clear directions and parking was not optimal. Getting luggage to rooms was a chore. Decent quality but not convenient to check in. Had to pay for instant room coffee on day 2.

The only problem was not having instructions on how to get out of the parking lot with our car. We had to call the front desk two times to exit the two gated exits.

Absolutely amazing place. Great location! Super clean, super luxurious especially for the price. My only negative was no clue with parking to check in, you have to find parking which they don’t tell you ahead of time, you have to park under the grocery store which is few blocks away. I noticed many people lost and no where to park and then struggling with their luggage up the stairs and across the cobble stoned roads, trying to find the hotel. Now that I know where to park it was totally fine and loved the hotel, would absolutely stay again. Again park under the grocery store down by the river. Or call and ask where it’s located.

Unterkunft super, war nun schon ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel in Marburg. Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider ist die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto im Moment etwas eingeschränkt, da an der Drau eine alles umgebaut wird.

Au cœur de la vieille ville ce qui rend facile les visites de la ville, proche des restaurants. Parking disponible attenant à l’hôtel de la réception (oui car l’hôtel que nous avons réservé se situe en fait à 3 minutes à pied du bâtiment où se trouve la réception ce qui est mentionné nulle part) Points négatifs : on a eu une chambre sous le toit donc mansardée et petite. Attention au robinet du lavabo : l’eau froide correspond à l’eau chaude ! Petit déjeuner dans le bâtiment principal correct mai nous avions droit qu’à une seule tease de café!

You can see all about this room on YouTube if you search for karlmarkinternational and Garden Rooms. I enjoyed it here, but had not noticed that the room was 200 m from the reception. Maybe my bad. Room was very small, but comfortable. I tried to use the pillow-menue, just because it amused me, but was told that it doesn't work after the cleaners have gone home. They seem to have office hours, as has the reception. That was ok for me. Breakfast is really nice. The complimentary wine was great. Location is excellent. It is unfortunate that there was a lot of dust on surfaces in the room. I think that it is a little overpriced, but not much.

Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de courtoisie et d'attention à notre arrivée par Urška Krasnik. C'est à nouveau Urška Krasnik qui était au petit soin lors du petit-déjeuner. Les autres membres du personnel étaient également bien sympathiques. Un Petit-déjeuner buffet bien agréable: un bon café expresso, un bon cappuccino et des oeufs préparés à la demande ; de la charcuterie, des viennoiseries, ... super! La chambre, à l'écart de toute nuisance sonore, est spacieuse et très propre avec un coin "bureau" bien commode pour utiliser un ordi portable. Le lit est confortable et la salle de douche a une douche spacieuse.

This was probably the quietest hotel we've been to in ages. While the room wasn't that big, it had a nice bed, the bathroom wasn't cramped and it had a nice shower. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fairly typical, but good. This was an excellent location in the city center. It is very easy for us to recommend this hotel.

We loved it here! The room was super modern, clean and spacious! It’s in a great location, very central and everything is walkable. Staff were great and helpful, and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend.

This was probably the quietest hotel we've been to in ages. While the room wasn't that big, it had a nice bed, the bathroom wasn't cramped and it had a nice shower. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fairly typical, but good. This was an excellent location in the city center. It is very easy for us to recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing place. Great location! Super clean, super luxurious especially for the price. My only negative was no clue with parking to check in, you have to find parking which they don’t tell you ahead of time, you have to park under the grocery store which is few blocks away. I noticed many people lost and no where to park and then struggling with their luggage up the stairs and across the cobble stoned roads, trying to find the hotel. Now that I know where to park it was totally fine and loved the hotel, would absolutely stay again. Again park under the grocery store down by the river. Or call and ask where it’s located.

Unterkunft super, war nun schon ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel in Marburg. Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider ist die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto im Moment etwas eingeschränkt, da an der Drau eine alles umgebaut wird.

Au cœur de la vieille ville ce qui rend facile les visites de la ville, proche des restaurants. Parking disponible attenant à l’hôtel de la réception (oui car l’hôtel que nous avons réservé se situe en fait à 3 minutes à pied du bâtiment où se trouve la réception ce qui est mentionné nulle part) Points négatifs : on a eu une chambre sous le toit donc mansardée et petite. Attention au robinet du lavabo : l’eau froide correspond à l’eau chaude ! Petit déjeuner dans le bâtiment principal correct mai nous avions droit qu’à une seule tease de café!

Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de courtoisie et d'attention à notre arrivée par Urška Krasnik. C'est à nouveau Urška Krasnik qui était au petit soin lors du petit-déjeuner. Les autres membres du personnel étaient également bien sympathiques. Un Petit-déjeuner buffet bien agréable: un bon café expresso, un bon cappuccino et des oeufs préparés à la demande ; de la charcuterie, des viennoiseries, ... super! La chambre, à l'écart de toute nuisance sonore, est spacieuse et très propre avec un coin "bureau" bien commode pour utiliser un ordi portable. Le lit est confortable et la salle de douche a une douche spacieuse.

I was really looking forward to staying at this property, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was how poorly cleaned and maintained my room was. The curtains were hanging from only a few rods, and the air-conditioning vent had a significant amount of dust around it, which clearly suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The property has so much potential to be a beautiful boutique hotel. The fittings and overall design are of good quality, and it is clear that considerable thought and investment went into creating the space. Unfortunately, the poor housekeeping and lack of maintenance seriously let the property down. I will not go into every detail, but the level of hygiene was, frankly, appalling and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. On a positive note, the reception staff were polite and friendly. It is a shame that the otherwise promising property is being let down so badly by its housekeeping and maintenance standards.
