Très belle escale avant de reprendre l’avion. Notre fille de deux ans a adoré la petite piscine, l’équipement piscine à la demande pour les enfants et le kids club. Salle de sport bien équipée et très accessible. Grand parking surveillé. Chambre confortable. Piscine agréable. A 15 minutes de le belle plage de Jimbaran.

My partner and I spent a night here after a long day of travel. Exceeded every expectation! From the service during our late check in, to all the beautiful and clean facilities. Buffet breakfast and rooftop pool were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family of four! Our room was spacious, with two double beds, a large couch, and a table perfect for enjoying meals. The room was also equipped with a coffee machine and water dispenser. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we appreciated the alternative Japanese set meal option. The hotel's free shuttle to Discovery Mall was a bonus, and we loved using the complimentary bikes to explore. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The two pools were a highlight for our family, and we appreciated the free water toys available for use. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, friendly service, and great value.

The hotel could be fantastic but a lack of service quality lets you a bit unsatisfied. The hotel seems to have been hit by Covid consequences. The entrance and outdoor fountains are not working. No decoration whatsover in the hall. Breakfast is extremely limited and the choice of food is miserable. But the premium room with the private pool is fantastic. Really, it's a pity that this hotel is not giving its full potential

We could hear all the people in the hotellobby, our neighbours talking, taking a shower, living their life. I would not recommend this place if you want to sleep well before a long flight home. And the breakfast was not worth 120.000 rupiah per person. All food tasted like chemicals = ultra processed food. Even the pancakes. The fitness center was a joke. Only thing that we felt was good was the friendly staff.

Super good hotel. The pools are great, the staff so nice and willing to help. The room was perfect - clean and spacious. We tried their main restaurant as well and it was tasty. We totally recommend this hotel!

A best and value for money hotel in Jimbaran. They have 4 different varieties of room and we stayed at the suite. A massive large bed and access to suite lounge offering free snacks and drinks are added benefit. The Infiniti pool on the upstairs is really cool. I got to see 360 degree fireworks view on the new year eve. Staff are very friendly. They do have departure lounge which is unique where you can wait and take shower for free. They also have a kids play area. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the Kedonganan beach. I do recommend them.

I saw cockrocchs crawling on the wall and in the closet, 3 times in total. I know it should be taken for granted considering the rainy season. Even so, i feel like i didnt get my moneys worth. Despite these unexpected encounters, the breakfast was well served in an all you can eat way and they have pools on the ground and in the rooftops. And the staff was friendly.

Very clean, open, easy to be at. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, tubs on our rooms, fluffy towels. Rented 4 rooms, 2 air cons werent working properly, but they fixed immediately. My sink, tv, a/c, and fridge all had to be fixed, but they did it quickly and we were fine.

We chose Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran as we were looking for a place near the airport and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was really good, easy to get around, Babi Karya Rebo is literally across the road from the hotel and they also offered free shuttle to the beach and Discovery Mall. On the second night of our stay, the AC in our room stopped working, but the staff and management were amazing, they fixed it straight away. The 4/5 stars is only because we think the hotel is a bit dated, but overall good value! Thank you for having us again :)

This hotel does not look anything like in the pictures, it’s a very outdated property, it was probably nice a couple decades ago. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly, but the room was the noisiest hotel room I’ve ever slept in, it literally felt I was sleeping on the roadside. Plus whenever the guest from the other rooms would flush the toilet, shower, watch tv or anything like that, it would feel like it was in my room. I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I had no choice with this one. I highly DO NOT recommend staying there if you like to have a peaceful night of sleep.

This was a perfect stay for our short layover in Bali. The property is in good condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants and is very close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious and nice with balcony. Happy to recommend this stay!

Staff is excellent and location is super close to airport as they have free airport transport. Unfortunately, hotel looks old and rooms are very old…decor, furniture, bathroom needs to be updated. I stayed here for one night to be near the airport. I wouldn’t recommend for long term stay unfortunately. One night stay is ok.

The location was really good, easy to get around, Babi Karya Rebo is literally across the road from the hotel and they also offered free shuttle to the beach and Discovery Mall. Very clean, open, easy to be at. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, tubs on our rooms, fluffy towels. Rented 4 rooms, 2 air cons werent working properly, but they fixed immediately. My sink, tv, a/c, and fridge all had to be fixed, but they did it quickly and we were fine.

Staff is excellent and location is super close to airport as they have free airport transport. Unfortunately, hotel looks old and rooms are very old…decor, furniture, bathroom needs to be updated. I stayed here for one night to be near the airport. I wouldn’t recommend for long term stay unfortunately. One night stay is ok.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in in Bali. Beautiful property and the staff were the nicest people ever, when I didn't make it to breakfast because I was sick they called me and then brought food to my room and made sure I was okay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a genuine warm welcome and service ethos. Location is excellent, close to the airport, Jimbaran beach close by which is a lot quieter and less rowdy than other beaches. Kuta a cheap taxi ride away, the hotel also provide a day time shuttle, for shopping and nightlife. The location is a great compromise between being quiet but not too far from things. Hotel eating options are very good, but there is a fantastic babi guling (Balinese suckling pig) place just over the road. Several mini marts nearby for shopping. The family suite rooms are great, big with two double beds and a small kitchen type area with a sink, fridge and microwave as well as a very big shower/bath/toilet area. Would recommend highly, 5*.

We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at 5:10am, we were impressed by this personal and flexible service. The room is spacious with everything we need. There’s plenty of space to sit and put our luggage. There are various restaurants and facilities and even money changer in the hotel, though we only had one night to stay in watermark and could not used those. The surrounding area is nice with a 24 hr Alfamart where you can find snacks, drinks and other daily necessities. There are also some local stalls, with a street stall that sell delicious martabek. We felt safe to walk around that area even late at night. The location is also excellent as it is very close to the airport. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here next time we come to Bali.

We chose Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran as we were looking for a place near the airport and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was really good, easy to get around, Babi Karya Rebo is literally across the road from the hotel and they also offered free shuttle to the beach and Discovery Mall. On the second night of our stay, the AC in our room stopped working, but the staff and management were amazing, they fixed it straight away. We enjoyed our stay at the Watermark, while I had mobility issues so found walking within the immediate vicinity difficult and therefore didn't explore well, we enjoyed the use of the shuttle service both for tea and to shops.

This was a perfect stay for our short layover in Bali. The property is in good condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants and is very close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious and nice with balcony. Happy to recommend this stay!

A best and value for money hotel in Jimbaran. They have 4 different varieties of room and we stayed at the suite. A massive large bed and access to suite lounge offering free snacks and drinks are added benefit. The Infiniti pool on the upstairs is really cool. I got to see 360 degree fireworks view on the new year eve. Staff are very friendly. They do have departure lounge which is unique where you can wait and take shower for free. They also have a kids play area. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the Kedonganan beach. I do recommend them.

I saw cockrocchs crawling on the wall and in the closet, 3 times in total. I know it should be taken for granted considering the rainy season. Even so, i feel like i didnt get my moneys worth. Despite these unexpected encounters, the breakfast was well served in an all you can eat way and they have pools on the ground and in the rooftops. And the staff was friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family of four! Our room was spacious, with two double beds, a large couch, and a table perfect for enjoying meals. The room was also equipped with a coffee machine and water dispenser. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we appreciated the alternative Japanese set meal option. We could hear all the people in the hotellobby, our neighbours talking, taking a shower, living their life. I would not recommend this place if you want to sleep well before a long flight home. And the breakfast was not worth 120.000 rupiah per person. All food tasted like chemicals = ultra processed food. Even the pancakes. The fitness center was a joke. Only thing that we felt was good was the friendly staff.

The property is a little out of the way, but for a couple who like to spend time with themselves it is excellent. Japanese restaurant is one of the best in the world for quality of food.Hotel Breakfast, there is a big variety, but most of it is not hot enough. I asked the chef to make banana pancakes for me. He was very helpful and they were delicious. Staff at this hotel are polite and care about everything and go out of their way to make sure you are happy Rooms are very good, clean and tidy Overall, our stay was great not overly expensive close to Balinese food outlet, 10 minutes from the airport and probably 10 minutes from Jimbaran Beach. look out for special discounted room rates.
