AC Hotel by Marriott Madison Downtown

Head to Eno Vino for a gorgeous panoramic view of both lakes and an excellent menu of drinks and snacks. Great location and only steps to the Capital and surrounding shops and restaurants on State Street.

Very friendly welcome from the front desk! The room was modern & minimalist in a good way. No heavy dresser that few people use. The bed pedestal was built inset so clumsy folks like me wouldn’t stub our toes. Great shower & bathroom. Convenient mini fridge- don’t know why all nicer hotels don’t have one. Clean. Modern. Great room & people!

The hotel was nice and the room clean with everything in great condition. They were accommodating as we were traveling with a pet. My only gripe was the valet service. We ordered our vehicle and went downstairs to wait. I received notification that our vehicle was being retrieved and a half hour later we still did not have our vehicle. My boyfriend asked the driver how long yet as we requested it awhile ago and received notification that it was being brought. The driver stated that he wasn’t sure if we actually wanted it, as we were standing there waiting and he saw us waiting. We missed our dinner reservation due to this. Had the same experience the following morning with a different driver.
