This was one of the best hotel rooms we have had in Japan. It was roomy, had a balcony, washing machine and large bathroom. We loved utilizing the rooftop terrace - it was a lovely place to relax at the end of day and watch the sunset over Hiroshima.

Ottimo albergo a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale, comodo per raggiungere il centro con i collegamenti ai mezzi pubblici proprio sotto l'hotel. Zona tranquilla anche se la mattina un po rumorosa. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, bagno spettacolare con cabina doccia con all'interno la vasca. Presente la lavatrice ma manca l'asciugatrice.

What a great place. Balcony with outside “air” tub!! Small table with 2 chairs and view of Hiroshima. Room size was fine, bed really comfortable and lots of natural light. Bathroom huge with luxury toiletries

The property is conveniently located near Hiroshima station and the tram stop. We booked this hotel because it advertised washer/dryer in the room. When we checked in, we saw a note saying the dryer function does not work. Had to devise a plan on drying our clothes due to this inconvenience. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and spacious for our stay.

新しく、キレイ。細かいところまで見ると、換気扇の埃や、ドアの隙間の埃が気になる。他は清潔感あり。洗面所の排水が上手くいかず、後で見に行きますと言われたけど忘れられた…。かなりのストレスだったけど、最終的には排水溝の蓋を外して使用。洗濯機もあり、旅行後の洗濯はほぼせずに済んで、助かった。キッチンシンクのスポンジがあれば便利かな。使い捨てのもの。キッチンの手拭きとかもあれば嬉しい。立地的にも広島の駅まで徒歩10分以内で良かった。

Hotel was ok. I originally booked this hotel as on Google it says it is a 5 star hotel. However the hotel is not 5 star. It is a 3 star as listed on Hotels.com. Upon arriving we found chips on the floor, evidence that it was not thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, over the 3 days we started our days early and ended them late and did not get a chance to take this issue up with the front desk. I also did not like that the room provided had a "window" but the glass was frosted so you could not see out (assuming it looked into a wall or something unsightly). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. Close to the mall/train station. Not sure I would stay here again being the stay was average.

格安だったので、眺めの良い部屋では無かった。チェックイン直後だが、ミニキッチンのシンクの排水溝に麺のカスが残ってたり、IHコンロ置き場にティシュのクズが置きっぱなしだった。ベットの下に紙くずのゴミや前の宿泊客の忘れ物であろう化粧品が、転がっていた。髪の毛も掃除しきれていなかった。見た目は、おしゃれな内装ですが掃除がかなり、残念でした。

部屋も広く、なんといっても水回りがとても清潔で清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。洗濯機もあったので、連泊する事があればまた絶対に利用したいです。スタッフの方々は、いつどんな質問やお願いをしても心良く話を聞いてくださり、素晴らしい対応でした。広島駅からも近いので、食事をする所にも困らなかったです。交通の便も良い為、本当におすすめのホテルです。

人工的な香りに敏感なので部屋にあった消臭剤の匂いがキツイと思ったのですが空気清浄機をかけたら大丈夫になりました。冷蔵庫にフリーのミネラルウォーターがあって助かりました。洗濯機も使わなかったけど、付いていて安心できました！

This is within a 5-minute walk to the major train station. Staff is very help and help us to print our e-train tickets. The bathroom is big, has both a walk-in shower and a tub; my room even has a big bathtub in the patio. The cons of this hotel is that we are a couple and need only one bed but the room has two queen size beds parked together which is a waste of space; and it is an outdoor corridor building, so getting out of the room is like getting into a sauna.

We had a good stay at this hotel. As others have mentioned, it is very close to the train station. It's also close to several streetcar stops. There are some good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and a separate kitchenette area. We also liked the in-room washing machine and the roof-top terrace. The self-check-in process was cumebrsome for a large group--we had to keep entering the same information over and over again. Best feature: comfy pajamas.Biggest complaint: arrangement of beds. One of our units had two double beds which were arranged adjacent to each other with no space in between and no ability to move them, which had the effect of making one giant bed instead of two.

Super spacious! I could actually walk around the room without having to walk over my luggage. Felt great to just drop everything on the floor and plop on the bed with no climbing over furniture or my own belongings. Loved the bed and bathroom. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel. We had the quadruple room and came with a kitchenette that we didn't use. Very spacious bathroom compared to the ones from other accommodations. 5 minutes walk from the station where there many dinning options and shopping as well

Staff is amazingly helpful and professional. I stayed for 10 nights so they recognized me after a few nights. Helped me call a taxi in the rain, explained how to use the washing machine and tips to dry my clothes, and overall was superb in their professionalism and service.

The hotel is modern, clean, close to the main JR station and also close to the local tram service whicg we used daily. We recommend staying here if you are looking for a value based room. They do not offer daily cleaning unless you pay a fee. My only complaint is that the manager wanted to charge us 2000 yen to check in 50 minutes prior to the normal check in time (3pm) because as per the manager, “they are running a business”. We understand paying for an early check in time had it been hours prior to the normal check in time. Ironically they said they would take our luggage to the room but we could not go in without paying. If the manager really understood business he would have forgiven the fee to gain goodwill and a perfect review. Sometimes you have to look at the forest instead of the trees. Some management training will help him do better in future.

15:00のチェックイン前に到着したためアーリーチェックインが可能か尋ね難しいようだったので荷物を預け外に出ました！ただ15:00数分前に到着すると既にお部屋に向かっているお客様が数名。チェックインの時間はもちろん被ってしまいますが次々とくる海外の方の対応をされていたようで15:00過ぎたところでもなかなかチェックインが出来ませんでした。日本人特有なのかもしれませんがあくまで到着順に対応してくだされば嬉しかったですね。

Great place to stay. Looks juste like the pictures. The shower is amazing with great water pressure. Very convenient to visit Hiroshima for the proximity to Hiroshima train station. The front desk team is very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and with comfortable bed and powerful air conditionning to keep you fresh at night. Definitly recommend

We checked in rather late but the staff in the reception is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean, with kitchen, excellent bathroom with washing machine. Location is great, 5 minutes walking to the Hiroshima Station. And there’s a public parking nearby. Overall, great stay!

The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, although the bed configuration (two adjacent double beds) severely compromises the usable space. A short walk from the train station, but be prepared for a longer walk to dining options or Peace Park.

Room was new, modern and comfortable. Check in was very fast and simple. Location was good as it was near the station, but we did have difficulty finding places to eat and get groceries. Probably due to our lack of knowledge of the area and given our Japanese is very poor. The roof top area was a nice surprise and had reasonable city views. The Peace Park was straight down the road the hotel is on, and was super easy to get to.

Pleasantly surprised. This hotel wasn't fancy. It didn't have an onsite restaurant or a fancy lobby. However, our room (with no view) was a decent size with 2 king size beds and a mini kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable and location is a 8 min. walk from Hiroshima station. We only stayed 2 nights and found ourselves eating in restaurants nearby. The A Bomb site/Peace museum is a 30min walk. Reception staff were very polite.

Nice apartment style room. It was unfortunate that the washing machine did not also dry and there was minimal hanging space despite being a large room. Was however able to request an iron at the front desk. Was a short walk from Hiroshima station. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The street car goes past here however we just walked to the peace memorial park and castle as it wasn't too far and allowed us to explore more local shopping.
