El hotel es correcto, lo elegimos por segunda vez ya que confiamos en su servicio. Pero el señor Francisco arruinó por completo nuestra experiencia. Lleve a mi cargo a un grupo de 9 personas como guía y le envió un mensaje amenazante a uno de mis clientes diciendo que iban a sancionar a una de sus compañeras. Un maleducado total, y espero que el hotel tome medidas para con él y solo con el.

Em relação ao quarto. Ótima cama, terraço, espaço na pia, ótimo isolamento térmico, chuveiro quente e staff excelente. Pontos a melhorar: pintura da banheira que esque estava descascando, pino do chuveiro enferrujado, vaso sanitário que ficava vazando direto, pouco isolamento acústico. Ao hotel: Academia com 2 Ergométricos quebrados, porém boa academia. Em relação ao café da manhã é ótimo quando oferecido no Gran Dakar. Porém quando oferecido no Dakar Hotel, faltava algumas coisas, como doce de leite e Ramon. Faltou um pouco mais de carinho para ser ótimo.
