Beautiful spaces. Great lounge and rooftop bar area. Well designed rooms and amenities. Loved having a record player and some records to listen to as well. Great location across from a park and easy walk to Queen Street.

I sure wish this hotel had a pool or jacuzzi on site. Ugh! I had to stand at a conference for four days and my feet hurt so bad even though I wore comfortable sneakers.

Ace was a nice hotel for part of our Toronto stay. We had the large room with a bath and a window seat. The best thing about this hotel is that it is across the road from the best food hall that I've ever been to. You won't go hungry here. My partner and I found it quite frustrating that the lobby bar / couches were always taken by people working in laptops when we just wanted to enjoy a coffee or a cocktail. You'd have 1-2 people spread out over a space large enough for 8 people. Just a very weird and wanky space. The gentleman at the bar who seated us the one time we were able to get in was busy

It was loud in the elevators from people going to the rooftop . No parking for the clients . The property needs to reimburse the customers staying at their hotel . For the price we paid they should have more goodies like coffee in the room and small treats .

For that type of price, the fact the hotel doesn’t have a pool was disappointing, sale comment for goodies/drinks in the room not included in the price. Also, no parking in the hotel

I loved staying at this hotel. So close to everything I wanted! Amazing bath products (and eco friendly). Friendly staff and hotel has a great vibe. Upstairs bar (Evangeline) - awesome vibe, view of CN Tower, they charge in groups (and apparently serve as a group (two ppl ordered chicken and they put it on one plate- weird?) but great cocktails and nice staff! Everything is 2 dollars more than lobby. Make a reso Lobby bar- friendly! Same menu-ish as the Alder but everything is about 2$ less Alder- nice private space! Mini fridge is stiloooocked! Except for juice- I suggest hitting up shoppers or Loblaws on Queen to get water or juice Room was comfy, I would have liked better housekeeping- they came and got glasses but didn’t take towels, make the bed, or wipe down the table. Overall a great stay, will stay again!

The Ace Hotel outdid themselves all around. The staff were so incredibly kind and sweet. The facilities were beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring and the rooms were quiet, clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Charming hotel with a boutique feel. Location was convenient. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint is/was that the soundproofing is nonexistent. 7.30 AM doors were banging, conversations in the common area was clearly audible- disturbed sleep.

Lovely hotel but not very sound proof. I was booked on the 13th floor and there was a daytime function above. Beat and base and I could literally hear the loud music playing. I really needed a rest after a 4.5 drive. Apparently the party continues as this area is the rooftop bar so I requested a move. The hotel accommodated but also another inconvenience to move rooms. That being said, the hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location for checking out different neighborhoods and getting around the city. The room was gorgeous; we especially loved the massive bathtub and the cool window seat looking out over the park. All of the staff we met were kind and helpful, including when we all had a fun fire drill early one morning. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in town.

Ace Hotel’s location worked well for us. We had a very good breakfast in the lounge and a good dinner at Alder. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the large window overlooking the park. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. A few improvements would include a window in the bathroom or a larger bathroom as we booked a large room. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor so I would have to sit at the window seat in the bedroom to get ready. There is no full length or even 1/2 length mirror. It was mentioned at check in that although the rooftop bar was an only few floors above us that we wouldn’t hear the noise but we did.

While the hotel is very trendy and in a great area, I found the staff very snobby. They could really learn that not everyone is a wanna be social media influencer and that equal treatment of all people would serve them in the long run.

Staff was not helpful with my booking. I accidentally booked 2 reservations and they were not understanding especially given the fact that it was my daughter’s wedding in Toronto that Saturday. There were at least 30 rooms that were booked by guests for the wedding including their suite which was $1,200 per night and they stayed 4 nights in the suite. I am going to contact management and follow up with my issue until it is resolved properly.

Everything was wonderful from check-in to the rooftop bar. The front desk associate who checked us in truly wanted us to have a fantastic visit. She recommended many attractions and continued to check on us throughout our visit.

The Ace Hotel was in the perfect location. Tucked away behind Queen West, extremely walkable and well-populated. I felt very safe walking around as a woman travelling alone! There is so much to do in the area, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. I'll be back for sure to try the hotel dining options!

Really nice hotel very close to fantastic dining, walks, entertainment, and shopping. The rooftop bar offers a nice selection of cocktails and a cozy but hip atmosphere. The lobby bar has great coffee and pastries and a DJ on weekend evenings. The hotel room was spotless, with a nice bathroom, and good amenities. Overall a great experience with superb attention to detail.

My daughter and myself met son and son-in-law at the Ace for a birthday celebration. Check in was organized and was given an upgrade as we were celebrating. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet for a good night sleep. Dinner at the Alder was a great experience!
