Clean comfortable room. Good municipal parking adjacent. Air conditioning works well. Dated furniture. Exterior of hotel needs a coat of paint and refurbishing. Lobby decor is not up to the room standard but staff pleasant and helpful.

Checking in by going to an upstairs bar next door is far from ideal after a long journey, despite being within the time range stated for check in at the front desk. $150 deposit required upon arrival which I’m still awaiting the refund for is a concern. The rooms themselves are spacious, quirky and well maintained for the most part. Close to Spadina station which makes getting around very convenient and walking distance to lots of other amenities.

Quiet and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating securing my luggage as I arrived before check-in. 1/2 price late night Appy's in the pub was terrific! Having to feed the parking meter at 0700h was inconvenient. A mini fridge would be an asset. Recommended for its wonderful ambience.

The place looks cool, but our room was very small. when I booked the room, I asked for a King Bed, what I got was basically a Double Bed! I inquired about it at check in and was told the inn is full that's all they have. I also mention it at check out and they said that because I booked through Hotels.com there disclaimer was King, Queen or twin, never saw that. The air conditioner was loud, the bath area was tiny, but my biggest problem is their "Pub". It wasn't a "Pub" but a young adults night club, that keep us up till 2:30 AM with loud music! I also complained to the front desk and they told me, "Well we told you it was located next to a Pub". So cool building, but not so cool to stay at!

Ok hotel next to a student pub. It was not loud in our room but we were not there during the universities' semester. Surrounded by frat houses. I assume this are can get pretty wild. Was the only reasonable option near downtown during my stay. It was an ok option. But keep in mind that this area can be a bit wild when students are there.
