A very pleasant hotel, tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were absolutely brilliant and helpful - especial thanks to Marcus and Ana. However, one of the owners would greatly benefit from a crash course in customer care - you know who you are! They don't appear to like people booking their stay with expedia... well, then don't advertise it there! My room was pretty noisy as you can hear everything going on in the corridor, but breakfast was great and my bed was comfortable. I did want to love it, so a bit disappointed.

A nice hotel with lots of outside space. It would be 5 stars if the roof didn’t creak due to temperature changes and charging €2.80 to chill 0.5l of tap water was expensive.

Breakfast and staff are great. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere within the city core. The location is perfect for exploring on foot. The courtyard pool was a nice amenity. Parking was a bit iffy, but we were fortunate to find an empty spot in the free lot immediately behind the hotel.
