The hotel is very simple. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but the air conditioning is old and noisy. I travelled with my family, 5 people in total, and the room/washroom wasn’t big enough for all of us. Very spotty WiFi connection and no smart TV. The shower towels are very small and the blanket was unusable (filled with holes). It's very close to the Sanbanks, but at the same time, far from restaurants and grocery stores. There is one restaurant at the hotel, It's good but expensive. The beach was dirty and poorly maintained. A lot of boat oil accumulated on the shore. The staff was great and helpful. We can’t complain about their services.

This place by the water has a great ambiance, but there are some improvements needed to justify the price. The mattresses are old and noisy, and the pillowcases smelled. The balcony light didn’t work, and there was no ice machine. I expected more for paying over $1000 for two nights.

Rooms are spread in many small buildings. A bit difficult to find our room. Parking can be far from your room... Room not that clean and bathroom minimalist. We didn t use the Restaurant manly because they had no expresso machine. But it looks good. Beach is ok but more geese than humans, this can annoy some. About 10 chairs on the beach. The general feeling is one of a motel, but at 300$. Location is great: 5 min from Sandbanks, 15 from Picton.

Room was big and well maintained (king bed + jacuzzi), but was located next to the road, close to the swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. Maybe four minutes walk to the registration office, restaurant and lake. Although rooms are well maintained, they need upgrades. TV was only 26 inch and the microwave outdated. Staff were super helpful and kind. This hotel is only five minutes driving to Sandbanks Provincial Park, which is convenient, and only 15 mins from Picton
