L’Adresse Boutique hotel is right in the heart of the old town in Tours, in a bustling pedestrian area surrounded by innumerable cafes and bistros and bars, but is well-soundproofed against street noise. The building is historic, so our room (61 steps up a narrow staircase; no lift) was tiny with few amenities, but quaint and clean. The hostess was very gracious, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

Excellent location in the historic center! The room was small, but serviceable, with a compact, renovated bathroom. I wish it had a kettle, or tea in the lobby. Reception closes at 8:30pm, and they don’t reply quickly to emails, otherwise polite.

The location of L'Adresse Hotel is excellent. Our room was on the front with a small balcony and the double windows took care of any street noise. We had a fine stay at this hotel, but the room was quirky. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. The room was a decent size and comfortable, but the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower, which was interesting. The walls are VERY thin; thankfully the other guests were not very loud. The reception desk is only staffed from 3-8:30 pm, so there is no option to drop your luggage if you arrive early. The hotel is in a nice location to cafes, so we killed time for a few hours nearby until someone arrived. Overall, a decent stay.

Our room was very good value for the money. The hotel is centrslly located, the room was clean and well kept, the staff were very pleasant the breakfast was good. It is a perfect place for a one or two-night stay but we might have felt cramped for a longer stay as there is not a lot of room to spread out.

A lovely, family run hotel with owners who were attentive and friendly. The hotel is extremely close to a wide array of bars and restaurants as well as the Loire river. Rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The double glazed balcony was effective at keeping the noise out. If you are looking for an authentic, independent hotel with charm and a warm welcome then you should look no further.

Si on devait faire une petite remarque constructive ce serait d'allumer le chauffage dans la chambre un certain temps avant l'arrivée du client de manière à que la température soit agréable en prenant possession de la chambre. Sinon tout était parfait

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was very clean and chic, and I appreciated that they had single rooms for a very reasonable price. Felt very safe and nice for a solo traveler. I would have appreciated a tiny bit more clarification about how check-in worked (especially when the reception opened), but that was the only thing I can find to criticize. A wonderful experience, wholeheartedly recommended!

The picture did not fit the actual room I booked. The floor seemed very uneven in my room and one of the 2 bedroom light was awfully bright - the lights weren’t matching. I was also missing a blow dryer. The bed was very comfortable and you could set the air conditioner/heat to any temperature you prefer. Very convenient location in the center to walk anywhere.

Jai beaucoup apprécié mon sejour : l'arrivée est facile, l'hotel est idealement situé en plein coeur de Tours. Le centre est assez animé en soirée ce qui est sympathique et grace aux fenetres on est tres bien isolé du bruit. Le personnel est serviable et agréable.

Great location! Very nice room in the old section of town with many restaurants & shopping within walking distance. It's relatively close to the train station (about 15 min walk), but it's easy to take public transportation or a taxi. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked very nice with a well-appointed breakfast room. The owner (I believe), was very nice when checking in and helpful when we ran into a small problem. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you prefer staying in boutique hotels rather than large, impersonal chain hotels.

The people at the front were so kind! We were having a hard time finding the hotel & they gave us directions over the phone. They speak French (of course, we're in France) and I was having a hard time understanding them. Minutes later she sent me an email with perfectly clear directions. When we arrived they were so welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location!

J’ai fait une réservation à 20h15 car j’ai eu un RDV programmé le lendemain à tours à la dernière minute. Great location! Very nice room in the old section of town with many restaurants & shopping within walking distance. It's relatively close to the train station (about 15 min walk), but it's easy to take public transportation or a taxi. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked very nice with a well-appointed breakfast room. The owner (I believe), was very nice when checking in and helpful when we ran into a small problem. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you prefer staying in boutique hotels rather than large, impersonal chain hotels.

Our room was very good value for the money. The hotel is centrslly located, the room was clean and well kept, the staff were very pleasant the breakfast was good. It is a perfect place for a one or two-night stay but we might have felt cramped for a longer stay as there is not a lot of room to spread out.

L’Adresse Boutique hotel is right in the heart of the old town in Tours, in a bustling pedestrian area surrounded by innumerable cafes and bistros and bars, but is well-soundproofed against street noise. The building is historic, so our room (61 steps up a narrow staircase; no lift) was tiny with few amenities, but quaint and clean. The hostess was very gracious, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

Si on devait faire une petite remarque constructive ce serait d'allumer le chauffage dans la chambre un certain temps avant l'arrivée du client de manière à que la température soit agréable en prenant possession de la chambre. I needed a respite from the heat so this very cute and clean boutique hotel in Old Town Tours hit the mark. The a/c was great and the location made it easy to go out for a meal or coffee. The noises from the hall were a bit of a problem but I heard nothing from outside!
