A very nice hotel within walking distance from the old town (10-15 min). Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a lot of choices! It definitely has a special character. A little expensive (25 franks per night) parking behind the building, but it’s Zürich. It would be nice if hotel provides guests with Zurich card (free transportation, discounts in museums and shops). Please pay attention that you need to contact hotel in advance if you arrive after 1 pm, there is nobody at reception. They will send you an instruction for self-checkin.

I am so glad that we chose this place to stay. The staff were very communicative about our parking needs. Parking is very tight, but they gave great instructions on how to find it. The hotel was very nice and modern. Staff were very helpful, and they served a good breakfast. It was in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping and transportation system.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, stilvoll schlicht, durchdacht und was an Toilettenartikeln angeboten wird etc, ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat in der Qualität nachgelassen über die Jahre. Der Käse war schon etwas trocken, die Briocheknoten ebenfalls, als läge alles schon eine längere Zeit rum. Ich finde es auch schade, dass es ein Birchermüsli gibt, das mit gezuckertem Fruchtjoghurt angerührt wird. Ja, Klagen auf hohem Niveau, bei dem Preis habe ich aber einfach mehr erwartet. Ansonsten gute Lage, komfortabel, der self check-in über den Schlüsselsafe ist praktisch.

This is a well-located, slightly better than no-frills hotel, more like a bed and breakfast with food but no maid or other services. It's five minutes to the lake and train station, on a street with several restaurants and shops. A small but varied range of breakfast choices was offered; coffee and other beverages were available all day (alcohol on an honor system). The room was spacious, if sparsely appointed. The bed was quite comfortable. I was grateful they loaned me a power adapter when I realized I had bought the wrong kind.

NI-MO is located very convenient center of Zurich city center. Tram is only 2 minutes away, train station is 7 minutes walk, restaurants & shops within 5 minutes walk. Hotel is very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and fresh coffee & drinks 24 hrs. The only problem is the floor makes too much squeaky noisy, other than that I would recommend this hotel to all.

It was great. The location is just excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The room has a great size too but the bathroom has a downside as its floor gets soaked with water coming of the shower. It's annoying as the portable A/C tha needs to be used with a half open window. Another point to mention is that maybe there will not be anyone to welcome you and make your check in at the time of your arrival. So check your email with the instructions on how to proceed with the check in before you get there.

Mina was such a delight- super sweet and was the highlight of our stay. Thank you, Mina! The location was fantastic - easy to walk everywhere. Room was ok - bathroom, shower and sink were in the same room as bedroom so no privacy. Air conditioner was a stand alone machine that had a tendancy to leak water if the hotel-provided water bottle to collect excess water fell over. Breakfast was so-so - it was abundant but the quality wasn't great. Cups were dirty, too. Unfortunately, I was bitten by bedbugs in the two nights we were there. I initially thought it was spider bites but confirmed with a doctor upon returning home that all the bites (all along the right side of my body) was from bed bugs.

A friendly welcome and a spotlessly clean hotel. Well positioned in the city with both tram and train links very close by. Breakfast was a revelation in a city where food is hugely expensive. This was not to be belittled. Homemade meusli, fresh fruit and the usual selection of cold meats and cheeses .

Tolles, kleines Hotel, von welchem aus die Innenstadt von Zurich perfekt fußläufig erreicht werden kann. Hier erkennt man die Liebe zum Detail, so werden Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer täglich wieder aufgefüllt und das House Keeping macht eine hervorragende Arbeit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und wird mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir konnten bereits morgens um 8 Uhr einchecken, was sicherlich nicht in jedem Hotel möglich gemacht wird. Alles in Allem ein tolles Erlebnis und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das Hotel im Freundeskreis weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße aus Hamburg an das nette Team! Ellen und Marc

A few things I’d like to mention about our stay: • The elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. • The flooring in the room made quite noticeable squeaking noises. • The room’s window had very poor noise insulation, and outside noise and street car was quite audible. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast team worked hard to keep everything well-stocked and organized. Overall, the main issue with this hotel is the condition of its facilities — the flooring and windows could really use some renovation.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, in the name of self check in no help or service. The rooms felt like a furnace, extremely hot. They have a non functioning AC. Not the greatest area either. definitely not worth the price. They charged an additional $100 for a rollaway bed. If they are charging extra then they should have the courtesy of giving at least a fan. None of us could sleep for even a minute.

Hotel NI-MO had the most friendly staff we encountered on our Switzerland trip! Lovely breakfast spreads everyday. There were even small snacks available 24/7. Our room was clean and smelled nice. Great room size! The portable air conditioner was so helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

This was one of the worst and most expensive stays we have ever had. It was unbearably hot and humid in the room. It was not clear in the hotel posting that there was no AC. At the end of July/beginning of August in 100 degree heat this should be stated clearly and immediately prior to booking. At the very least there should be a discount on the room price offered for this huge inconvenience that almost ruined our holiday. For $300 this was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Fans barely helped.
