Os destaques desse hotel são a sua localização e o atendimento dos funcionários. Por ser um hotel localizado num antigo casarão no centro histórico, não há áreas de relaxamento com piscina e sauna ou academia.

It was amazing. There was one downside. The advertisement stated that there was parking when we got there we were told there was only 2 spaces and they had been taken so we had to go on outbid parking which cost us €50 overnight.

Tudo certo. Só uma observação. O estacionamento do hotel Só dispõe de 2 vagas. Certamente sempre estará lotado. Próximo existem alguns estacionamentos que precisam de uma boa caminhada. Variam de 20 euros a 50 euros o dia.

Excellent service. Very nice and friendly staff. Love the hotel! Complimentary airport transfer in brand new Tesla. Breakfast was very good. The only thing is hotel is on the uphill part. Those who don t like exercise will not like it. Overall we have a very good time. Will refer friend for sure.

Comfortable hotel in a great location within easy walking distance to tourist sights, shops and restaurants. They also have live traditional music on Thursday evenings.

Everything about this quaint hotel is first-rate, and the staff makes you feel welcome immediately. The small lobby is clean, the lifts are a good size, and the rooms are Euro-modern. It is superbly situated with easy access to Bairro Alto, a score of cafes, Plaza Luís de Camões, Santa Justa Lift to access Plaza Dom Pedro IV, and the Bica Funicular to access the waterfront. Also, the Rossio Railroad Station is just a few blocks downhill with several trains per day directly to Sintra. The front desk staff and restaurant manager were superb and were genuinely interested in providing us with the best experience. We will definitely be back.

Great location for tourists. Few minutes walk to train station or Rossio plaza. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and coffee maker in the room. Also, there is a real treat on Wednesday nights- performance of traditional fado singer at the restaurant, as well as a delicious dinner. Just one suggestion- it would be nice to have a safety bar on the wall to hold when you get in and out the bathtub.

Our 5-day stay here was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Lisbon. It's a beautiful, super-clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and so helpful.

Super location per visitare Lisbona. Camera moderna e confortevole. Albergo poco curato nei dettagli e questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto spiacevole : - Pulizia approssomativa (tracce di dentifricio lasciate in bagno e polvere sotto il letto, nonostante il passaggio della cameriera) - Porta della camera rimasta aperta 2 giorni interi, dopo il passaggio della cameriera con tutte le nostre cose dentro, soldi e carte d'identità... - LA COSA PEGGIORE : la non disponibilità della persona alla reception. l'ho detto in modo carino e non ha avuto nessuna reazione ne parola per spiegare o rimediare. Zero. Come se parlasse cinese o da sola. - Abbiamo sentito un rumore spaventoso la notte ed era il porta sapone nel box doccia. Si poteva fare male e per di piu, per 3 giorni è rimasto li senza nessuno che lo ripari. - Ho visto un scarafaggio passare da una camera all'altra. L-ho detto alla cameriera che non era per niente stupita. Idem alla reception. Sempre zero risposta o reazione. Forse bisogno dire alla direzione di formare il personale, perché la soddisfazione del cliente e l'approccio alla gestione dei problemi sono completamente inadeguato per un 4 stelle. E fare un trattamento per insetti rampanti. Ci è piacuta la colazione e la posizione.

Läget mycket bra vid Largo do Carno, men hotellet i behov av en uppdatering. De gamla heltäconingsmattorna kändes ohygieniska. Personalen trevlig, men rummen saknade en del av de vanliga behövligheterna.

Clean and central to restaurants, shops and many tourist highlights. Great for walkers. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was large, for Lisbon, and the bed huge! The bottle of mineral water was replaced every day and the Nespresso machine was restocked with capsules too. It was clean, pleasant and quiet. However, on the first morning, we reported an issue with the shower being broken which prevented us from being able to stand under the shower head and this was not resolved until the 7th evening. We had no bath towels one day and I didn’t notice this until after I’d used the ‘shower’ and had to dry myself with a robe and a hand towel. We also spent two days with no tissues. Indeed, one evening we found the tissue box dismantled and left empty for the second day. Yes, these are First World problems but they’re not acceptable for such a class of hotel for which we’d paid a premium price. The breakfast was reasonable although I found the hot buffet to be lukewarm most days. Would I stay there again? It’s doubtful - the previous 5 times we’d been to Lisbon in the previous 5-6 years, we’d always stayed at a particular hotel of the same class in Baixa but fancied a slight change of scene this time. It was worth a punt and the slight change in location.

The hotel location is great and closed to metro/tram/bus. The receptionist and the staffs served for breakfast are great. The only thing is that the staffs cleaning my room either forgot to place replacement hand towels or water sometimes since I stayed for couple days. Small things here and there. Nothing major. A pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Very clean rooms, great location and super welcoming staff

Estadia, no geral, boa. Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com excelente café da manhã. Porém, num dos dias da hospedagem, ao retornar para o hotel, à noite, não tínhamos nenhuma toalha de banho. Interfonei diversas vezes para a recepção e não fui atendido. Desci no meio da noite para solicitar toalhas e fui informado na recepção que não havia nenhuma, que o fornecedor não havia entregue e que não poderia ser feito nada. Perguntei se haveria previsão ou alguma providência, mas ambas respostas negativas, fazendo com que tivesse que utilizar uma camisa para enxugar após o banho. No dia seguinte reclamei para a recepção e mandei e-mail para o hotel, porém não tive qualquer resposta ou satisfação. Embora imprevistos aconteçam, não se pode aceitar que um hotel com valor considerável permita tal situação e, pior, sem qualquer satisfação, informação ou consideração com o hóspede.

Overpriced. Elevator was out. AC did not work correctly. They promise airport shuttle but then said it was full Great location though.

Nice room but the air conditioning was not working and although there was a fan in the room the room was still warm. We also had to leave early for a flight and we were told we would be provided with a breakfast box and this did not happen. Hot breakfast was average but buffet good.

Rummen gamla, slitna, omoderna och mörka. Frukosten begränsad och ensartad från dag till dag. Ytterst tillmötesgående personal, alltid med ett leende.

Large room, comfortable bed. powerful shower, very clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful providing a map and routes to take in the sights. The hotel location is ideal for walking to lots of tourist attractions, shopping and there is a great choice restaurants close by. Short downhill walk to Cais de Sodre station where you can get the train along the coast to Cascais. Breakfast at the hotel was of a great quality and lots of choice. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety of foods. The only issue I had was the air conditioning did not work well in the room. We did not push the issue since it is March and the room cooled if we opened the balcony door. We did let staff know. Hopefully had it been the heat of summer they would have fixed it.

The hotel location was excellent. The rooms were clean & comfortable, and the staff was courteous. And the breakfast that was included was very nice and had a wide number of options. Our disappointment arises because the photos & description of the room reserved did not match what we were given upon arrival. We reserved a Deluxe Double Room (Castle/River View). The photos of such rooms appearing on the Hotels.com site all show bright rooms with large windows and/balconies. Our room (#407) was dark and had only a very small window (~1.5 ft X 2.5 ft) crammed into a corner, behind a desk. While it’s true that one could see the castle if they shoved themself in between the wall and the desk, and craned their neck to look outside, the marketing photos do not accurately portray the room provided. When I brought our disappointment to the manager, he was courteous but explained that marketing photos cannot be relied upon and no other rooms were available. He also stated their affiliation was with Expedia, not a hotels.com, so he was unable to explain any inaccuracies that maybe be present. Additionally, no hairdryer was provided despite being described as an amenity on Hotels.com when our reservation was made. We are frequent users of Hotels.com and have relied heavily on the site for our vacations over the last many years. We’ve never run into such an issue before. While we very much enjoyed our recent visit to Lisbon, this experience was quite disappointing.

The room and bathroom were very small. It was more like a 3 star hotel in Italy or USA Nothing luxury about it. The location was great ! Staff was nice and purchased train tickets to Porto for us.

Amazing stay. Customer service was the best ever experienced in a hotel and we travel a lot! David in reception was great, and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety and fresh fruit. Location is some of the best in Lisbon, only steps from main squares and subways, but within walking distance to most attractions. Steps from St Justa elevator and Carmo convent.

Nice big room with extra bed as three of us. Very nice buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful- when we left to go on a 3 day trip they stored our luggage even though when returning we were going to another hotel. When picking up luggage we had to walk a couple of streets to get to an Uber (Pope was in town) Alexander on reception walked with us and assisted with luggage - above normal service Thank you Lisboa Carmo Hotel

The hotel is in a good location across from the famous Carmo Convert. But it took me a long time to find it the first time I came out from Rossio Metro Station. Part of it is because the streets are hilly and intertwined. Our room is clean and comfortable. The best part is the breakfast that has many choices and staff are super helpful and courteous. One disappointment was the check in. The front desk lady seemed to forget that I have been waiting in the dinning for a long time.

Everything you’d want in a hotel if you’re planning a weekend away to explore Lisbon - the rooms, staff, breakfast and location were all fantastic and the little touches (delivering a cupcake to our room on Halloween, the concierge waiting outside with an umbrella while it was raining) were unexpected but appreciated.

Great hotel, great room, great breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel Is in a great location with access to regular and sightseeing buses, and subway close by. It is also very close to all the major sites of the city and in a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Lisbon, near the beautiful Rossio Square. Breakfast was well presented, featuring fruit, cheeses, pastry etc. Very quiet hotel , rooms very clean with air conditioning. Many restaurants, shops and shopping mall with walking .

The staff are very helpful to organise the transportation to the airport. The location of the hotel is located in the centre area, walking distance to main attractions.

The location was fabulous! Right next to a lovely square with outdoor cafes and a quick walk to everything. The room was small but perfect for me. I enjoyed the fluffy bathrobe, nice view from the balcony, water in the room, and delicious breakfast each morning... The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a well located hotel in the Chiado neighborhood. Lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were outstanding in their service. This is a very quiet hotel. We will be back!

The hotel is clean, in a safe neighborhood (with a receptionist available 24/7), and the breakfast had a great spread. I was provided an airport transfer when leaving and it was delivered in a very nice Tesla. The staff was friendly and accomodating every step of the way. My biggest complaint is honestly how it's located at the top of a steep hill, so heading to it from the Baixa-Chiado or Rossio metro stops is rough sledding. It is close to great stops like Carmo convent, Rossio square, and the Santa Justa lift though!

Great hotel in the center of Lisbon! The staff was very helpful with arranging transportation and local places to eat. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Seeing local musicians there on Wednesday night was wonderful! Rooms are spacious and clean.

Location is excellent-close to central locations and great eating options. I however liked the Hotel's restaurant and ate there mostly as the food and prices were absolutely great. Impeccably clean. I would stay again. Thanks for a great first-time experience in Portugal

Clean hotel in good location. Airport shuttle was included with room, but did not operate at the times that we needed. Laundry service is available, but it was not picked up in a timely manner, so it took longer than expected. The Wednesday evening Fado show in the hotel restaurant was very enjoyable.

Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful at the reception. House keeping was not upto the standards expected. Breakfast was limited and hot dishes like bacon, eggs, sausages etc were very cold. No proper supply of tea and coffee packets in the room. The cups were tiny for morning tea.

Our breakfast was NOT free. It was quite expensive but variety was wonderful. Room Was very clean and comfortable. The front desk/ reception staff were FANTASTIC—very helpful with everything including meal reservation with Fado, how to get to various attractions and shops and even with plane check in and taxis.
