Esta opción de hotel es increíble porque es súper completo, moderno, amplio y cerca de todo en una buena zona. Muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas y está súper bien equipado. Además la piscina es espectacular con una vista impresionante. Como llegamos muy temprano y no podíamos hacer check in aún, nos guardaron las maletas en unos lockers muy amplios. Lo único que le faltaría para que fuera 100 puntos el hotel es que tuviera que estacionamiento de vehículo mas cerca. Nos tocó estacionar en un parking público como a 300 metros. Recomendable 100%

The property was outstanding. Very well equipped and the pool and garden area was incredible. The area itself is quirky with lots of side streets and only about a 25minute walk into the main toen. The reception staff were really helpful and welcoming. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Would definitely recommend.

Property was nice. The apartments were a good size. We spoke to the staff and there was no coffee in the rooms and there was none on site for anyone. Food was left over from previous people staying in the cabinets and unfortunately the heating in the room and the gym was not functional and showing error codes. Maybe wrong time to be there?

O check in fui muito bem recebido, deram me um tour pelo o estabelecimento. Tivemos um pequeno problema de noite o elevador não funcionava, tivemos pelo menos uma meia hora a procura de uma maneira de como ir para o apartamento, ligamos para o número, que um funcionário não explicou muito bem como chegar ao apartamento mais um tempo perdido, mas, depois lá conseguimos nos entender. Outro ponto menos bom é de manhã as senhoras de limpeza a falarem alto que se ouvia do quarto, tirei estes dias para descansar, mas o descanso da parte da manhã não foi lá muito positiva. A cerca do apartamento é lindo tem um espaço otimo, uma vista agradável adorei, tudo muito limpo.

Die Appartements sind schlicht aber schön eingerichtet. In den Apartments gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Pool sieht nicht mehr so schön aus und könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Zudem gibt es auch leider zu wenig Sonnenliegen. Die Umgebung (Alfama)ist sehr dreckig und überall liegt Müll. So riecht es auch. Wenn man 15 Minuten Bergab läuft kommt man nach Baixa, da sieht es gut aus.

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The kids shared a comfortable pull-out in the living room while the full kitchen helped ensure they were never hungry between each stop of our adventure. Having access to the laundry made it even better. Perhaps what was most spectacular was the stunning roof deck - if only we'd stayed in late spring or summer so it was warm enough to enjoy the pool!

God beliggenhed og flot bygning. Rummelige værelser. Lidt klinisk indrettet uden udsmykning på de store hvide vægge, hvilket gør det mindre hjemligt. Vi havde booket 5 overnatninger, men fik ingen rengøring og måtte med lidt besvær selv skaffe rene håndklæder og toiletpapir. Stort køkken, men kun få glas og med mangel på basal køkkenudstyr. Ét lille spækbræt og kun en lille sløv køkkenkniv, hvorfor det ikke var muligt at lave mad eller bare skære et brød. Poolen og poolområder blev ikke rengjort eller ryddet op, hvorfor der lå gamle håndklæder og skrald. Et sted med potentiale, men desværre skuffede lidt.

Overall, I was very happy with this property. The location was great, it was a good size, and the grounds were gorgeous. We stayed for over a week and had to chase the staff a bit to get the room cleaned. It would be helpful to provide dishsoap and an adequate supply of toilet paper for the stay.

Otroligt fint lägenhetshotell med lummiga trädgårdar och en swimmingpool. Överlag rent och fint, vi hade några mindre problem men den supertrevliga personalen ordnade allt snabbt. Vacker byggnad och minst sagt rymliga rum.

We liked the suite and the location. It sis lack simple amenities such as coffee pods and face cloths. The showers could be updated as there was mold growing around the bottom of the showers and the caulking was coming off. The receptionist was very friendly, informative and he booked us a tuk tuk tour while we were waiting.

We were in 1E on the 5th level with amazing 270 degree views of the river and city. Very nice, clean, modern, comfortable 1BR with living and dining areas and kitchen. Manager Luis was extremely responsive and helpful. Sr. Fado across the street offered a nice evening of dinner and fado. In the heart of Alfama, so it was an easy walk to many terrific sights. Highly recommended.

I’ve traveled a lot, and this place might be my and my family’s all-time favorite. The location is right in the heart of the action, but the rooms felt quiet and safe. The hotel is easy to walk to from the train station. The view from the pool was even better than the photos show. All the staff were warm and helpful. I was sad that we only had booked two nights. The only thing that might be a hardship for some is if you are walking from the train and you have rolling luggage, the hills are very steep and the streets are cobblestone, but don’t let that keep you from staying there. This place is great.

There was no precheck in reminder. There was NO COMMUNICATION or goodwill attempt to make sure that since i already paid the hotel accommodation cost. No attempt was made to reach me and make sure i have the necessary check in detail when I arrived late. I did not have a problem with Lisbon service apartments. Please make sure we can at least get some kind of communication at this time how they plan to rectify my hardship that night which was possibly recorded in their many cameras. Thank you.

Las chicas de la recepción muy poco amables, ni saludaban, ni estaban atentas a las necesidades, salvo por Luis. Para el check in nos tuvieron 2 horas sentados en la puerta con un bebé de 10 meses hasta que nos vinieron a abrir. Se fueron, pusieron papel en la puerta y por más que hicimos varios llamados al número que decían no nos vinieron a ayudar. La verdad que muy mala antencion y muy poco empatía de las chicas que atienen con los huespedes. La habitación muy chica, lo demás bien. Le falta limpieza en las alfombras y sillones.

Apartment ample space , location it’s central but in front of the property it’s a city trash collection point with multiple large trash can there , which it’s not appealing But no easy to communicate Front desk service short period of time Lunch break for them 1 1/2 hour at noon If you need to communicate only way it’s calling but many tourist cell service from a different country , it should be better what’s up .

We liked our apartment which is on the top floor with partial view of the waterfront and cruise ships. The apartment was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It is conveniently located with lots of good restaurants and small shops nearby. It is walkable to few attractions including Commercial square (downtown), the famous 28E tram stop, Saint George castle, and a few beautiful outlooks. We enjoyed our stay here!

Our family loved Lisbon. We also really enjoyed this hotel. Only negative things were there is no dish soap for the dishwasher no laundry soap for the laundry machine and they supply the coffee maker but no coffee pods. Other than the place is excellent. I would recommend it to friends or family.

Beautiful property unexpectedly nestled in the Alfama district. Several buildings form the suites which are apartments. We had beautiful views, lots of space , well equipped. Beautiful garden/pool area. Easy to walk into the downtown. Lots of local markets nearby and great Fado places!
