Expectations were maybe higher than usual after reading so many positive reviews, and maybe the place is more suitable for the Asian market and families with small children. Check-in took forever. Dining options are limited, and it is not always easy to get a taxi to other areas. Finding a dead frog in the pool also made swimming less appealing. Many of the staff members seemed not particularly happy in their roles, which affected the overall impression. However, the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely - helpful, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful, with its buildings and the water. But I expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Very nice resort. We love that breakfast was included. The staff at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The Jeju Stone museum is near by as is the Snoopy Garden. Our only complaint would be the diner buffet, we wish they would rotate the dishes more. It was the same almost every night

Very lovely spot on Jeju to explore the west side of the island. It has an amazing pool, massive breakfast buffet, and clean rooms. Only one thing was a bit weird that we had to pay to rent big pool towels and the sunbed at the pool for extra charge. But they provide smaller towels you can use instead and there a a few chairs on the pool deck you can put your stuff on, but there aren’t that many and it looks very messy with the amount on clothes in the chairs as the sunbeds are not used… But again, this is a very nice hotel with good amenities and would come back again.
