It is easy to reach Hotel from Jeju International Airport via Bus 331 from bus stop 6 near exit of Airport. Around 3-4 bus stops, alighted at Samsung building and walked across the road to Hotel. The family suite for 4 adults is spacious enough to open up 4 large luggage in the hall. Water pressure in bathroom is fantastic. No shower cap is provided. Though there is a microwave and induction cooker but no utensils, plates/bowls, cutlery or scissors are provided. We had free sandwiches every morning and improvise the boxes as plates. 6 big washing machines and 4 dryers are provided at Level 2 Laundry room (24 hrs) but detergent/softener is not provided. Detergent can be bought from the vending machine at lobby but we brought our own laundry capsules. There is also a 24hr gym. CU is next to hotel and lot of eateries near hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel and highly recommended it to our family/friends.

우선 객실내 미작동되는 부분이 있어서 조금 아쉬웠지만 프론트에서 문제 인식, 바로 직원분 올라오셔서 다시 확인해주시는 부분은 좋았습니다만 개인적으로 청결부분은 조금 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 잠만 자고 퇴실하는 건이라 별도의 컴플레인드리진 않았지만 침대를 5cm정도 밀었을뿐인데 다른 숙박객의 양말이 나오고 전기포트에서 머리카락이 나왔습니다. 무료 조식서비스나 전반적인 서비스는 만족스러웠지만 청결부분때문에 또 숙박할 생각이 있는지 물어본다면 꺼려질것 같습니다.

Overall pleasant stay. First room, there were hairs underneath the blanket, I let the staff know and they apologized and moved us into a different room. The second room was good. We stayed in the play station room, the room was small, and so was the room with the toilet, but overall a pleasant experience.

The idea of having a game in the room was great. Unfortunately due to a long day and early start we weren’t able to play. Check in and out was simple and easy. We loved the idea of complimentary breakfast sandwiches delivered to the room, however we left around 5:30am so we had to miss out. Overall good, we loved the valet parking, the gym, as well as laundry facilities. There was a convenience store right next door which was super handy, and there were 3 or 4 restaurants on the same block that all had great menus.

Standard Family Twin City View - simple stay for 2 nights. Location - in Jeju city, a short walk (50m) from bus 202 stop. Useful for people travelling from Seogwipo or the west coast. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket (round the corner) within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Less than 10 mins taxi drive away from Jeju International Airport. Room - was quiet on the 5th floor. Not my expectation of a city view from my room as I was looking at the back of other buildings. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Bonus - A laundry room (complementary) for hotel guests to use with 5 washers and 3 dryers. The free homemade sandwich provided in the morning was much appreciated during the stay.

The gym was very tiny, almost no equipment. I mean maybe smaller than my room. bathroom adjacent to it was dirty. Also everything was open, no cardes doors. The room was okay, but no view fron the window, because it was all etched glass. Opening one window taught me the other building was 50cm away, so no matter. Bed was okay and gaming computer fun. Breakfeast roll was good and timely. Was woken up twice late at night, because people were talking in the hallway with kids. With KIDS at 23:30. I opened the door the second night and complained, they stopped soon after. Doors are thin. Also still 7 minutes of brisk walking to the nearest bus stop, so could be closer.

Reserved the 2 bedroom ocean panoramic view suite. Was on the 12th floor and the view was great. No complaints about the room, cleanliness, water pressure/temperature, comfortable bed, etc, were all fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly retrieving our car or calling a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location, CU convenience store just down the corner. Clean cozy room with password key to entry. Nice and friendly reception with good English. I called to pick up my forgotten iPhone cable and adapter and they helped to keep in the front desk. Would stay again.

We stayed here a few nights and everything was perfect. Chloe at the first desk was friendly and helped us tremendously during our stay. Location was close to the bus stops, although we found taxi was economical for the 4 of us. We start each day with the fresh sandwich provided by the hotel. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Ventimo was the only one smart hotel that we ever been stayed! We are amazed with this hotel. Staff are nice, helpful and they can speak a good English! Location was close on everything! They also had a very good complimentary sandwich in the morning that was really delicious. The cleaning lady was very nice too .I hope she got the tip that we left for her in our room before we checked out. Because she deserved more.. Anyways, i would definitely book this hotel again.

鄰近濟州島機場,雖不屬於最熱鬧的區域，不過周邊的生活機能算方便，樓下隔壁就有一家CU便利店，各餐廳也稍稍步行ㄧ小段路可到。提供免費室內停車位，最方便的是他有趴車服務，回來飯店直接將車交給服務人員即可，早上取車也一樣，稍等5分鐘服務人員就把車從停車塔取出交付。預定Standard Queen Ocean View雙人房7晚，12樓的位置可遠眺遠方的海景也看得到飛機起飛，夕陽時刻非常美麗，不過每天都開車四處跑，所以待在房間時間也沒有很多，但整體來說空間寬敞，環境跟設備都算舒適且整理的很乾淨。有需要服務的話人員都盡責地提供給你協助。額外的免費服務還有：房客只要把保冷帶掛在門口，隔天6:00就會依據入住人數提供簡便的免費三明治，這點對於懶得出門去用早餐的房客來說非常方便，只是連住七晚吃了7次一模一樣的三明治…略有變化的話對於連住者會更加分。

Our room was lovely and they had free sandwiches delivered to your door every morning - they were both healthy/nutritious and yummy! Came with two slices of orange too. Close to convenient bus stops e.g. we took a direct bus to Osulloc Tea Museum (1 hour or less in total, with bus stop only a few minutes away). Staff were helpful too!

I loved my stay at Ventimo Hotel! The valet parking is amazing. My room was also bigger than I imagined and so clean and spacious! Also, the hotel offers a breakfast every morning that is directly delivered to your room, which was quite nice and greatly appreciated! Highly recommended if ever you visit Jeju!

Very comfortable hotel and extremely convenient for the airport. We were able to store our luggage there before check in. Taxi was called by hotel staff, took 5 minutes from hotel to airport and cost 4000. We appreciated the complementary breakfast sandwich. I’d really recommend this hotel, particularly for an airport stopover.
