This a nice hotel for the price it includes use of the gym and it’s nearby to transportation, restaurants, convenience store and shopping

신라스테이의 평균적인 수준은 잘 아실 것이고, 덧문이 있는 구조여서 조용히 작업을 하거나 음악을 들으면서 쉬는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 9층인데 창문으로 약간의 소음이 들어오기는 했습니다. 조식뷔페의 메뉴는 비추 수준입니다. 피트니스시설은 좋았습니다.

It’s a nice hotel we enjoyed using the gym, the WiFi works well and it’s clean and comfortable

Overall great facility. Short on parking space but staff works hard to accomodate. Windows and walls are thin so sound is not insulated well. Loud delivery motorcycles are heard if you are facing the main road. Ask for rooms that face opposite the road.

좋아요~ 시내접근이 좋고...주변에 편의시설이 많아 좋았어요 단지 주차장이 좁아 비좁게 세워서 아슬아슬한 느낌?!

We liked the location of the property. The hotel and room were clean and it was safe to walk around and shop in the area. The gym is a bit small and there was no pool or sauna.

객실은 다른 신라스테이들과같이 깨끗하고 특히 입구 로비는 층고가 높고 더 넓고 쾌적합니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 위치도 번화한 중심에 있어 걸어서 바로 모든 일이 해결됩니다. 공항까지 거리도 매우 가깝고 매우 만족합니다.

깨끗한 방 상태였습니다

객실이 깨끗하고 친절했습니다. 다만, 타올에 머리카락이 남아있었고, 욕실 밖으로 물이 많이 튀는 구조입니다.

욕실청소가 조금 별로였어요.. 나머지는 뭐 괜찮았고 어메니티가 다회용인건 좋았는데 양치컵이나 머그컵대신 종이컵인게 아쉬웠어요.

횐풍기 고장인지 객실 배수구 냄새가 너무 나서 생활하기 어려움

신라 스테이 런치 뷔페에 좋은 기억이 있어서 조식을 신청했는데 기대 이하 메뉴 구성이라 아쉬웠습니다. 객실에 벌레가 있긴 했지만 전반적으로 깔끔했습니다.

관리상태 별로 노후화됨

Super convenient stay just 5 mins from Jeju Airport. Clean and comfy, with strong water pressure and late-night eats nearby. Room got a bit warm at times, but overall still a solid pick for a short stopover — would book again!

Entire hotel is super hot with no ac. We check in to our room, turn the AC down to 20C from 25. We leave and come back later to find our room up to 26. I mentioned it to the front desk and they told me that I had to turn the AC all the way down to 18 for it to actually work because, in their words, it's not like normal house AC. Which still didn't make any sense because how did we set it to 20 but then when we came back it was hotter than when we left?? So they made me feel like I was crazy, meanwhile my mom has a heart condition and was about to pass out from the heat. They finally send a maintenance guy up and he said yup it's broken. They switch us to another room with AC that slightly works. We turn it all the way down to 18 and over the entire time that we were there the lowest it got was 24. I'm someone who needs to be cold when I sleep and I got like zero sleep the entire time. Ruined the stay for me.

Bad. Air condition is set whole buildingwide as high. Too hot. Evem though you set the room temp to low, it doesn't go down.

The rooms were very modern and unexpectedly spacious when compared to other hotels I’ve been to. Everything was clean, on the daily. It was an positive unexpected experience for the price we paid. Would come here again if I were to come to Jeju in the future.

Throughout our stay, the a/c could only reach the lowest temperature of 23.5 C. The a/c was also very weak, even at the highest fan setting, resulting in a stuffy room. Additionally, I would get woken up at 4-5am in the morning every day because the room got too warm (even without covers on my body). I had to turn off the a/c and turn it on again — this sort of reset it and allowed for production of cool air. We contacted the front desk and requested for someone to look at the a/c as we felt that maintenance might solve the issue. However, the staff merely sent up a stand fan which didn’t really help. They didn’t send anyone to our room to inspect or do maintenance.

조식 가성비 좋고 룸 깨끗하였고 친절합니다. 다만 주변이 좀 시끄럽고 방에 방음이 넘 안되네요…

Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

Good in general but air conditioning system is uncertain. Weak cooling and bad air quality.

worst stay i’ve experienced. window didn’t work so i couldn’t close it. stay up all night with noise of car and wind. shame on you!

The hotel was in a great location being close to the airport and many shops and restaurants. Our room had a nice view from the 9th floor but we did hear music coming from the outside clubs at night. I loved the bidet in the bathroom and the room amenities were nice. Although they provided tea and coffee bags, they did not have creamer, only sugar. It would also have been nice if they provided a clothes line to dry clothes in the bathroom. There were no face towels provided either. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel stay.

I was very impressed by how kind and professional the front desk staff was. It made my visit very pleasant.

리셉션 불친절함. 주차장이 불편함

The reception staff, Mr. Kang was extremely helpful in assisting me with my EV car charging issue. He communicates very well and consistently demonstrates kindness. I truly appreciate his outstanding support and professionalism. The hotel is situated in a great location, adjacent to the shopping district. The room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

체크인 하는 것부터 고객응대 서비스의 질이 아주 낮다. 5성급은 호텔 시설의 요구조건만 맞추고 서비스는 전혀 갖추지 못했다고 생각된다. 프론트에 줄이 길게 서있었지만 바로 옆 직원들 오피스에서는 도와주러 나오는 사람이 없다. 드나드는 직원은 많았지만 길게 줄을 선 손님들을 케어하지 않는다. 이를 해결하려 하지 않는 것은 호텔 직원 사이의 문화인지 시스템 문제 인지 의문이 든다. 오버 부킹되어 방이 없다고 업그레이드 해준다면서 1층에 인도 바로 앞 방을 주는 어이 없는 사건이 있었다. 항의하여 방을 바꾸기 까지 방에서 의자에 걸터 앉아 오랜 시간 기다렸다. 피곤함이 배가 되어 하루 일정이 급마무리 되었다. 어떤 호털이든 일어날 수 있는 문제이지만 대응이 아주 안 좋았고 사과 한 마디 없는 직원들의 직업정신이 문제이다

시내에 위치해 있어 이동하기 편리한 곳에 위치한 호텔인데, 그보다 더 좋은 점은 직원 분의 친절과 회사의 높은 배려 정신이 아닌가 싶습니다. 마침 1박 투숙하고 체크 아웃할 때, 서울로 돌아가는 항공편이 기상악화로 결항이 되어 순식간에 제주도 내에서 숙소 정하기 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되어 난감한 상황이었는데, 회사 방침이라며 조식까지 포함해 무료로 1박을 연장해 주었습니다. 말로만 듣던 호의를 직접 체험하고 말로 표현하기 어려운 감동을 느꼈습니다. 이러한 과정을 당연하다는듯이 너무도 자연스럽게 처리하는 직원 분의 친절도 잊을 수가 없을 것 같습니다. 우여곡절이 있었던 여행이었지만, 즐거운 기억으로 남게 만들어준 호텔 측 모든 분에게 거듭 감사한 마음을 전하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

The location was good. But the staff not very helpful and uninterested. i left my adaptor with all the USBs plugged in and asked my hotel in Seoul to help me check if housekeeping has seen it. The first thing they said to the Seoul hotel was that they haven't had any foreign guests staying with them for a while. What nonsense is this? This is not true at all. I saw so many Mainland Chinese and Singaporean guests! How can they not even know this? So my seoul hotel advised that I try calling them myself. I had to use google translate and played it over the speaker. The staff who answered my call said they have the adapter with all the USBs plugged in, but it would take 7 to 10 working days to send them to Seoul. Hello? Yes the weather was bad but 7-10 days. Anyway, it was rather painful talking this way, so I put down the phone. Then the next day, I got a friend in Jeju to help. My Korean friend told me the hotel would send the item to her in Jeju and she would send to me in Singapore because GUESS WHAT? The hotel said they don't post things overseas - not even if the guests pay for it? WHAT? Hello? This is the first time i heard of something like this. ZERO Customer service, or do they still think they don't have overseas guests. Also, the wallpaper/paint in my room had bubbles underneath and quite a lot of it was like that> i should have taken a photo. Disappointing. Are you like the equivalent of Hotel 81 in Singapore?

Everything was perfect! The only thing is the staff is not fully fluent in English and sometimes, it is hard to be understood. The hotel was perfect!

대중교통을 이요하기는 너무 좋았으나 길가에 있어 오토바이 소음이 너무 심하게.들어옴.

Located central in (new) Jeju, everything is easy to reach. A Bus stop with Buses going to the Airport & (old) Jeju is directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is big and very delicious. The rooms were as expected: Tidy & modern.

Close to shopping. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The location and surround is 10/10. You're only steps away from amazing food. With regards to the hotel and service itself, I have no complaints. The staff were very respectful, the rooms had very generous storage, and the view from the window was great! Bonus, taking public transit was easy from the hotel too. I'd highly recommend booking this hotel.

급하게 1박을 하게 되어 신라스테이에 숙박했네요. 편안하게 있다갑니다. 아 조식 맛있게 먹었습니다.

I stayed in the deluxe suite for 4 days. Room is spacious and it is highly appreciated that there is a modern steam jet cloth cleaning closet in the suite. The choices of the buffet breakfast are not many but the location is on the top floor with a good scenary.

아침 식사는 깔끔하고 좋았어요 하지만 입장시 일대일 자리 안내를해주는데 다른 직원 없이 혼자 안내를 하다보니 다른 고객이 왔을때 그냥 들어 가도 되는지 기다려야 하는지 입구에서 서성거려 불편함을 느꼈다 차라리 입구에서 자리위치를 안내하고 편하게 앉으시고 식사 시작 하면 된다고 해주는게 좋을듯 합니다

신라답게 깔끔합니다. 조식도 가성비좋게 구성되었어요!

청결 상태 양호 ...아침 조식 만족...

숙소의 에어 컨디션이 좋지 않았음. 방안이 더웠는데 호텔 프론트에서는 별다른 조치를 해주지 않았고, 아침 조식은 별로 였음. 조식에 따뜻한 음식의 제공이 없었음.

아침식사 종류가 적고 딤썸은 속이 말라있음. 조식질이 올라갔음 좋겠음

직원들도 친절하시고 방도 깨끗합니다!!그리고 12층 카페 음식도 양도 많고 엄청 맛있어요 가성ㅂ 좋더라구요!!
