L'hôtel est correct pour le prix, personnel à la réception très sympathique. Les chambres sont vraiment petite mais jolies. Peu de commodité, pas de mini frigo et air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la femme de chambre qui a jeté quelque chose que je voulais garder et l'hôtel s'en est excusé. Le lendemain petite revange, notre chambre n'avait pas été fait et on a dû de nouveau signaler le problème mais après ca s'est réglé. Le point le plus faible de cet hôtel est qu'ils n'ont pas de stationnement et ca peut être très difficile d'en trouver. Le déjeuner aussi il y a très peu de choix surtout au niveau des protéines mais si vous aimez vous gaver de sucre le matin ca y en a.

it is decent for the price of this hotel. I didn't like the stairs, very narrow with no hand rails. I slipped and got hurt. The elevator is very small only 2 people barely fit in there. There aren't many dining options or shops around this hotel. the bus is the only transportation nearby, you have to walk about 20min for the metro. Otherwise, be prepare to spend good cash on uber service or taxi.

The hotel receptionists are very nice. But anything else, no way. The first room was a nightmare, not possible to open the windows. We changed it, but the 2nd was not much better; was not possible to closed the balcony door. The carpet was dirty and it smelled really damp, black mold in the shower. In short, never ever again this hotel because the price was not small at all.

Friendly helpful staff. Entire floor 3 was very musty smell, mold in shower, sink very slow to drain, and no switch for bedside lamp. Breakfast was nice and facilities for dining very nice.

This hotel is well placed for access to buses and the Metro and the staff were very helpful in giving me directions and helping me plan journeys. The buffet style breakfast suited me. A selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and drinks as well as hot options if you prefer.. The room was adequate, good quality bedding and air conditioning.

The hotel offers 24-hour customer service, and the reception staff are very warm and friendly. They even provide some free fruits for guests, which is a nice touch. Although it’s officially a 2-star hotel, my experience was just as good as a 3-star stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel agreable, propre,calme, bien situé, bus 760 en bas de l' hotel qui permet d' être dans le centre rapidement,e metro à 15 minutes, à pied cela se fait tres bien aussi, personnel sympathique , petit dejeuner bien avec d' excellents pastel de nata Un petit resto portugais à proximite avec de bons produits : bar grillé, morue... Le moins : fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur un mur et escaliers de secours...mais bon au final, on reste peu à la chambre. Pour notre part nous recommandons cet hotel.

Das Hotel war Sauber und für den Preis gut. Leider hat mich die Lage etwas gestört. Die Umgebung ist zwar ruhig, jedoch zu Weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit einem Auto wäre es ganz anders.

Personnel disponible à l’accueil même très tard dans la nuit. C’est un point positif. Pble de lumière dans la chambre. Pas de lumière à part sdb et une petite lampe. On nous a fourni une Multi prise pour recharger nos appareils !!! Après visite des électriciens le lendemain lumière mais prises électriques qui ne fonctionnaient plus. Pas d’autre chambre disponible avant le départ d’autres occupants. Impossible pour nous de tout remballer et de laisser les bagages à la réception. Nous sommes restées 6 nuits dans ces conditions. Il s’agissait d’une chambre avec deux lits simples. En arrivant très tard , du au décalage de l’avion on nous a donné une chambre qui n’aurait pas dû être louée !! Pble aussi de réapprovisionnement du petit déjeuner le week-end. En semaine ça allait. Nous sommes donc très déçues de la qualité de la chambre et de l’attente au petit déjeuner. Lait froid également. Un geste commercial aurait dû être le minimum !!
